Honestly this place is pretty gross. When we went in we could clearly see the trash cans fallen on the floor and trash coming out in the back. The employees had clearly acknowledged them and wouldnt pick them up. There were roaches literally crawling on the countertop. The service was not too genuine and a little too casual. When we pointed out the roach they were so unprofessional. I really payed $25 for food coming from a very unsanitary building which is not sitting right. This is one of my usual locations i go to, and i usually order bone in wings, but the one time i order boneless wings when i was getting 2 8-piece meals, my wings were so small, like bite sized, compared to the other meal, the wings being huge. I went back to tell them i want different and bigger pieces because this is a waste of money. Talked to the manager and he was rude, and told me "next time that's what you get and I can't do anything about it". Man, these reviews are rough. I'm adding my two cents and my many wing calories to the mix, so that I might tip the scale a little more towards the positive side of things. Firstly, I've been here several times in the last week because the food is cheap, it fits my diet, and it's convenient getting in and out of the place. It's always busy, but it's always fast as well. Now, the real reason I'm leaving this review isn't the fantastic wings I had. (Which are the first chicken wings I've literally ever enjoyed. Not a menu item I used to picture myself enjoying, but, alas, these are fucking delicious. And, lemon pepper? Dude. I hate lemon paired with anything but seafood or water. I hate pepper. I gotdamned love these lemon pepper wings. I know. I don't get it.) Anyway, I digress. I only leave reviews when I've experienced something exceptional. Sometimes it's the food, sometimes the experience, and sometimes it's having the good fortune of watching a dude hit another dude with a whiskey glass, as I stand a foot away and sip the girliest drink in the bar and savor the moment as they fight for my entertainment (that's how I imagine it, at least). Nope. This review is not about those morsels of deliciousness. Or whatever else everyone else is mad about. Instead, it's about the very first night having gone there and encountering a very dismissive employee that barely gave two shits (or two shats... What's the past tense? Anyway... ) about my order. Luckily for my girlfriend and me there was an absolutely fantastic, helpful, positive individual beside her that decided to take ownership of our problem and make sure we were getting what we ordered, with the enthusiasm of a person that usually owns the place. Amanda, I believe her name was, was so fantastic my girlfriend was bummed that she no longer worked at her old job, because Amanda was the exact type of person she loved to recruit. I had the fortune of having her help me out the last time I went and she had the same amazing attitude and the same helpfulness that I had appreciated the first time I had seen it. As a person who is skeptical of all nice people, I can say this one is the real deal, and this place is lucky to have such great employees that make the 'bare minimum' employees an annoyance and not a reason to never return. So, to sum it all up, Wingstop is keto friendly as hell and has at least one dope ass employee. Make her a manager or something Wingstop, because, if you don't take care of employees like these, you're going to be left with the bitter folks that have this location hovering at a high three star rating. read more

I highly recommend that you go to a different branch. Their customer service here is terrible. If you can give zero stars, that's wot it would get. The server we dealt with was outmost rude. As we contemplated wot to order she did nothing, but huff and puff. When we finally settled on a Party Pack (50 pieces) and told her to split the 4 flavours evenly; she snarked and said, "So, wot is that? I'm not good in math." Uhm, common sense. You have been working there a while. I would assume that you have already taken the initiative to calculate that if the customer decided to split the flavours evenly. The other annoyance have is that we specifically asked that the non-spicy to be separated from the spicy ones. Instead of taking it seriously, she just snarked again. The customisation was requested because there is a person who has an allergy to spicy food. Allergy. Severe reaction that requires an Epipen. So, that's why the request was made. Wing stop has got to be the place to go for some wings apart from Buffalo Wild Wings. Besides that wing stop has a lot of variety when it comes to your sauce on your wings. If you don't like bone no problem they got boneless. Although I do prefer the bone in wings. Their fries also have the greatest sauces as well. The restaurant doesn't have much room, but it has that certain vibe where you know you are in a wing restaurant. All in all I would go back every time I'm craving for some wings. read more

If you buy from this location please check your order and make sure they gave you everything. They have forgotten a large from my order l and my wife picking up didn't check. Another time they for got my sauce and when I drove back to get it, other people came up to the counter also missing sauce. I have had three experiences of this location forgetting to complete the order. Their wings for some reason is a bit more oily. If you try the one in El Monte it is less oily. read more

I believe this place hasn't been opened for that long, I usually go to another location but I decided to give them a try. I place my order by phone, and I was not disappointed. I believe the boss man working there name is Byron. He gave us a warm welcome to his store, and asked us promptly if we had placed our order online or by phone. As soon as he got the name for our order he made sure his staff knew the order needed to be ready to go. We probably where in the store no more than five minutes. Not a bad place to get food, just depends who you get working when you order. I've ordered online pretty much everytime I've been there and sometimes it's great with my order being nice and hot, and ready to be picked up; and other times it's kinda just barely warm, or not even done with my extra wait time being up to 20 minutes after the original pickup time( I order boneless wings every time and on one of the not so great times when I ordered the wings were not boneless, so that was just an all around disappointing night lol). Like I stated, the food quality really does depend on who you get working during that shift, but the cashiers are always friendly and accommodating(in my experience) so don't be going off on them :) read more

Today at 9:10 pm is the day to remember, for it was the day when I encountered the RUDEST cashier of my life. It was my 4th time coming here and usually the guys behind the register all the other days were friendly and awesome. We came in and were very excited to order the usual Monday 50 cent boneless wings but were greeted with an evil stare (I'm not joking) by a red haired chick in big glasses. Thought okay, she's on the phone with another customer so shes probably upset about something. We heard that she was very rude over the phone and now I'm thinking wow...I pray that she wont be rude to us after she gets off the phone. well It was worse.. So I shoot her a smile and wait until shes ready to take our order. Well damn! she completely ignores us instead. After she slams the phone down, she stares angrily at us and sighs, then looks away and calls another cashier to take our order without saying one word. She walks away all pissy. The other cashier slowly walks up front to the register and was more confused than we were. She responds with, "I'm confused, she was just right in front of you why didn't she take your order?" and I responded, "I know..what the hell was that, we didn't do anything to her?" I'm sorry but even working at a restaurant you needa be more professional then that. Shesssh..talk about getting your shit together woman! To make matters worse...... In all honesty it's really just one employee/cashier that really sours your mood here. The guy's name is Erwin. Yes, I'm putting you on blast buddy. We walked in expecting at least a welcome or a friendly greet. Nope, he was too busy counting his cash register in front of us....for 3 whole minutes while waiting on him to take our order. So he didn't greet us, fine. He didn't ask us what we wanted to order, fine. My girlfriend decided to take the initiative and asked him one question about the different flavors that was offered on the menu. To no surprise, Erwin completely ignored my girlfriend and continued counting his register. At that point, we concluded that either Erwin is plain deaf & hard of hearing or he was playing dumb and purposely ignoring us. After minutes of waiting, another female employee decided to help us out and took our order. By the time our order was ready, another employee who prepared our meal by the name of Marcos was very attentive and asked if we needed anything else. I asked for a Ranch sauce and he happily obliged. All of a sudden, while still counting his cash I might add, Erwin's hearing magically healed! Yes folks he was able to hear my conversation with another employee WHILE he was counting his cash! Who knew he had the talent of multitasking? Wingstop corporate, are you taking note of this? Voting for Erwin as Employee of the Month over here. On a serious note, he decided to rudely interject my conversation with Marcos and bluntly told me I needed to pay .97 cents if I wanted a cup of Ranch sauce. Marcos clearly looked annoyed by Erwin's statement and rightfully so because I was really ticked by that point as well. Mind you, his tone about paying for the sauce made it seem like I couldn't afford to buy a cup of Ranch. Not to pull a douche statement, but I'm not the one that's working over the counter buddy. So it's .97 cents...big deal. I think it's crazy that Wingstop charges for ranch but it's policy...oh well. Which brings back my argument of the theory on Erwin's hearing. There are two shady girls that work here. My bill came out to $20.70 and she gave me back $69.30 when it was suppose to be $79.30 since I gave them a $100 bill. There were both at one register which was odd, but I caught the other girl take $10 and put it under the counter, and when my boyfriend and I got our change back, she didn't bother counting. Which was even more odd since usually with big bills they always count change. I confronted them about it and they got skittish and quickly said "sorry sorry sorry". First timer Usually I go to Buffalo Wild Wings, but I stopped by here because it was convenient. It was very clean, there was plenty of seating for a small location. The Cashier was nice, I ordered the Family 40 Piece Boneless Wings with French Fries and Carrots/Celery Sticks. You are able to choose 4 flavors and 4 sauces with it. We got Hawaiian, Teriyaki and Garlic Parmesan. I'm not a fan of the Garlic Parmesan here, it tasted bland and looked like they just sprinkled some Parmesan Powder on top. The Hawaiian was really good, and Teriyaki just tasted like how it should taste. French Fries were a bit off, I don't know why, but it was sweet instead of salty. The one bad thing was that when I got my order, I didn't notice that the Carrots and Celery Sticks was not right side up, so my car seat was drenched in water. I would suggest letting it sit and dry before serving it to customers or getting a different type of container. read more

Ordered wings last night and only ate the fries since it was too late. Opened up the wings and they gave me boneless instead of bone in. Called today at 10:35 and nobody answered. Decided to waste my lunch time coming back and the "manager" claimed that I was supposed to call to report the issue the same night. I didn't know there were instructions for returning an incorrect $14 order, but her approach was distasteful. I am the consumer and if your team screwed up, that's on you and not me. She tried further questioning me that if I called today after they opened at 10:30, she could have explained this to me. Unfortunately for her, I showed her the time stamp that I did call and nobody answered the damn phone at 10:35. I walked out with it... I was thinking is kinda light.. I was in a rush..so I handed to my Boo. I kept thinking damn that bag was light and asked Boo to check.. turns out there was only bout 10 piece boneless wings (WTF) ... Boo was already home and I was already at my training center... I called and the person who u spoke to told me that's no problem he took down my name number n what I ordered he said to come in for a full refund..good right? NO! When I went back around 5pm the Manger gave me such a hard time... he said next time I had to bring back the food.. what?? How, when Boo and I were so far and the person I spoke to didn't ask me to..I'm not gonna spend $$ on gas to go get the food then come back for ur mistake. FINALLY a Wingstop that's in my neighborhood! What can I say I do love my chicken wings! This Wingstop is located in the Rosemead Square shopping center right off the 10 freeway by Rosemead blvd and Marshall Blvd. The place is clean and has one of the most amazing soda fountain's ever. You get a choice of about 30-50 flavors of soda. Yes you heard right! Where else can you find Peach Sprite, or Citrus Lemonade. The indoor seating is quite limited to about 5-10 tables, however the outdoor seating is plentiful. The parking lot is vast and you shouldn't have much trouble finding a spot. One of my most favorite things to put in my mouth is chicken wings. I love the chewy poultry meat sliding off the bone and into my salivating mouth. For so long I have been a big fan of CCWW until they closed down on me. And then, I had to go elsewhere for my chicken wings needs but no where was as satisfying. Then one day, Wingstop opened nearby and my life was no longer the same again. When they first opened, I came at least twice a week getting Lemon Pepper and the Louisiana Rub is my priorities choices. I don't care much for the remaining choices as dry rub is way better than the sauce-y option to me. The second thing that has really capture my attention at Wingstop is their soda fountain. One machine that can spit out strawberry lemonade, cherry coke, vanilla coke, cherry vanilla coke, vanilla root beer, orange sprite, etc. The list is so long! Yup, they have one of those machines where you pick a soda and add a flavoring to it. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THOSE MACHINES. The only downside about Wingstop is that they are always so small. Tables are very limited (unless you sit outside). But I do manage to find an open table each time. Great service as well. read more

I'm so conflicted -- i LooOove wingstop wings, but the customer service is abysmal. More so, the ones taking the orders (the guys in the back have always been helpful, but I guess it's because they don't usually interact with customers. First off, I wanted to use my City Menu card (gives you 5 extra wings), and the girl kept trying to swipe my city menu card. Uhhh, first off, it has no swipe stripe, so I don't see why she kept doing that... she said it usually makes a beeping sound when it goes through, but she kept swiping and swiping and nothing happened. Maybe it's because there is NO swipe stripe on the card? It seemed more like she was new, didn't know what discount came with the card, but was too proud to ask us or her manager. Okay, I'll let that pass because it was just 5 extra wings and not some sorta 10% off or something. Next, I wanted all flats for my 10-pc wing order. When she rang me up, I looked at my receipt, and nowhere does it say "all flats" or whatever. I'm thinking, hmm maybe she told the guys that it's all flats, and just didn't ring in the request. AIIINNG--wrong! (btw, that was a buzzer sound if you don't wanna do the onomatopoeia). My order came, and out of the 10-pcs, only 2 came out as flats. UGHH. I've come here multiple times before just never got around to writing a review for them.. I waited 22 minutes for my food while all my friends were done eating. Went there on a Monday around 3pm, they had 3 workers. After we got the food, the wings were not even hot/warm, as if they had been sitting out for a long time. They said it would be ready in 20 minutes so i get there i pay and wait like ten minutes. Then they call me and ask who took my order because its nowhere to be found and they gave it to someone else. I've always gotten coupons from corporate trough email and finally had a chance to use it. Low and behold, when I attempt to use a $5 off family meal the manager says they can't take it. When I say "how is that possible? This coupon is from your corporate" their response is "our machines don't have the buttons for it." Now how the heck does a BRAND NEW SToRE Not have the latest register to be able to enter corporate coupons?!? Manager did nothing to "make it right" either. Very disappointed in customer service and poor technology. Most likely ignorance. So much for a "new" wingstop in the area. Won't be coming back until they get their sh*t straight. DON'T BOTHER CALLING THE NUMBER!! It's the wrong number. And, because of how poorly the employees responded to the problem with their "ah, shucks" attitude; I will not be posting the correct number, nor will I be returning. I called the number and received a 16 minute quote time. I arrived 18 minutes later and asked for order by name. She said it was not ready. 20 mins later, I approached the same lady. It was then that she and one her co-workers informed that the number was the for the Northridge wing stop. I then had to place my order 45 minutes after my original phone call. I am currently waiting for my order. Their compensation for my calm demeanor despite getting screwed BY A PROBLEM THEY KNOW ABOUT, BUT HAVE NOT FIXED??
