I still like their Spam Musubi and service was good last time, but they're not open on the days and time stated. Last time I came, they were open on Tuesday in the early afternoon. Came twice afterwards, they were closed. As much as I want to support the business, I don't know how they stay in business if they're closed all the time?
Popcorn chicken was made fresh and the meat was juicy and tender. Not sure how the breading was made but it was very crispy compared to other places. We ordered yogurt green tea and oolong milk tea with easy ice. Drinks had the right amount of sweetness. Hit the spot on our cravings just right. Would come again !
The food here is amazing, I had never had deep fried spam masubi, it's amazing. Highly recommend. Their popcorn chicken and sweet and sour chicken is made from the same type of chicken. But the chicken is a different kind of crispy. Not a Taiwanese style type of popcorn chicken but still good. Flakey goodness! Although a little bit more saltier than expected. Free upgrade with check in on Yelp! Don't forget it! Parking available in plaza. Currently no dine in, take out only. They accept credit card.
this fried spam musubi literally changed the trajectory of my life. it's genuinely so insanely good. it was even insanely good 40 minutes after getting it when i finally got to my hotel room. the chicken katsu was also CRAZY good and way more food than i was expecting. literally the only thing i wasn't hype about was the mac salad was a little vinegar-y for my taste, but that's a matter of personal preference
We tried several slushies and corn nuggets! I am excited to find a place that has these. If they could have more of a butter flavor inside, then perfection! But still pretty darn good! Rosee Lychee slushie with popping boba - very yummy and the popping boba are pretty fun. Orange slushie - very refeshing and has bits of orange. Passionfruit slushie - good. Watermelon slushie -ok. The cups are fairly solid due to the lids being firmly fitted (not popping off) which is good. However, if you need to remove the lid for any reason, be careful the edge is sharp. The hours may not be updated on Yelp, so you should call. On Uber Eats, it shows them having a split schedule and open till 3am! (Pic attached). We were very happy with late night slushies and corn nuggets!
UPDATE (9/9/23): It appears that they are doing their night shift hours again! I looked on Yelp and saw it was "closed," but the store was up and running until 3AM on Uber Eats. I ordered some popcorn chicken to see if it was true, and it worked. I think that their Yelp hours are not updated yet.
The first time I tried food from here was from an Uber delivery, due to that the food wasn't as hot as it should've been but it was still so good! That time I ordered the popcorn chicken plate combo which comes with a side of rice and macaroni salad. Ever since that day I kept thinking about it so I finally decided to go to the actual restaurant in San Gabriel. There's some seating inside the location but this is more of a "to-go" place which I didn't mind at all. Food: There was only one gentleman working, he took my order and then went into the kitchen to prepare it. I ordered the popcorn chicken combo and a side of fried jalapeños with cream cheese. Once again the combo plate did not disappoint, especially now that it was freshly made! The cream cheese jalapeños were also delicious, they were nice and crispy with the perfect amount of filling. Drinks: I got the Vietnamese Iced coffee and let me tell you it's not for the weak. I was super caffeinated all day which I needed haha but it was very tasty and it's served in a 24oz portion. My bf got the taro milk tea which was also very good! Definitely check this place out next time you're in San Gabriel or look for it on food delivery apps! Prices are also fairly cheap compared to other places as well.
To go order thru Postmates (Dec 2022) For food only Order: Popcorn chicken - 8/10 Fries - 6/10 Onion rings - 7/10 Bursting fish ball - 8/10 Spam musubi - 9/10 Perfect snacks for a lazy Sunday after a night out. Would reorder everything except the fries which were too tasteless and cold (likely because of delivery which I don't fault them for). Onion rings were basic but they arrived crispy and were yummy with the ketchup. The chicken was different than your standard popcorn chicken and I still thought it was good and crunchy and breading was a nice change. Fish balls were also a good choice and love that it comes with the sweet chili sauce. Careful when you bite into them as they will squirt! Last was the musubi which was also very different than what I'm used to. The musubi is breaded and fried but it totally works and the fried breading adds great texture. I would only wish they added a bit more sauce as it was a tad dry to me but others loved it as is. Next time I would ask for a small side of the teriyaki sauce for myself. Overall very yummy and would definitely reorder.

I recommend T4U Cafe's tea drinks! I have only tried the Grapefruit Honey Tea and Yogurt Tea, and both were really good. Their Spam Musubis are fried which gives it a nice crispy texture compared to just rice and a piece of spam. I also really like how the meat of the wings just falls off of the bone. So good! The business owners are super nice and the service is always quick! read more

Ordered watermelon slushie and mocha frappe. They are like 95% processed sugar + 5% very cheap and artificial flavor. Took 2 sips from both and poured them down the sink with no hesitation. Also ordered spicy popcorn chicken. Most of them are not popcorn size, way larger. They are very bland. They are very dry. They are not spicy at all. They smell bad. It's mind blowing to see a lot of people give high rating to horrible food and drinks like this. read more
Time For A Change: Rebranding to T 2 Me Cafe soon. I'm guessing they are tired of getting mistaken by this other boba shop in Alhambra called, Tea For You, that recently opened some time this year. Visitation: Been here a handful of times to either get some work done or for leisure. Credit Cards: Accepted. Wifi/Outlets: They have an adequate amount of plugs to plug in and wi-fi is available also. Location/Parking: Located in a small plaza that shares a parking lot with other small businesses. If you can't find parking in the lot, you can park along San Gabriel Blvd. Just be weary with the time restrictions. Ambiance/Decor: Small little boba shop with modern furnishings. You'll also hear some music in the background. Service: Service is good. Staffers are friendly, attentive, and offer great recommendations. Food and drinks come out in a reasonable time frame. Food Of Choice: I usually get either: 1) Popcorn chicken. The chicken is lightly battered, but you can still hear the crunching noise with every bite and the seasoning is great. I usually choose the bbq flavor, but you can choose from the other flavors also: original, or cajun. or 2) Spam Masubi. The masubi is yum! Like to utilize their ranch dipping sauce. Every bite comes with a crunch also! :) Boba Shop For Thought: Definitely coming back when I have fat boy cravings for popcorn chicken or spam masubi. I'm also looking forward to see how the interior and exterior looks after their re-branding. read more
I like to come here all the time because of how chill it is. The seating is comfortable and there are wall outlets next to each table, and free wifi. I always end up staying for several hours and the employees are fine with it. There is usually only one employee working. It is a good place for studying or hanging out with friends. They provide free board games for you to play and you do not have to give them your ID like most other places. Some of the games they have are Taboo, Monopoly Deal, Uno, Blockus, Triominos, and Flux. The popcorn chicken and spam musubi are pretty good. Next to the wall menu, there is a screen that shows the most popular drinks. I've tried most of them. The only drink that I did not like is the Fruit Frenzy because it was too sour. Even the pieces of fruit in it were sour. You can never go wrong with any of the flavored green teas or milk teas. I'm glad I decided to try a hot drink called the yuan yang, which has a good ratio of coffee to milk tea. It is interesting to see that the place is rebranding to T2ME. If you order online for delivery, you can get a stamp card (purchase 10 drinks and get 1 free), but it is solely for online ordering. I think GrubHub is their most popular delivery service partner. read more

I ordered some drinks for my family through Doordash since I wanted to try something new and the pandemic will not stop me from having my boba fix. I got the hokkaido milk tea for myself and I was pleasantly surprised at how good the drink is. It had the perfect amount of sweetness to it. The only downside was that the boba was tasteless but it had the right texture. If the boba soaked for a bit longer it would've been perfect. Other than that my sisters enjoyed their drinks too. read more
(YC2017, 96/100) Came here for the first time for a study sesh and was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the Hokkaido Milk Tea w/boba (1/2 sweet) and it was really good. The flavor of the drink was tasty, although still a tad on the sweeter side, even after asking for half-sweet. I would probably go quarter-sweet next time. The boba was perfect as well - nice chewy texture with a good sweetness to it. The drinks did take a little while to come out though. Not sure how many people were in the kitchen, but up front there was only one girl taking orders and making drinks. The interior was pretty spacious, with plenty of comfy seats, large tables, and free wifi offered. It was honestly a great place to study if you could get past the super loud music. I plugged in my earphones and was able to ignore it. I noticed there were board games available if you wanted to play. T4U was located on San Gabriel Blvd, but parking was easy with their own lot. Be sure to take advantage of the yelp check-in offer for a free size upgrade! read more
If I was looking for a cafe to study I'd probably frequent this tea shop, they have a random collection of fancy dining room furniture that looks comfortable for hours of sitting Dropped in here by accident thinking it was the same company as the T4 opening on Main Street ---sea salt cream green tea: not too sweet and a strong tea flavor, just what I wanted NOTE: Yelp check in gets you a free drink size upgrade read more

I ordered from this place for the first time the other day after hearing about it a lot from my friends. the portion size of their snacks were definitely impressive! personally, I would not recommend eating an entire one by yourself, but this place is a good option if you're looking to buy snacks for multiple people to share. the brown sugar boba was a little too sweet for my taste, and the boba was a little less chewy than I'd expected, but it was alright overall. the snacks were wonderful! I would go there again another time with some friends when it's safe to do so. btw, great delivery packaging! the food was still hot and crispy by the time it arrived. :) read more
I was craving chamango and decided to try this place out, but unfortunately their version is more of a slush topped with pieces of mango and sprinkled with chile-lime seasoning. Not that it wasn't good, but okay. I had better experience at other Latin markets. Traditional chamango offers a sorbet or gelato type base for smooth creamy texture finished with tamarind-chamoy candy bits or a straw. Though suitable to others, my purist taste buds had me dissatisfied and underwhelmed. They do offer a nice selection of flavored teas, milk boba, slushes and lite bites. Cafe is small and mostly packed with students. Of course, free wifi and charming vibe makes it all happen. Maybe another time T4U.. read more

Another tea house within a few blocks of A Plus, Neighbors, and Tbay? Yep, and T4U has found a way to stand out from the other tea places with their Chamango drink. I didn't try it, but it seems to be a pretty stand out drink that isn't served at most other tea houses. T4U is located in a small plaza on San Gabriel. There's a private parking lot for the plaza, but there's also street parking as well. It's a really tiny tea house, with only two or three tables and a couch area. I think there was another table outside with chairs around it, but when I came with my friend, every seat was taken and we had to resort to going elsewhere to drink our drinks. There were a few drinks I wanted to try from T4U's top ten drinks, but I convinced myself to just get one. I tried the Sea Salt Cream Green Tea, which I have high expectations for. I thought it tasted fairly good. With the Yelp check-in, I received a large sized drink - and with the addition of boba, everything was still under $4. Boba was really good. Chewy and firm, with enough sweetness to give it flavor. It didn't detract from the green tea flavor either. Whenever I order this particular drink, I like to make sure that the cream is separate from the tea. I felt like the color of the tea was pretty similar to the cream, which made me think that maybe milk was added. But the tea was pretty good - not as "pure" as I have had from other places, but I liked it. I would probably put T4U's sea salt cream green tea in my top five, with this being the fifth compared to other tea houses. My friend tried the honey green tea and the Hokkaido milk tea and thought they both were good. Can't really comment much since I only tried one drink and I thought it was good. Service was fast and efficient - drinks came out in under 5 minutes. I wanted to try their Cassava cakes, but they were all out. I will be back to try their popular Chamango drink as well as their Cassava cake and popcorn chicken! Credit card accepted on orders of more than $10, otherwise you can pay $0.40 to use the card. Don't forget to get a stamp card! If you can find a place to sit, they have Wi-Fi and board games for customers. read more
T4ME? Chamango! Yell it out loud! It's so fun to say...cha-mango! CHA-MANGO! You're in for quite the dessert treat, chunky cubes of mango sitting on top of a mango smooth that's all sweet, salty, tangy, and sour all at once. Everyone's invited to this party in your mouth! Is it Mexican or Asian? Mexian? Asican? Have you heard of that one girl's fanny? It like a tropical fruit. She'll let any MANGO in there. read more
Yelp Check-In: Free Upgrade to Large Size My bf bought the Avocado smoothie and I ordered the Grapefruit Honey Green tea. First off, let me just tell you that we were turned off by the fact that it took FOREVER for them to make our drinks. Luckily, we found a table to play some board games but it literally took them about 10-15 minutes. Even though the board games helped pass time by, I know that if I wanted to pick up the drinks TO-GO, I would not wait that long. The Avocado smoothie wasn't great. My bf could taste some of the avocado, but if you're looking for some wholesome authentic avocado smoothies, this isn't the place for you. The Grapefruit Honey Green Tea was very disappointing. It didn't taste anything like Grapefruit because they doused the whole thing with honey. I was actually looking forward to the tarty flavor, but I didn't get that. The cafe is kind of small, so you're really limited to tables and seats. I wouldn't recommend it for people to study, unless you come here super early. There's plenty of parking and stamp cards are available. read more
This is the first place I taste actual tea in my drink besides the Green Tea at Boiling Point. What does it mean? It means my Peach Mango Tea with Grass Jelly tastes a little bit bitter but this way I know I'm not drinking water with a bunch of unhealthy mixed syrup. T4U is a rather new place judging by the numbers of review. As I'm sitting here this place is suddenly full of people. Too many actually considering the space. It has only 3 tables (each 4 seats) and two couches with its table. It's tiny and from outside very inconspicuous. For the drinks it feels like they take a couple minutes longer than we used to. But again I think it's because they actually make it fresh. Besides I see people ordering snacks and other food. Don't forget to CHECK-IN for a free drink upgrade. Taboo, Connect 4, Card games etc. Plenty of outlets for you to charge your electronic devices. The WIFI is bobatea21 and the key for the restroom is at the counter. You're welcome. You're literally welcomed here! Come check it out. read more
