Pretty tight turn curves through the drive thru, no issues ordering via the app and the food came out pretty quickly. Young gentleman working was very polite and made sure we got all of our condiments and utensils. We ordered everything off of the Halloween menu on the first day it was being offered and we got everything in the seasonal packaging, no weird last minute substitutes. It looked like there wasn't a lot of food, but it was definitely enough to fill 2 adults who haven't had dinner yet. We got all of the dipping sauces, as well. Overall, food is alright. You get 2 Fangs shaped nuggets with your Halloween version and the rest are bats. Love the packaging for all of it. The nuggets come in a coffin shaped box with a vampire nugget creature to the side and some text inside the box. Mozzarella sticks came in a mummy designed box. The orange whopper has a giant Jack-o-Lantern design on it. Ice cream machine was actually working so we got to try their seasonal soft serve. It has purple sauce drizzle, Oreo bits and cookie crumble, brownie bits I think, green and purple sprinkles, and pop rocks. Need to be mixed since it's a bit sweet. It's standard fast food. I was in the drive thru and I was told about their Oct app perks of bogo deals. However, I wasnt sure if it was thru app purchases only so I drove to the speaker and asked them if they knew. The person didnt know much about it nor what was on the app, so I said I will come back after I place the order. There was enough room for me to drive away to a nearby parking spot and ordered through my app. The app was annoying because it wouldnt let me see what the specials were unless im about to order something. Make sure if you want something added/changed has been correctly done. I believe I clicked on bacon, but didnt get bacon. I didnt check the receipt to verify either. So thats my fault. Once I was done, I drove back through the drive thru, mentioned that I had placed a mobile order and the guy told me to go to the last window. I've been coming to the Burger King location in Temple City for decades. It is still very old timey but a lot of the finishes are modern and up-to-date. There are the new Coca-Cola freestyle fountain machines and the counters feel like they're very high end. But everything else is still very old school as I remembered it from many decades ago. Some of the popular items here are the whopper, the barbecue burger, and their nuggets. If you download their app there are different coupons and deals going on so feel free to take advantage of those. Prices in general are pricey nowadays so if you're able to find something that is fairly cheaper, it's a win. It's not just the Burger King chain alone but prices now make me cringe. My most favorite feature is to be able to place mobile orders which makes it a lot easily ready so you're not waiting when you arrive. There is plenty of parking around here. But I would actually park not inside the actual designated parking area but park outside and walk in. A little parking area can be a little tight at times it might be challenging to get in and out of. There aren't to many other BK locations nearby so if you're craving some burger king food in the area, this is the place to go. read more

I really love Burger King, but this location is bad! I ordered a Whopper, Fries and a Shake. The Fries were taken from a Sealed Plastic Container that also contained Onion Rings. The employee took a French Fry container and scooped it into the Sealed Plastic Container and then closed the lid. The Fries were cold and tasted rancid. I last visited Burger King on Sat, Dec 11 a little after 8 AM for a breakfast with my mom. We have been coming to this location throughout the decades since it's close to home. We always get coupons for BK in the mail so we will sometimes come by to order some whopper combos, chicken sandwiches, chicken nuggets, etc for a quick, easy, and cheap lunch. We ordered the following since we had breakfast coupons: 2 Ham Breakfast Sandwiches 2 Bacon Breakfast Sandwiches 2 Tater Tots and 2 Small Coffees All for $8 Since we came by so early, there was only one other patron. The staff who helped us was so nice - honestly one of the nicest staffers at BK ever lol. She had a positive attitude and patiently waited as I tried to get the exact change (been trying to get rid of my change haha)..oh and she let me stacked two coupons. The wait for the food wasn't long at all. Since the milk creamers weren't out yet, she asked how many we needed. There was plenty of indoor seating available and the food was decent. I always enjoy BK tater tots or fries since they are always nicely fried and have a crisp. I don't particularly like soggy fries and BK has been pretty consistent with their frying. The breakfast sandwiches were pretty tasty for what you get. I mean the food isn't the freshest (cus fast food lol) but it's good and gets the job done haha. Overall, we are repeat customers. Can't expect the best quality of food and customer service at all times, but this experience was actually surprisingly great. read more

COVID-19: Social distancing is enforced at this establishment. All of the staff wears a mask. All customers are expected to wear a mask too. The staff also wears gloves. There are some hand sanitizers available for customers to use. This place is available for take outs and has no outdoor seating available with limited capacity. They are not sanitizing in between customers. While I was grabbing my food from this establishment several days ago, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They currently don't have happy hour. They also do not allow pets in their establishment. Parking: There are plenty of parking spots available. If their parking lot is full, don't worry. There are additional parking spaces surrounding the establishment because there are several other establishments near Burger King. Food: I got myself a whopper. I haven't had a whopper in ages, so I got myself one. Still tastes the same as it did when I got one three years ago. The buns were nice and toasty. The beef patty was perfect. Just the right amount of lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. Awesome burger. Staff: The staff here are very chill and laidback. I placed my order in person and within 5 minutes, I got my order. Been to this location a couple times, through the drive-thru, and it has always met my expectations. Used the app with a coupon for the first time a few days ago and it was easy peasy. Ordered a Whopper with their $0.37 throwback deal and the Whopper tasted as I expected it to. Very delicious! Grilled and complete with fresh lettuce and tomatoes. Very efficient from ordering to paying and pick-up. There is usually plenty of parking nearby but I would rather use the drive-thru. read more

One of the worst managed restaurants I have ever been to. The short Hispanic dude with a drive through earphone, when you ask him something, he just turn his back on you and ignores you completely, like you don't exist, horrible attitude too when he talk to you with his back turn on you! The only person did at least gives a shit is the Hispanic girl, at least she is trying to help you when you asked! The taller Asian looking dude is somewhat helpful, at least he acknowledges you, but he did screams in the back that "I don't wanna be here"! Seems like they are short staffed and too angry to work! Axel and Adrian When my family went to this restaurant, we were immediately accosted by a woman shouting something in Chinese. Immediately, an employee there proceeded to protect us by scaring the woman off. Then when we went in the restaurant, the same employee along with another, their names Axel and Adrian, were very quick to take our order and serve it. The food is much better than McDonald's. The two also asked my family and I if we were ok. The caring nature they show as well as the quick service they provided makes this place, even if it's a fast food restaurant, a worthwhile place to stop by on a road trip or just a quick burger to eat before you go on with your day. After opening the burger without gloves I went inside and set the open burger on counter to show the error. I was handed another burger. The cashier took the burger that i touched and rewrapped it and set with other wrapped burgers. It's so painfully obvious that this franchise discriminates against handicapped folks. I was hesitant to leave a review last week, but yesterday's visit solidified my reason for today's post. On the app, there are no limitations to ordering. We both have the app and order what we want to our specifications. And we happen to have the same name. These folks, the first time around, demanded that we enter the store. I am handicapped and I utilize the drive thru so I won't have to enter the restaurant. The lady inside reminded me that if I had 3 or more orders (no mention of that at the storefront or the app), I must enter. So I told her, while I held my walking cane "does this apply to handicapped folk, also...?". She hesitated, and told me I would be an exception, but with a very uncertain voice. The guilt of discrimination was written all over her face. Last night, we ordered and went thru the drivethru. The manager asked for my name 3 times...we gave him the order #s and name. In a very stern and frustrated voice, he told us to go to the window. He was visibly annoyed with us. And a point of advice...if you're going to bad mouth customers, make sure we can't listen. The coworker flat out accused us of placing SEVEN orders last week, and said "oh, those were the customers who got angry cause we made them come in". She obviously isn't too fond of handicapped folks either... I expect to be contacted by your regional manager and / owner to correct this discriminatory situation. To make matters worse, the dining room just closed so we have to wait until the delivery guys are done. They should wait until the restaurant is closed or create a spot where the truck can stop. I don't know why among my friends, why Burger King has such a bad reputation. It's okay. I would say among other fast food nearby, it's probably most comparable to Carl's Jr. in terms of the bigger size burgers and thicker bread. However, I would saw currently, with me forgetting the coupons, Burger King seems to be the cheaper option. Burger King's seem to be so far and few in our part of town, and even this one is awkwardly placed a plaza. The Whopper I had this time wasn't as fulfilling as one I had at a different location recently, but maybe it was 'cause I wasn't craving a Whopper this recent time. Didn't really like the crispy chicken bread but overall was ok. I think if there wasn't such a sudden surge in popularity for chicken sandwiches in recent years, I would think it's alright. However, after many chicken sandwiches in the last year, this one was just not it. I love how they have 10 for $1 nuggets-- while it's not the best nuggets they're still pretty ok and definitely worth it for the price. The fries at BK, on the other hand, are a little thicker than the standard shoestring fries, so if you like thick fries like I do, definitely go for it. Drive they took forever and even after my car got to the window I had to wait an extra 10 minutes just sitting there waiting for the food I pre ordered on mobile. Altogether the drive thru took about 30 minutes. What do I get when I arrive home? They forgot to include the kids meal that I paid for. This place went from being an awesome place to go for families to have fun and enjoy lunch, to an unwelcoming place that has homeless (or homeless looking) customers and other patrons that make this place awkward to eat at, especially in the evening. During one visit, the assistant manager (Mike, I believe his name was) was very unprofessional and was talking about betting on horseracing games with his homeless-looking friend when he was supposed to be taking our order. Even while we ordered our food, he continued his conversation, so we could not even tell if he heard our whole order. This place is also so understaffed that the person cleaning would go and handle money and food, not washing his hands in between. Yucks! What was Mike doing this whole time?
