My go-to Chick-fil-A store. I like this location because it is big and spacious, clean, and welcoming. I usually order the Deluxe Sandwich with American cheese and a large side of waffle potato fries. The chicken in the sandwich is nice and juicy every time, while the fries are nice and crunchy. The one menu item that I would not recommend is the chicken nuggets, which are always dry, overcooked, and tiny. The nuggets do not taste good whatsoever. The drive thru here can have pretty long lines during peak hours. I tend to go inside the store even for pickup orders. Pickup for mobile orders is always quick and easy. I have never seen the inside be crowded. Many open tables, both indoor and outdoor, seem to be available at all times. There are plenty of parking spots too, so parking is never an issue. This is one of the better Chick-fil-A locations for sure. read more

The drive-thru was a mess. I placed my order online for easy pick up. When I arrived I was the first car in line. But shortly after a line of cars grew behind me. After a short time one by one cars behind me started to get there food. The attendant asked my name and went to the pickup window came back and she said I needed to park by a sign, as she pointed to a wall across the driveway...I had been waiting for about 15min by this time. After another 5min of waiting I honked. Nothing, I was still waiting. I turned around looking at the parking lot and noticed across the lot numbered spaces for pickup. I moved to a space marked for drive-thru pick up. I sat watching orders going out to other cars. When I noticed I had been there for 25min's I honked again. The girl inside the drive-thru and the attendant outside with looked at me and I shrugged and waved to imply what's going on. Shortly there after the girl from the drive-thru window came out holding my food and immediately said to me that she didn't appreciate my attitude. I said because I honked. She said yes. At which point I pointed out I had been waiting 25min's she brushed if off and said you weren't parked in the right place. I stated that I parked where the attendant pointed. She replied that she was sure that her co-worker did not give me bad information. I said well she did and she replied I'm sure you are wrong. At that point I told her to give me my food and I would not return to this location. She turned to walk away and said good. And I said, "yeah, it is good." Her response made it clear they knew I was parked in the wrong place, which was across the driveway from the signed area, but they made no effort to walk the extra 10 feet to bring me my order and kindly point out my error. Instead I got a uppity attitude from a arrogant millennial. A pretty new Chick-fil-A has opened in El Monte, visible right off the freeway with its huge sign. The place has a large drive-through and a large parking area for many customers to come and enjoy some food. They are open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The inside has a lot of tables and chairs. So if you are craving a chicken sandwich come here and enjoy it with some waffle fries. I did enjoy a nice spicy chicken sandwich with a little bit of heat and some ranch sauce on it! read more

I been to many other locations of Chick fil A but this specific location is one of the best. Very spacious compared all the other locations I've been to. The drive through is spacious as well with double ordering lanes. Parking is plentiful because of how spacious it is. Getting in and out of the lot is easy as well. Menu is always solid, but my wife and I; favorites are the waffle fries and the Deluxe Chicken Sandwich. The waffle fries are always crispy and fresh whenever I order them. They're just super addicting and salted perfectly. Portions are pretty big as well considering the fries are "big" As for the Deluxe chicken sandwich, it's perfect. Chicken is well made and each bite is full of flavor and crisp. Underrated but it's always well presented. The bun itself is pretty nice and standard size for a chicken sandwich. My wife recommended me this spot instead of the other locations because of how spacious spot is and I'm impressed with this location as staff is always friendly, helpful, and quick despite always being super busy. It's disappointing to write this because I genuinely like this chain. This review is specifically about the person at the pick up window at 3:12pm on 1/21/2026. My receipt shows Cashier's name is Brian, so I will assume it was Brian that assisted me. After placing my order, he called out my name at the pickup window and handed me a bag. I had also requested two ice waters, which were not included, so I stayed at the window to make sure I received everything. I had music playing and several passengers in the car, so it was hard to hear clearly. He mumbled something and handed me another bag. Assuming it was the rest of my order (especially since I had ordered about $41 worth of food), I reached for it and then asked again about the waters. Brian then said, "That bag is for Pauline--are you Pauline?" Obviously, I'm not, since he had already called out my name earlier and made eye contact with me. Shortly after, he handed me another bag of food. During this confusion, my car ended up stuck in park, preventing me from moving forward. Instead of handling the situation professionally, Brian looked at his coworker and mockingly said, "Bye, Pauline!" in an attempt to rush me along. That behavior was unnecessary and unprofessional. Mistakes happen, but mocking a customer instead of taking responsibility is not acceptable. Very impressed with this Chick-fil-A location. Every visit I've had, every employee has been very courteous, friendly, and helpful. I usually get a non-spicy chicken sandwich without pickles and with the honey roasted bbq sauce, with an occasional milkshake. It's been consistently delicious every time. With that, you're going thru drive-thru without going thru the drive-thru line. Does that make sense? Anyway, the only inconvenience is that you can't make a left turn while existing but you can always make a U-turn somewhere legally. I was super excited when they decided to build this location. It's close to where I work. So, I'm lucky that I can get good chicken any time for lunch, after work, and breakfast! The last time I came to this Chick-fil-A, I ordered through their app. It was easy to use. Once, I got to the mobile-thru (there are 2 lanes for the drive thru) all I needed to do was scan my qr code and proceed to pick up my order. It was fast and convenient. Plus, my order was hot and correct. The only thing I was a little disappointed with was that my sweet tea wasn't really sweet.
