Don't order there'd fried squid here! They over cook it and it's hard like a rock and I call to let them know and they didn't even do anything about it! We spend over $50 here! We sure not coming back!

Quick, easy, and solid options. I was definitely surprised because Quickly isn't know for being the best when it comes to Boba shops. What I like about this specific location, is that they serve actual food entrees along with their drinks. And the best part is that they give huge portions at great prices. The interior isn't really anything special, but the food and drinks will make up for that. You definitely get bang for your buck here. The service is quick and friendly!

台式雞扒飯/ 香雞排 The minced pork on top of the rice is very tasty but the veggies are a little bit disappointing and oversimplified. I love the braised egg though. Portion and price are reasonable and worth the bucks. The entrée - Taiwanese style fried chicken is well-done and perfectly crispy! 4 stars for a quick-fix lunch on weekdays.

Beef chow mein

I havent been back here since my highschool days but I had an appointment nearby so I decided to stop by. Around noon I called to order to go and it took awhile for them to pick up the phone. After a few calls they finally answered and I ordered the Beef Chow Mein and a side of the spicy fries. I forgot to bring cash and they charge for credit cards for orders under $20 (They also take apple pay). It took about 15 minutes for my food but they ended up forgetting to make the fries. No big deal, I was happy to wait since they were really apologetic and friendly and it was only two older ladies working. One in the front and one in the back and they do have alot of phone orders. The only thing that sucked was that I had to pay the 2% charge twice because she made two separate charges. Ive never really had food from Quicklys before but I was starving! When I got home 15-20min later everything was still piping hot. The portion size was HUGE. It was also packaged neatly and no sauce or oil stains. So much beef chow mein that I had two plates to myself and it still looked untouched. It was also made really fresh, the beef actually tasted good, the onions and cabbage was fresh and not old. I'm considering ordering more food from here in the future now. The fries were made fresh to order and they even gave me extra spice on the side. It wasnt overly salty either. I had a really good experience with the food and snacks here. I cant speak for the drinks, but the prices for everything still seem to be lower than other shops.

I went to this quickly yesterday for the 1st time I order the combination fried but the popcorn chicken was so hard and dry to chew on . so disappointed .so sad that I couldn't enjoy it.

popcorn chicken -- mild and new item, sour cream and onion seasoned fries!

location & parking: located in an orange painted plaza! parking is in a free shared private lot. food & drinks: quickly's popcorn chicken is top tier imo! it is $6.97 and comes with such a big portion size. they're perfectly crispy, seasoned, and juicy inside. we tried the seasoned fries with sour cream and onion flavor for the first time and it was almost identical to potato corner! (but more affordable! -- $6.97 for twice the amount) so flavorful, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. such a great place to grab a quick bite or some snacks for your day! service: came on a thursday afternoon and it was quite empty with no wait. the staff seem to be family or at least super close and are all pretty nice! they speak mandarin, cantonese, and of course english. vibes: the ambiance is super old school, definitely not modern, but i wouldnt say its run down. it has a cozy and throwback vibe! note: theres takeout and a few tables inside for dine in. ive been coming here for over 10 years and it's been one of my favorite quick bite places for a long time. the quality and price of their food is unmatched. (the drinks on the otherhand are not the best but not bad. definitely more simple and there are other better places for drinks, but a good small eats spot) overall: 5/5 star, in my opinion and experience!

Rating: 3.5 Stars Visitation Rights: Been to this location a handful of times through out the years. Credit Cards: They're accepted. $.75 surcharge if it's less than $10 Price Point: Relatively economical. Location/Parking: Located in a small plaza next door to HP Pho ga. Major cross streets are Mission Dr. and Rosemead Blvd. Decent amount of parking in the shared lot. Ambiance/Decor: Your usual boba shop feel with furnishings. At this time, it's just a take it and go type of shop. Service: Service is okay. Staffers are nice, and food/drinks come out at a decent time. The only issue is that I don't get much basil (perhaps the staffers forget to tell the kitchen staff) when I ask for extra basil. Snack Of Choice: I usually get their popcorn chicken with no seasoning and extra basil. Big portions! Quality control is a bit of a hit or a miss on this one. The chicken can either be really dry/burnt or relatively soft, juicy, and crunchy (How I like them). Boba Shop For Thought: Definitely coming back to satisfy my popcorn chicken cravings.

Popcorn chicken - huge portions

This review is for the popcorn chicken. They give a lot, but you have to eat it while its hot, otherwise, it'll get hard. If it gets cold, the popcorn chicken might be salvageable with an airfryer. I would say 5-stars for the portion size and spices bc spices are spicy and not overly salty. Mild was perfect for me. The boba milk tea is decent. I got half sugar and it was perfect.

Won't allow to change some food on banquet menu, just had to add another dish. Food came out fast & with big plates, hardly any space on table, waiter just left it on top of 2 serving trays. They didn't care that serving plates were still full. The beef loc lac was tough, deep fried fish sauce tasted weird with their sweet sour sauce, pea sprouts which I was trying to change to another dish but couldn't, sure enough was so fibrous & chewy. The special fried rice was so full of all different kinds of meat that it was like a meal in itself. With 10 different dishes it would have been better to serve plain white rice. Felt service could been better for 18% service already added on bill. Tea was even charged. Had to ask for menu at cashier & was told already at table, asked for waiter so we can order, had to ask for water, spoons & forks or to have some serving plates taken away to have more space at table. There were few waiters & feel that they were not attentive and restaurant was not even busy. Even parking lot was not full but there was courtesy valet parking & girl was insisting on parking the cars even though several cars was starting to line up. I would never recommend or return to this place again. Just disappointed that my guests did not enjoy the food as well.

The place was bustling for a good reason. You must try their seafood of course, its in the name. But especially the house special lobster noodles. Top notch service.

The sauce was rich, slightly tangy, and baked perfectly into the rice. I swear I only come here just for the baked tomato rice and getting chicken was a nice surprise because I usually would get it with the pork chops. SO GOOOOOD. The braised tofu with mushrooms and broccoli was also really solid. It's comforting and really well seasoned. Brick toast was really good too. Crispy on the outside, soft and buttery inside, exactly how it should be!!! The only thing was the pear chicken soup that was a whopping $12.99 for a smalllll bowl. It tasted delicious but the price was not worth it for how small the portion size was I really love this spot so much. We originally were hoping for 7 or 7:30, but based on how busy and popular this place is I can see why they said no. Come early and get seated right away and there's still ample parking in their parking lot. By the time we left at 7:30p, the lot was packed and people circling around hoping to snag a spot from folks leaving. The restaurant is pretty large and has about 3 rooms with different size tables and booths. No matter the size of your party, there's a table that will accommodate. The staff were very nice and attentive and FAST! We had our food out probably 15 min after we put in our order! Now...on to the food. We ordered one of the set menus for our party of 7 and it was spot on! As you can see in the pictures we had all the "classics". Our set meal could easily be enjoyed by at least 10 people. We had so many leftovers! The food was all well prepared and sufficiently seasoned. Portions of each dish was plentiful and everyone will be able to get enough to satisfy. My favorite items: lobster (duh!), kung pao chicken, pork chops, and shaking beef. The seafood soup is a great starter, and don't forget to add a little vinegar and pepper! Great restaurant in the SGV. This location is much bigger than their Rowland Heights restaurant, but the food is exactly the same. This is a great alternative to the popular Newport Seafood, so don't sleep on this place!

The Restaurant has plenty of space, but I chose to be seated near the entrance, since that's where I saw most of the staff standing, that way when I need something it's easy to reach out for them. The Menu was handed to us and I saw a lot of things on their Menu in a package deal, like a family style order. I didn't order that 'coz I am not familiar with some of the things on the menu so we just chose ala cart. I ordered a few things that I knew my Husband and Son would enjoy. * 5.75 pounds of LOBSTER with GARLIC PASTA. *CRAB with TAMARIND SAUCE *PORK CHOP SALT & PEPPER * YANG CHOW FRIED RICE I wanted to order more, but I was impressed with how HONEST our server was, he said "I think you should see first when the food comes out 'coz your Lobster alone is already big. I'm glad I listened to his advice 'coz at the end of our dinner we still had plenty left 'coz the servings were big, especially the Lobster with Garlic noodles. The 5.75 pounds of LOBSTER with Garlic Pasta was Huge when they delivered it to our table, the shells were already pre cracked, so it was easy to get the Lobster Meats. Omg! having the Garlic noodles with this dish is delicious! But surprisingly this time , I loved the CRAB more than the Lobster , but both were really really good, but the reason that I liked the Crab more is because the seasoning or Flavor of the sauce that I chose for our crab is so delicious!!!! The Crab was meaty and it has a good Tanginess with a light sweetness and a light spiciness to it. While my Husband and Son were enjoying the Lobster, I was devouring the Crab ;) The Fried rice and Pork was good too, but it's just the same taste as we always get on the other restaurants. The food here were delicious, the crab was totaly devoured by me and there was plenty of the Lobster left. It was DELICIOUS, but it was a Big Portion with all that Chunky Lobster Meats and Garlic noodles, my husband and son said that it was a heavy meal and made them so full :) The Foods were delicious, the portions were big, there were Plenty of Parking around, and the Service was Excellent. If ever we are in the area again, I will definitely make a stop here.
