Love Lee's coffee, but was disappointed when they didn't honor the $2 pastry promotion. Nowhere on the sign did it say it excluded "regular" Lee's coffee. They said it was flavor coffees only. ‍

Requested provolone cheese not American cheese for allergy reasons in my door dash delivery. This is extremely important for many who might have allergies. Extremely disappointing that orders are NOT read for these ridiculous delivery services. Why I refuse ordering through these services. You charge what you charge and then don't read orders correctly. More trouble than it's worth. Really disappointed. And I love lee's.

I really enjoy coming to this Lee's location. The Vietnamese iced coffee is always on point--creamy, strong, and they actually give you a good amount of coffee. It's become one of my go-to drinks whenever I stop by. They also carry the ham & cheese croissant, which is so good! It comes out warm, flaky, and buttery, and the filling is just right. I usually grab a couple sesame balls too because they're always fresh and make a perfect little snack on the side. Another thing I like is that they run promotions pretty often. On my last visit, I spent a little over $20 and got some Vietnamese egg roll snacks for free, which was such a nice surprise. They were crispy and flavorful, and it honestly made me feel like this location really values its customers. Overall, this Lee's stands out because of its quality, consistency, and those little perks that make you want to come back. Definitely one of the better Lee's in the area.

Love getting their fresh baguettes. Currently $2 per roll. Parking: there might be open spaces from time to time.

An absolutely delicious and hearty meal. I bought the classic dac biet (combination special) banh mi which did not fail to please my taste buds! I also got a delicious latte, which allows for customization of the sugar levels (unlike for the classic viet iced coffee served in house). Would highly recommend a stop for those in the area!

First time at this Lee's sandwiches and it was ok. The sandwich was 1/4 meat 1/4 veggies and 2/4 bread. The bbq pork was overly fatty, fatty sometimes is good if it melts but this was chewy and almost inedible. The coffee had good flavor and decent price for the size. Not apposed to coming back l, maybe I ordered the wrong thing ? But it was recommended by the worker. So ‍. Staff was nice but most of the tables in the place were dirty and hadn't been cleaned off. I think if they limited their vast variety of options to like 1 page and added more protein to each sandwich there would be a bigger desire to go back.

Kinda annoyed that they either gave my baguette to someone else (customer that came after me), which btw, I didn't walk away. I was there waiting the whole time or on another occasion told me it's gonna take a while, but when the customer that came in after me asked for it, they sell it to them fairly fast. Their banh mis are average. Used to like the coconut raisin croissant and almond croissant but feel like it doesn't taste as good as before. Also used to like pate chaud, but it's pretty greasy. It only tastes good when it's freshly made. Doesn't hold very well.

    Nice bread!

Wasn't bad. I went on a Sunday at 6:30am. Parking was easy and that's a big plus for me! There is no inside seating so everything is to go. The service was fine and the atmosphere was pretty cool! I loved the Christmas decorations up in early November! Also, there were just a lot of merch items like a convenience store :) and I found that nice! I got the grilled pork, the special combo, Vietnamese cold coffee, and some whole beans. The sandwiches were alright. The bread and veggies were super fresh, but not a lot of meat. Coffee was fine. It wasn't as strong as I had hoped. It was definitely premade. But it was fine. I have not had the whole beans yet, but they seem freshly made and I can't wait to try them later! Over all, it was fine. If I am in the area again and wanted a quick Bahn mi, I'd stop by :)

My first time trying Lee's Sandwich and it was not bad at all. The Bread was fresh and had a lot of tuna, just which had more veggies but oh well. My coworker brought it to me so I can't say anything about the service, since he ordered online. It was ready in time. So that said a lot about it. I haven't visited the restaurant so I can't say anything about the ambiance.

I've been coming here for years, but my last banh mi had two hairs in it. Totally ruined my appetite. The quality has clearly gone down--makes me wonder if anyone else has found something in their food.

Ordered 50% ice, anywhere else this means you have 50% less ice. Instead they fill with the same amount of ice, then pour less coffee. I asked if he could just fill it all the way, and they tried to charge me $2 to fill to the top. Ridiculous lol. Just ordered a regular after this for $4.29 and asked them to give me another regular with regular ice. All he did was fill this cup to the top. Why did the original guy say $2 to fill to the top then you charged $4.29 for a while new coffee and all you did was fill it to the top. If a 50% ice coffee cost the same amount as a regular, which the guy said it did, why are you charging me $4.29 to fill it to the top instead of giving me a new one???? Scammers Never had this experience at a Lee's, so ridiculous and unnecessary back and forth about a $4 coffee.

Very nice staff here. Speedy too. This lee's is located in the wendy's plaza on valley. Large coffee is not as strong. Maybe they made ahead of time, that's why they serve so fast. Delicious regardless. Can't go wrong with baguette. We get it from time to time to eat breakfast. A bit of butter or laughing cow with some berries, yum.

Came here to pickup my online order. Ordered 2 large iced coffees and a #01 Special Combination and #05 Grilled Pork sandwiches. I opted for no soy sauce because they have soy sauce by default now. Sandwiches were crunchy and fresh. I like to squish/flatten the bread before biting in so it's not as hard. Coffee wasn't filled all the way to the top of cup. Maybe 90% filled up, which was a little disappointing given how much an iced coffee costs now. But the coffee and sandwiches still tastes as good as always. Still has easy to find, free parking in parking lot. Service was good and quick.

    Lunch to go. Bahn me

Liked it, but slightly too sweet. It was okay after I added more ice later. Ended up combining leftover Hojicha & coffee together. Tastes pretty good. This drink got pretty expensive. The matcha itself was pretty weak and a bit flat, missing that rich, earthy depth you'd hope for, so overall it just fell a little meh. The sesame cream added a nice richness, but didn't bring much of that distinct nutty sesame flavor and mostly just tasted creamy. That said, the space is beautiful. It's clean and minimalist with lots of natural wood, high ceilings, and an open, airy layout. There's plenty of seating, making it a great spot to work, study, or just hang out. I'd still be open to coming back and giving it another try, maybe the double matcha will hit better next time.

It's nestled in a little plaza with minimal parking. Luckily, we went on a weekday and there were at least 2 parking spots open. The shop itself is small-- as soon as you enter, the register is right there with the self service kiosk to the left and the waiting area to the right. Even though there was only 1 party ahead of us, it took around 15-20 minutes to get our drinks. But I'll give them the benefit of the doubt since we ordered a lot of drinks. For myself, I was able to try the traditional roasted oolong milk tea with pearl and the hojicha latte-- both at 70% sweet. I have a sweet tooth, so the sweetness was at a perfect level for both. However, I didn't get that much of a strong roasted oolong taste in the milk tea as I've gotten from other boba shops. The hojicha latte was good enough, but also did not have that strong, nutty taste in comparison to others. I am more of a milk tea person, but maybe next time I'll try the honey osthamnthus tea since a lot of people seem to love it!

It was the fastest I have ever got a drink, he was so on top of things. I hope the owners are reading this and really consider rewarding top employees like him. I got the viral Pear and Matcha drink, which was surprisingly really good. I wasn't sure at first about how it was going to taste, but that secret pear syrup did the trick lolol. The drink itself is $5.99, plus $2.00 for the oat milk, so it came to over $9+. They honestly should consider lowering the oat milk to $1.00 cuz $2.00 is higher than other places, so then you're basically paying $10+ for boba.
