Was greeted by one of the sweetest cashiers ever. Shoutout to Lara who was helpful and perfect. I was a little off my game and couldn't decide what I wanted. Lara made the ordering process smooth. The ambiance is what you expect. Clean and spacious inside. The bench seating against the windows has some weird spacing at the end. Like if you see it you'll know what I'm talkin bout. Second day since they opened, not as busy as the first day so line was short and food arrived less than 5 minutes. We ordered a grilled sandwich combo and a kids meal, they were both good and as expected from Chik-fil-A. It's in a convenient location by the freeway and there's plenty of parking. This chick fil a location takes IMMENSELY LONG with-ought a doubt every morning. All I order is 2 chicken biscuits and they make me park in the side where the drive thru reserved spots are at. Along with that they are not busy at all there's a total of 3 cars, and they have 2 of us waiting in the side so 1 in the drive through line. I highly recommend going to the chick fil a IN THE SAN ANITA MALL you'll get your food fast there than here it's ridiculous considering there traffic is higher. read more

Went to this chick fil a, pulled in the drive thru. It was slow, only 2 cars in front of us who both pulled through to the window as I began to order. Gio serviced us. I asked if they had a menu we can view, the laminated menu they typically carry when they walk to your car. However, I seemed to inconvenience Gio by asking for this as he walked off rolling his eyes and throwing head back. Sorry Gio, not everyone who visits Chick fil a knows the menu by heart and some of us need to view the menu and what is available. I pulled up as the line started moving and Gio handed me the menu and I politely took it from him, and he then said "or you could just look at that one" gesturing at the drive thru menu. Which was not possible for me to look at with cars in line when I initially asked for the laminated version. I pulled up though and we looked over the menu as Gio walked away rolling his eyes and scoffing again. After about 2-3 minutes Gio walked up again "for *my name*?" With a sigh and eye roll added to that statement. I said yes. My boyfriend let me know what he wanted, I order it. I then began to place my order. I asked for Mac and cheese, and was not informed it was unavailable. Maybe you could do better to inform people if you kept your attitude in check, but I digress. Eduardo? Edward? Ed (skinny curly hair with an attitude) came over since Gio somehow could not pull his attitude together and input the sauces I asked for and messed up my order. Ed informed us, while laughing, yeah you cannot get the Mac and cheese. I only knew it was unavailable because he joked with Gio that he let us order it and not because I was politely or courteously informed that it was available. We paid and as I drove off Gio and Ed both walked away rolling their eyes and scoffing. I'm sorry that I inconvenienced you by expecting you to do the very basics of doing your job. I wouldn't normally care about people's attitude at work, sometimes we have bad days. But I did nothing but ask for a menu and was met with a disgusting level of unprofessionalism. That kind of attitude won't get you very far Gio. I've been to plenty of chick fil a's but this one, not been here long, left a nasty impression. No wonder there is rarely a line when employees meet you with disrespect and not the friendliness expected and praised by chick fil a. I decided to come back and give benefit of the doubt. I regret it. I went for breakfast via drive-thru. It took 30 minutes for them to take order and provide me with my order. 30 MINUTES! The other chick fil a locations I've been to take about 5-10 minutes to take my order and provide it, even when there's a long line. I ordered the breakfast biscuit meal. They let me know there is no hash brown and if I wanted either a berry parfait or fruit cup. I asked the gal if it would be extra charge as this is an inconvenience on their end. She said that they would be able to discount it. I said that's fine. I go to pay and they charge it full price. I didn't realize it until after. I go home and the berry parfait is only filled half way the cup not even full. At first I had thought I was a bit harsh in my last review but not much has changed. They still don't have the greatest attitude. It also shouldn't take 30 minutes to order and get your meal. Fast food isn't a hard job either (I used to work in fast food years ago). I really hope that management can control/better their employees. Especially because they aren't cheap anymore. read more

Foods is always on point. My kids love their foods and their sauce. We prefer this business more than their competitors because they never go cheap on their sauce which we appreciate. They don't prioritize their own mobile orders ill be getting my order after people who got their orders taken in the regular lane. Its so ridiculous how they try and make everything be so fast they theyll even forget to give you your order right and be missing items you paid for!!! When I asked to speak to the manager all she gave me was this cheap complimentary card yeah I bet your business hands those out on a daily!!!!!!!
