I think the bánh mì here is pretty mid. I've had better in Orange County. I ordered the special combination, which I guess is considered special because it has grilled pork. The grilled pork itself was decent, but it didn't have enough flavor. I did like the gelatinous red pork though-- not many places make it that way. On the downside, the bread wasn't crispy, and the pickled vegetables were overly sour. Overall, the flavors felt lacking, and I ended up adding extra salt and pepper to make it more enjoyable.
