I love that they had over 9 different versions of their burgers. You can order online, using their kiosk or through a person. And you can customize to your liking. I got their Wabi Wasabi katsu burger which includes a crispy natural beef katsu topped with pepperjack cheese, wasabi mayo and tonkatsu sauce. It has a hint of spiciness which I enjoyed. The katsu was moist and fried perfectly. All their burgers come by default with pickles, red onion, tomatoes, and lots of shredded cabbage. I got it without tomatoes and it was perfect for me. Everyone enjoyed their katsu burger. Besides their delicious katsu burger I also have tried their fries and wasabi coleslaw. They have different versions of their fries, including nori fries. I got the regular sea salt fries with a wasabi aioli. It was pretty good. The wasabi coleslaw is probably the only thing I wouldn't get again. I did like that it had edamame in it but I didn't taste any wasabi. I also didn't like that it had bell peppers in it. The burgers took some times to make but it was well worth it. This location is pretty large and has plenty of places to sit and eat. They also have their own lot so parking was easy. Wow! I have not visited this location in ages, what a surprise to see the expansion, the place is huge (compared to the old one). I really liked the big touch screens for ordering the food, very easy to use, lots of options and customization possibilities and less hassle. Great ordering experience! I got my usual Ninja Deluxe Burger with pork and no onions. It was as delicious and amazing as I remembered, if not more. We moved into the neighborhood in 2017 and found Katsu Burger soon after. That's 8 years of takeaway on nights we just didn't feel like cooking. We have never -- NEVER -- had a bad meal. The food is consistently delicious. I usually go with a Tokyo Classic w/chicken, but their bento boxes are also absolutely scrumptious. The staff is always friendly, happy to see you, and *busy*. Love these guys. OH and if you order off their website, you get a free can of soda per each entree! The sandwich as a whole came across as dry despite the coleslaw being quite moist. The fries were over cooked and dry, and the seasoning wasn't particularly impressive. They're just basic shoestring fries - nothing special even if they weren't over cooked. The milkshake was the highlight of the meal, with good flavor and texture, and a sprinkle of graham cracker cookie on top that makes a nice finish to the drink. The restaurant's ambiance was nice - well laid out with attractive furnishings and reasonably clean. The table does not have additional condiments or seasoning, so be sure to ask for whatever you need when you order/pickup. The ordering experience was impersonal - placing your order on a giant touch-screen monitor. I had to poke around for a while to learn what everything was, as their big display menu boards weren't working. When you check out, the payment kiosk suggests tip amounts ranging from 15% to 25%. Note that you order yourself, pickup the order from the counter when the call your number, and bus your own table when you finish. This little place isn't much to look at from the outside, but inside is a hard working family that makes great one of a kind food. The Tokyo tower burger was a "big boy burger" with delicious Japanese Mayo and satisfied my fiancés need for a burger. They have a great video running on the TV with promotional videos for their food and it's so impressive! Of course, the Japanese do not have a hamburger katsu. But the pork katsu was breaded nicely, a good crunch, and moist and tender inside. A legit katsu. The Tokyo Classic was superb. I loved the textures involved with the crunch of the hamburger katsu and the shredded cabbage. The flavors all worked in tandem. The Katsu Curry was excellent, too. Not too much curry flavor to overwhelm, just enough to add to the flavor. My son-in-law says they have excellent shakes, too, so I'm going to have to try them and other menu items. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. Crazy big burgers that are so wonderfully crafted. I have nothing bad to say. We tried the Godzilla attack and ao Kabi. My favorite of the two was actually the ao kabi, the horseradish was so tasty.
