When this location opened in late 2021, I was pretty ecstatic as their nearest location to me was all the way in West Covina. Pretty happy that they finally have a location not too far away whenever I was craving Jollibee. The vibe here is pretty typical of any fast food establishment. My partner though has ran into some troubles of online orders being canceled for no apparent reason. This specific location is great. Never really had any problems with them on my occasional visits. Drive through is quick and staff is pretty quick and professional with order as well inside. There's also online ordering which is great to avoid any wait times. My partner and I both use the app whenever we order to gain rewards points. Highly recommend checking that out if you order often. My go to order here is the 2pc chickenjoy with a side of spaghetti combo, which comes with a drink, apple pie and a biscuit. The chicken here is very underrated in my opinion, super tasty, crunchy, and always full of flavor. It also comes with a cup of gravy which you dip with the chicken and just adds tons of flavor that you don't really find at other chicken places. The spaghetti is also underrated, filled with some sausages and sauce, it's a good compliment to the chicken and is pretty fulfilling. Overall, Very happy that they've added a Jollibee that's not too far from where I reside. Love that this location has a quick drive through and their food is pretty standard from all the other locations that I've been to. Although nothing over the top since it's a fast food chain, Always a decent chain to visit if you've never tried their unique style of fried chicken.

Horrible experience coming to this location , it was such a headache. First I was told they're completely out of spicy chicken which clearly was a lie if you see the photos. They also brought out a whole new batch and stated they were saving those for online orders. Chicken was just on the trays not being packed up . Soda machines did not have ice so I had to stand there until I practically screamed at them because they weren't acknowledging me being right there needing assistance. Once they poured my ice I went to the fountain to pour my soda and it was all flat. They weren't comprehending when I informed them that their fountain sodas had NO GAS .i was so overwhelmed never coming to this location ever again I rather drive further for better service

I will always love Jollibee! They've never disappointed me! Chicken is always crunch and juicy. The gravy just brings the chicken to a whole other level. This time I decided to try the palabok, but the spaghetti is def my favorite combo with the chicken. The pineapple junk e was very refreshing. You can order from the kiosk or the register or the drive thru. The have tables inside to enjoy your food.

This was my first time here! Very delicious. Prices are extremely reasonable. One of the best inexpensive chicken sandwiches I've ever had. Everything was tasty. I got the spicy chicken sandwich deluxe combo with adobo rice and a passion fruit ice tea plus a mango pie. Bomb.com. The ice tea was soooo good as well as the pie. We ordered through the app and not the kiosk in order to get a $5 off Promo. I think our order may have gotten lost because it took about 20 minutes for them to serve us. We had to check several times but staff was nice. Lots of tables to sit and eat. I'd definitely go back.

The fried chicken are so good, crispy and perfect inside and so amazing when dipped with gravy. The perfect pair 2 chicken, spaghetti and drink combo is amazing. Spaghetti is sweet and love the filo style of it. The pineapple quencher is perfect sweetness yet you can taste the pineapple. The Ube pie is a must dessert because the Ube filling inside with the crispy outside together is perfect, not overly sweet but delicious. I would say yes to jollibee The worker there we so nice and helpful too

I love Jollibees! We don't have it in Austin! But they opened up some in Dallas and San Antonio so that's better than before. But none in my city! So any chance I get I must get some especially in Cali. Especially in LA. Because last time it was so good in LA. So this location was new to us but we were headed to California science center so this one was on the way. So happy that it was. I was really craving Jolibees! So ofc I got half spicy and half not because if you know their spicy can be very spicy. The kids can't take that. I only ate the chicken but the kids had the drink and the pasta and pie and it was all so good. The chicken came out hot and spicy and perfectly done. Everything tastes good! It hit the spot and I wished I can eat more and not have to share either because as I write this I am craving it again. I liked this location. Only drove through. The person took our order was patient and courteous because we had questions a lot of questions and add ons ha but they were kind and got our order perfectly. So props to them! And they came out super fast! Win win! Happy tummy happy customers!

I a 6pc regular chicken bucket and a spicy chicken deluxe with a side of spaghetti. The quality is superb every single time. The staff were friendly and welcomed me as I came in and the service was quick. This location is a bit small with many small tables and one large table. I came in for a late lunch with some friends and we had to squeeze into a booth while pulling up some extra chairs together since the manager (I'm assuming since she was wearing a different colored uniform) was sitting alone by herself at the large table. There were lots of other seating in the restaurant but we were able to make it work.

I ordered at the drive thru and the person assisting me was extremely patient and helpful. It was hard to hear because of how loud the street was and hard to see the screen because it was flickering in and out of focus. Food was nice and hot and luckily there wasn't anyone behind me while I was ordering.

The wife and I love fried chicken, but we don't eat it every day for obvious reasons. Although, the wife tries her best! Jollibee wouldn't be my number 1 fried chicken chain. That honor would go to Popeye's. The wife prefers Jollibee. I went to the DTLA Jollibee a few times and thought it was great! This location seems not as good as the DTLA location in my opinion. The chicken was a bit too greasy for me. The service was very friendly and attentive. They ask you what you would like and give you a fair amount of condiments and they provide paper plates as well which was nice for eating in. I would come back!

This was not an in-person visit, so I can't entirely comment on ambiance and service other than to say that my food did arrive promptly and it was still warm / fresh. That said, my food was exactly what I was craving -- saucy, stick to your ribs, filling, and flavorful CARBS! I ordered the Palabok Fiesta -- which I never had before -- and I was not disappointed. The noodles were thin, cooked al dente, and the fiesta (?) sauce was delicious. It was somewhere between a gravy and marinara-but-not sauce that was full of flavor and crunchy garlic (?) bits. The dish was topped with ground pork and slivers of hard-boiled egg. All the flavors blended well together and I had it, not once, but twice - both doordash orders. It goes down light, so you don't feel like you've gorged but you end definitely feeling satisfied!

We had to stop at Jollibee again, me and my business partners for lunch. They also have Beef hamburgers with cheese, and Pineapple Hawaiian style hamburgers. You can also purchase chicken sandwiches and tenders on the menu. Everything is cheap and reasonably priced at Jollibee's. The burgers are decent and good. I wanted to try others on the menu. French fries are good dipped in the gravy that they serve when you order anything chicken.

Boneless chicken, by the way, so non-Canto friendly, and you saw that with the mosaic of people coming in to pick up an order. Me too, planning to pick up 2 orders before making my way Irvine, driving fast, faces pass, and I'm southbound. Jiving like Terry Crews. OK, maybe not "driving fast". This is LA, after all. But then the daily special menu caught my eye. It's Thursday. Chicken ala King, the chicken Al Fredo of Hong Kong, the one white sauce Western dish that HongKongers think of. It's fine. You have a job, and you're not here as often as you wish. Trigger pulled. And you're not the thermopile that you think you are anymore. Trigger pulled on the large chrysanthemum tea. And boy, do I NOT regret that decision. The flavors were on point, just like how it used to be in HK! The richness of the butter worked well with the flavor of the chicken. I don't feel as bad as enjoying the butter and cheeese combo that is Al Fredo but that's probably a bias I have. (The easiest place to get this in HK is actually KFC... But the execution is also pepper heavy there is no taste semblance to the original dish...) The tea is floral, sweet with a slight bitter aftertaste from being a little over brewed if your standard is Vita, but absolutely perfect for the heatwave. Service was great too. The boss lady smiled but was also very sharp. Got the tea immediately, no fuss about the ice, no hesitation and ready to switch when I asked if the adjacent container is milk tea. It's not. It's THEIR cappuchino. By the way, if you noticed the 3 veggie paintings on their wall, here's the irony... I'm pretty sure there's no leeks, carrots, or garlic used in making chicken rice. The yellow of the walls work well though, working in step with the sunset hues, and a far cry from the no-frills hospitial-wite walls of so many other Cantonese mom-n-pops. And sadly, no one comes close in the Bay Area, not even the 2 new shops in Millbrae dare I say. Parking isn't an issue. Valley Blvd is a busy street, but the side streets are residential. Try not to be on the other side of Valley though. Valley with its traffic is a pain in the rear to cross. Even if you're not a chicken. N if u gonn' say jo mama make it betta', lemme ask, jo mama make dat rice too? Sorry for Game-of-Throning in the beginning, but TBH it's not like this ESTABLISHMENT needs this review. I know Savoy Kitchen has a loyal following, and I can understand why many people enjoy it. But…read morehaving grown up eating Hainanese Chicken Rice and trying versions of it across East Asia, I have very high standards for it. So I came away thinking the chicken rice here was simply okay - not bad, but not particularly memorable either. The chicken itself was decent, but mine came out slightly overcooked. As a result, it lost some of the tenderness and velvety texture that defines truly great Hainanese chicken. The dryness also muted some of the natural flavor that should come through in the poached chicken. The rice was probably the biggest disappointment for me. Great Hainanese chicken rice should have a rich aroma from chicken stock, garlic, ginger, and rendered fat, with each grain distinct and flavorful on its own. Here, the rice felt a bit clumpy and lacked the deep, savory fragrance and chicken essence that elevate the dish. As for the condiments, they were adequate but unremarkable. The soy sauce and ginger sauce did their job of complementing the chicken, but neither stood out. The chili sauce had some heat and acidity. Still, it lacked the brightness and complexity that can really tie the entire plate together. Overall, nothing about the meal was bad. In fact, I can see why it satisfies many people looking for comforting chicken rice. But for me, the chicken, rice, and sauces never fully came together into a cohesive, standout dish. It's competent Hainanese Chicken Rice - just missing the extra depth, balance, and refinement that make the best versions truly special.
