The current promotion is a collaboration with a popular TV movie series: Meal of Misfortune, which includes Rest- in-Piece (ten) Chicken Nuggets with Dread Mystery Dipping Sauce, Cursed Crispy Fries, and the Raven Blood Frosty (Black Cherry Swirl in Vanilla ice cream). It's been a while since I've been to Wendy's, but it's always been one of my favorite fast-food burger chains. I wish there were more locations! I saw they had Halloween-themed kids' toys, but they were not available yet. My son was happy with the Mr. Potato Head toy he received. He ate his burger much faster than he eats McDonald's, so I think the whole family agrees that Wendy's has a better burger. We also got the Wednesday special with 10 chicken nuggets, fries, and a sundae. The mystery sauce with the nuggets was really good. The dining room was like a 90s time capsule with the carpet and wooden booths. It was nice to step back in time, even though I didn't get younger! Oh well! read more

My Addams family meal was juicy and flavorful, was excited to try it in honor of the second season coming out on Netflix. I had a very disappointing experience at this Wendy's, mainly because of an employee named Norrine working the front counter. I came in for an Uber Eats pickup order and at the time, I was literally the only customer inside the restaurant. It was not busy at all. From the moment I approached the counter, Norrine already had an attitude. I tried showing her my pickup order on my phone, and she ignored me the first time. When I showed it again, she responded with a dismissive and annoyed tone as if I was bothering her just for doing my pickup. I decided to let it go and waited quietly for my order. Shortly after, an elderly woman came in for an Uber Eats pickup as well, and she experienced the exact same treatment. She stood directly in front of Norrine and was ignored too. While packing our orders, Norrine kept stopping to touch the side of her headphones and have side conversations with people in the back, laughing and acting completely uninterested in helping the customers standing right in front of her. Since there was nobody else in the lobby, there was no reason for such poor service and lack of attention. When the orders were finally ready, the elderly woman tried to pick up her bag but was understandably confused about which order was hers. She politely asked Norrine for clarification, and instead of verbally helping her, Norrine just vaguely gestured toward the bags without saying anything. The woman asked again because she still didn't understand, and Norrine repeated the same gesture and even scoffed slightly, as if the customer should somehow already know. At that point I stepped in to grab my own order and told Norrine that she was coming off as rude. Her response was, "Me? Oh thank you," while smiling sarcastically with absolutely no accountability or remorse for how she treated both of us. What made the situation even worse was that two coworkers were standing behind her during this interaction. One may have been a manager, but nobody corrected her behavior or addressed the situation at all. I even asked if this type of behavior is tolerated there, and all of them stayed silent. Norrine has no business working customer service with that attitude, especially at the front counter where basic communication and respect are expected. And if management is aware of this behavior and allows it, that reflects poorly on the entire store. read more

Went through the drive through on 12/5 for dinner. Not sure why the reviews are low, it seems okay for me when I order through the drive through. I ordered a chicken sandwich, Bacon Double stack, and a large fries. Service was quick even though I was the only one in line. Food is pretty much what you expect for a fast food chain like Wendy's. Just average for me, but if you want something quick, then it hits the spot. Their fries are great though! I don't have any complaints. Been coming to this location since I was a kid, can still remember the green house windows and the comment box we used to write the funniest suggestions. I grew up eating here, for 20-30 years now I can't remember the exact years. Not once have I left here feeling not 100% satisfied and content with the food. In my opinion Wendy's, In and Out, Carl's Jr., and Jack in the box are the only restaurants in the fast food category that make burgers worth the money and my loyalty. Over the years mistakes may have been made in my order but instead of watching a location going downhill this location just keeps getting better. The managers here always take care of me and it matters quite a bit as they earn my loyalty. Food - Always EXCELLENT! Food here is always hot and their chili is super good. My wife and I are huge fans of the salads something only Wendy's can get right and all other chains just feel like they have it on their menus just to say they have a salad. Dave double is my goto burger and anytime they have Pretzel buns I go nuts for it. Their pretzel buns take their sandwiches to a whole new level rivaling sit down restaurant burgers. Staff - One is the biggest reasons I've been loyal to this location forever. Everyone here always takes care of you. They are also super fast in comparison to other locations. I like that they still have baked potatoes and that you can substitute them for fries with the meal order. Slightly healthier and a nice change from the usual burger place sides. I worked here when it first opened in the early 80's . It was a fun job . The restaurant was always clean and well stocked. I visited this one just a couple days ago. Because I was in town. I thought that it would still be a nice Clean and friendly place to eat with an old neighborhood friend. We were both very disappointed. All the tables were dirty. The ketchup dispenser was broken , there was no ice in the ice machine. The bathroom was dirty . Where are the dinning room hostess ? It got tiring to have to keep going back up to the counter to ask for things. And not have the freedom to fill our own cups with ice. Hey if you need a job and can clean this place up on a regular basis. I think they will hire you ! They desperately need more employees read more

Stopped in for a quick cheap lunch of chicken nuggets. They were pretty quick on the drive-thru taking the order and I repeated twice Ghost Pepper Ranch as the sauce. The person taking the order didn't ask me if I wanted any sauce or ketchup so I offered by telling them ghost pepper ranch and ketchup. I also ordered a Diet Coke and when they repeated back the order they said "and a coke" so I had to repeat again Diet Coke. Once at the pickup window they did the typical thing where they ask you for your payment which in my case was a debit card. I handed it over and then out came the food and the very last thing is that they hand back your method of payment. The problem I have with this is that the card is the first thing they take from you and the last thing they give you back with your receipt. Most other fast food places in my experience will take your payment run it and give you back the card and then they hand you the food and you drive away. The problem with the way that this Wendy's does it is that when you're in the Drive-Thru and they handed your food if they don't give you the card back at the same time you can easily forget and drive off leaving your debit card there. I know this for a fact because I had a friend who went through that very same Wendy's and left her card and didn't realize it until later on in the day. My suggestion would be that they give you back the card before they hand you the food. I'm sure that there are many instances where people drive off and leave their card there. Now on to the food. I know that the chicken nuggets there are not some of the best quality that you could buy places. But it's quick and it's cheap. But today for some reason the nuggets were especially dry, and just seemed overall like they were old. The other thing was when I reached in my bag I had Ranch. Not ghost pepper ranch that I asked for twice. Seems like a small thing but I particularly don't care for their regular Ranch but whatever.
