I got the burger combo with the cheeseburger, BBQ shake fries, and it was really good. The burger was a great size, flavorful, and the veggies tasted super fresh without overpowering everything else. The BBQ shake fries were perfectly seasoned and honestly reminded me of Potato Corner. I'd definitely order this again. read more

If you have a craving for fried chicken, in my opinion, nothing beats KFC (i.e. Korean Fried Chicken). It is always crunchy like glass with creative seasonings. I recently tried the chicken wings at Big Bang Chicken and they did not disappoint. They are made to order so you do end up waiting about 15 minutes or so, depending on how busy they are. It's a minimal dining room and kitchen with a small window. You order from a kiosk which reflects in real time what things are sold out. And a lot was sold out when I went, which just shows me it is tasty and popular. read more

The food was unfortunately mediocre. We ordered 16 wings with four flavors: Korean Fire, Soy Garlic, Snow Cheese, and Salted Egg. When the wings arrived, they looked noticeably different from the photos, so I asked the staff member to confirm which flavor was which. She initially told us that one of the wings was honey mustard--something we did not order. When we pointed that out, she changed her answer and said it was actually the salted egg, even though she had just said it wasn't. The flavor still tasted like honey mustard, not salted egg. The Snow Cheese also didn't resemble cheese in taste or texture; it was an odd wet sauce with no real flavor. The only flavor we enjoyed was the Korean Fire, which was a simple sweet‑and‑spicy sauce. The chicken itself was decent, but the sauces really took away from the overall experience. The ambience was minimal. The restaurant was empty except for me and my fiancé, the walls were plain white with a single chicken‑themed light, and ordering was done through a screen. Only one staff member appeared to be working. Overall, the experience was underwhelming. read more

Was in the plaza for boba and was intrigued that they sell flavored fries since I'm always looking for a potato corner/undercover fries dupe to avoid the mall. Is it a dupe? Can't really make a fair comparison. I can tell you the fries were very interesting but in a good way. I was very shocked when I took my first bite -- it tasted sweet and then I got the hint of truffle. My brother said it tastes like honey butter and I couldn't agree more. It definitely grew on me and it actually goes well with ketchup. The fries themselves were nice and crispy and not greasy at all. They put plenty of powder which I really appreciate, especially since undercover fries started charging extra for extra powder. As for the restaurant itself, it seemed to me like a one-man show where you order at the kiosk and you wait for the one guy in the back to cook your food. It did take awhile but I thought the fries were worth it. Am definitely interested in trying their other flavors! read more

I normally don't write reviews, but jesus. This was my first time here and I had ordered their wings and their chili bbq fries. The wings were okay, but the fries were unacceptable. The seasoning is fine, but serving overcooked fries to paying customers is not okay. Every bite felt like biting into a rock. read more

This spot is located in the Hilton Plaza right next-door to the Hilton. There is parking available but can get hectic. The spot is particularly located on the first floor, and the inside was kind of sketchy and empty. You order out a kiosk and pay at the kiosk not a whole lot of choices, which is a good thing. However, the prices was a little steep I don't think it's worth paying $14 for just six wings. The quality of these wings are very good though perfectly fried and crispy with enough sauce and they give you gloves to use to eat with these but like I said, the price is not worth it but I guess you're paying for quality. I ordered their six piece sweet chili wings. That's all you get for $14 but it was the first I spotted since I was starving so I gave it a shot. read more

Got the fried chicken sandwich. It was ok. Not the crispiest chicken but it was big and not dry. The bun was huge, they used brioche bun so it was sweet. The condiment was pretty minimal. The combo comes with a side of popcorn chicken, a little strange, chicken on chicken. It was alright. Not super crispy but again, not dry, so that's a success in my book. Fries were ok. Shared with the kids, they love fries. read more

I had food poisoning. Fever no energy could not get out of bed even now as I'm typing this. I'm so just so pissed. When I ate at the restaurant they had served me someone else burger I believe it's a fish burger and they took it back after I touched it with my bare hands. They prob served it to someone else. The ridiculous how they handled it. I even told the server I touched it with my hand and server insisted on taking it back. And what do you know now I have food poisoning... read more

Was so excited to try this place because of the unique flavors they have like snow cheese and salted egg. I was fooled. Does not look like the pictures. False advertisement!! I had to ask the lady if she got the correct order. Besides that, I couldn't even tell the difference between the two flavors. You'd expect the snow cheese flavor to at least be powdered cheese... The sauces tasted the same, except one was saltier. To top it off neither of the sauces were good. I would say it's like a mayo sauce. Would rather eat with ranch! My boyfriend said the chicken sandwich at McDonald's is better. So disappointing considering the sandwich was like $10 and the wings are about ~$2 each. Don't waste your time. Even my cousin who tried this place a while ago on a separate occasion didn't have any good things to say. read more

I was the only person who came in to order at 1 ( they close at 1:30) so it was pretty empty and nothing was going on in the deD silence, all I ordered was a 6piece salted egg chicken wing.... I was the only order they had... yet I received the honey mustard wings? Im so confused as to how the order couldve been messed up when my order number was NO.1 and I ordered through the Kiosk so I know what I punched in for sure... where did it go wrong there was no other orders going on at the time so I am truly bamboozled on where they got it mixed up. It was drowned so much with sauce that there was no crunchy texture. Left with nothing but the sad soggy chicken skin and overload of sauce made my stomach upset with the intense greasiness. read more

So they actually close at 1:30am and they don't have a manager that speaks English. If you come here, be prepared to speak mandarin or forget about any customer service. I ordered food at 1:20am and expected to pick it up by 1:51am. I came at 1:40am and they said they were closed. I asked for a refund and they couldn't do it on their POS system. They told me to charge back on my credit card which was super weird. I emailed and DMed them on instagram and no replies. Avoid this place at all cost. read more

The chicken is so good! Their service is quick and efficient too. The interior is very clean. I will definitely be back.

Crispy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The chicken stayed juicy and the portion was great. Highly recommend if you want a tasty snack!

I accidentally walked into Chickii versus another spot in the same plaza. I was honestly just craving a chicken sandwich and this place had it, so I gave it a try. The store was empty at the time, so I was able to order right away. I got my order within 10 minutes. It didn't seem the staff was proficient in English, so she had me double check the order. For seating, the store was pretty small. There were a few tables that accommodated groups of 2 and 3. For parking, it was packed on the ground level, so I parked in the underground. When it came to the food, I got a spicy crispy chicken and popcorn chicken. Everything seemed really good, so I had high hopes. However, when I took a look at the food, I did have low expectations, because the sandwich resembled a McDonald's chicken sandwich. The chicken sandwich was a bit crispy, but it lacked flavor. The popcorn chicken was juicy and a bit spicy. Overall, the food just tasted okay. read more

Saw this place on a youtube video and decided to give it a try since I was in the area and I haven't had chinese style crispy chicken in awhile. Came around noon, super dead. 2 people working and they were chit chatting and didn't really care or suggested anything. Luckily I knew what to order and ordered the original spicy chicken sandwich and popcorn chicken. I requested to add the popcorn chicken to the sandwich like a combo because it was slightly cheaper. They didn't have lemon tea and the machine looked like it was broken or haven't been used. The kid just said we don't have lemon tea but I can grab a soda. The fridge was not stocked, there was coke, diet coke and sprite. The food came out less than 10mins. The sandwich was juicy, hence dark meat. Not as crispy as people raved on youtube (Fung bros). It literally tasted a little better than the McChicken sandwich from McDonald's. The popcorn chicken was pretty sad, it wasn't even filled to half the bag. Not as crispy and small tiny pieces and even with plenty of crispy batter pieces. I think I would have gotten more at a boba joint. Don't expect too much from service or food. I don't think this will be in business that long. read more

Open late at night and good fried chicken are the main positives of this place. Can't go wrong with their golden deep fried whole chicken and crispy chicken burger. It was alright, nothing special. When we got there, it was empty so use that information however you like. By what I saw there was 2 people working the and the chef was eating while the cashier was in their phones. Over all the experience was alright, they were quick to serve our food. Can't wait to try their sandwich but I am a bit underwhelmed by their sandwich as the macho burger across from there has a sandwich that is double the size. read more

This is a chain that emulates KFCs in mainland China. They have all the core Chinese KFC menu items, down to their exact names. I tried their old Beijing wrap, which is one of my favorites, and upgraded it to a combo with popcorn chicken and a soda for $5. The wrap was decent but not quite as good as I remember. Their chicken is identical to Chinese KFCs in that they use a Cajun seasoning similar to Popeyes. The popcorn chicken was spot-on, with pieces of dark meat interspersed with white meat. Overall a nice, quick lunch option. They also sell egg tarts, which is probably what Chinese KFCs are most known for (original Macau egg tart recipe and all), so I'll definitely give those a try next time. I do wish they also had the 7 treasures juice drink instead of just canned coke and sprite for the drink options, though Also, I like the cat decor. Very cute. read more

First off, I'm always a sucker for fried chicken, so this place was a no brainer for me to visit! Chickii Fried Chicken closes late, and I was a bit hungry after midnight so it worked out perfectly. I ordered #16, which consists of the Crunchy Chicken Tenders, Popcorn Chicken, and a drink, all 3 for $9.99. Both the Popcorn Chicken and Crunchy Chicken Tenders had great seasoning flavor! It is definitely a bit spicy, but very pleasant in my opinion. For both chickens, the main difference between them is the fried component on the outside. Popcorn Chicken is more crunchy, while the Crunchy Chicken Tender is coated in breadcrumbs. Regardless, both have good crunch and crispiness. I did prefer the Crunchy Chicken Tender more because it was so juicy! The oolong tea came unsweetened, so it was nice to have something very light and refreshing to go with both chickens. Overall, I loved my experience. Very easy to order, staff is super friendly, and the interior (although a bit small), does look like a nice place to hangout for a late night snack. I'm definitely interested in trying their chicken wraps for my next visit. Also, big bonus for the prices being affordable! read more

Went here late around 10pm because this was the only place that was open around the area and we thought would satisfy the craving. Going in and ordering was difficult because none of the sauces were available to us except original. The chicken wings didn't look anything like the picture, but edible to eat. If you're gonna eat here, I'd recommend popcorn chicken and fries. read more

Idk what it is but the white sauce for signature sandwich is bomb! Definitely get another when I am around the area.

Came by to grab some late night snacks and saw that this place was still opened late and had the fried chicken snacks that we wanted and were craving. When we arrived the parking was a bit tight so just something to consider. When we arrived there wasn't anyone there. We walked up to the cashier and both staff members weren't too attentive. We originally wanted to get a chicken cutlet and popcorn chicken, however they didn't have the chicken cutlet so we just got the popcorn chicken only. The ambiance was okay, seemed a bit run down. The staff was also just okay, they didn't greet customers and didn't quite understand what we wanted at first. Popcorn chicken was alright but for the price the portion was quite small and they only gave us one skewer. read more

Ohhhhh heck yes!!! Late night! Cheap eats! Looking for popcorn chicken and found this place! They even had chicken gristle!!! I believe popcorn chicken is $4.99 and gristle was $6.99. Who can beat that!!!!! Popcorn chicken was so lightly fried, so yummy! Not overly greasy and comes with a lot!! So was the gristle! Thank you for having this on your menu!!!!!! This is one to come back for! Also had the Japanese melon soda with ice cream. Ehhh, was exactly what it was. Place was so cute, looked like lots of Uber ears orders and to go orders going out the door! You order at the counter, then they call your # when ready. Pick up at counter. So simple! read more

I am pretty sure I got jipped at this restaurant. When I entered, the place was empty. A man speaking only mandarin came to take my order. I didn't know how to communicate in mandarin so I pointed at the pictures. A lot of the menu items were not available to order, including the chicken leg quarter. I ordered 4 spicy wings and a spicy chicken sandwich combo, which was suppose to include a hand made lemon tea and popcorn chicken. The man charged me .21 cents for credit use when I had paid everything by cash and neglected to give me my .76 cents in change. I didn't mind given the small amount, but at least ask me before stealing my money. When my order came, the lady handed me a can of coke instead of a handmade lemon tea. When I asked about it, they said they didn't have any of the juice options. Then why didn't you tell me before I ordered the combo? They literally did a bait and switch on me from a $5 drink to a $.75 soda can. I was already disappointed. When I went to my car and looked at my food, I noticed only two of the wings were actually flats. The other two were legs. Why call it spicy wings and only have pictures of wings if you were going to include legs? I feel like there was so much deceptive practice in this restaurant. I'm never coming back again. The food itself was decent but nothing I haven't had before. The spice level was minimal. The chicken burger was juicy and the popcorn chicken had a nice crisp to it. The wings weren't bad either but I was disappointed with the legs. I will opt for "Oh! My Chicken!" instead. read more
