Blaze Pizza - Pizza with white sauce cheese and mushrooms - Salad Near Me - Alhambra, California

Fast-casual pizza spot that is popular for their customizable thin-crust pizzas, which only take a few minutes to cook. A regular pizza is 11 inches. I would say each pizza is meant for one person. I could easily eat one whole pizza on my own. Step 1 is to choose your crust: classic, gluten-free, cauliflower, or high-rise. Anything other than the classic crust will cost extra. Step 2 is to choose your toppings or choose a pizza from the menu. Online ordering is easily available, along with ordering in the store. Although there are plenty of pre-made pizzas to choose from, I always go for the build-your-own pizza, in which you can put as many toppings as you'd like. There are over 35 toppings, so the variety is quite significant. This includes sauces, cheeses, meats, veggies, and drizzles. In addition to pizzas, they do offer cheesy breads, salads, and desserts. There are many vegan-friendly options as well. This is a solid spot with fast service, consistent quality, plenty of seating, and convenient parking in a shared lot. Why I'm only giving this place 3 stars is mainly because they need to improve their cleanliness. The tables are always dirty and I never see any employee go around to wipe down the tables. Furthermore, the restrooms are absolutely filthy. read more

One of the best DIY pizza shops around, you can order online or in person, but definitely check online as they have tons of promotions that can save you on cost. This specific location does get pretty packed and they seem to be understaffed, usually only see 3-4 employees only which is not enough. Parking is free in a large parking lot that gets congested easily. Making your own pizza here is the best, there's preset pizzas if you cannot decide as well. Every visit I always go for making your own pizza. There's endless possibilities to the point where you just want to put everything onto your pizza. Overall, great spot for pizza, although it's a bit dirty. Not really any tables being cleaned, more like customers themselves cleaning the tables. Restrooms are dirty and not maintained at all as well. Only saving grace is that the pizza is great and customizable. More of a grab and go place than a sit down and eat spot even though there's plenty of tables. read more

Don't know if they were just short of staff, but this location needs some hands to tidy its areas. The drink fountain and cutlery area were just all in disarray and generally untidy with used pizza boxes stacked upon each other like a messy leaning tower of Pisa. The pizza is solid -- cooked to order. The app works great and done as scheduled read more

The food is the same as other Blaze Pizzas. Some of the employees are nice, some seem annoyed by every topping you ask for. The cleanliness is a problem. While I was waiting for my food, I noticed an employee throwing a used napkin. I look over and see that they are apparently just using the floor as a trashcan. I took a closer look around the restaurant and noticed the floors were overall just filthy. This is with the manager present. It worries me if this is what they let the customers see, then what do they not let us see? read more

The pesto sauce and pesto drizzle were so watered down and oily that it seeped through my box. Change back the ratio. There's no reason to make the pesto sauce recipe basically water and oil on my pizza other than to save money. It was perfect the way it was before. read more

stick to a simple pie, the build your own isn't worth it anymore all the quality of the ingredients went down. Come 1:30-2 hours before closing, the staff gets pretty temperamental around closing understandably so. The drink machine was terrible though 0 stars that's the only thing that should've been min. This place used to be great. Maybe change of ownership/management. What a shame read more

Love the concept of BYO pizza! Always great coming here and ordering a pizza just the way I like, loaded with toppings and extra jalapeños! With the heat and salty pizza a beer is always tempting, unfortunately the last couple times that I've came their draft beer pours are out of sevice. I appreciate that they have bottled beers and some nice lemonade besides the regular fountain drinks. Always friendly staff and noticed attempts at keeping the place clean, especially during the busy hours. Plenty of parking is available, tho sometime not near the entrance. read more

Cashier/ cook Gorlock that wears glasses had the nerve to talk shit about my pizza yesterday just because I added garlic on my BQQ pizza. It's not my fault I'm trying something new. Low vibrational energy!!! She's not the only one, even the dude had something to say. Like any louder I can hear yall both. I just played it off like I dint hear them but i sure did. Blaze Pizza is hands down my favorite pizza it honestly makes me so happy every time I go! I always get the Build Your Own and load it up with almost all the veggies, plus chicken, mozzarella cheese, Kalamata olives, and jalapeño peppers. The combo is absolutely delicious every time. One of my favorite moments was when I received a Mother's Day gift card from Blaze I was so happy, lol! The service is always good and it doesn't take long to get your pizza. Even if there's a bit of a wait, I honestly don't mind. It's totally worth it! Highly recommend if you love customizing your pizza just the way you like it. read more

INCREDIBLE SERVICE FROM OUTSTANDING PEOPLE I visited here in the evening of 8/13/25.... the night crew did NOT disappoint!!! I wish I could remember all of their names, but I do know that Fabian and Alexa showed nothing but upstanding customer service. The 4 of them there tonight were so kind and absolutely hilarious, picking up my mood (I kinda had a really crappy day) and making my evening SO much better. It's not often you run into night crew employees who have so much energy and exuberance for life. Please do visit this Blaze location as your next outing, as the Alhambra place also does offer quite a few lovely shopping options. Once again.... if you're looking for nice employees, great food, perfect ambiance, I HIGHLY recommend this location. Shout out to the night crew... you guys have no idea how great you made my trip tonight! Cheers! read more

Definitely the worse experience ever no one welcome you first and we waited on the line and no one say where we order and when we when to the cashier the girl had it a really bad attitude . She Literally just tell us you order the other side we had waited like ten minutes and no one say anything and my sister tell her well no o e say anything and u have a rude attitude and she was like oh well. My first and last time coming to this place . She should have a little more nice customers service bcz we are not coming here go eat for free we are paying and we just get treated right. So disappointed . This company should hired people with good customers service . read more

[ Food ] I ordered the lunch special and it was great, it's just enough for people who don't want a whole pizza to themselves. I was surprised you can build-your-own half pizza, I thought it was going to have a one-topping limit for the price. They also have 2 new sauce you can drizzle on top of your pizza when you pick it up, chili oil or hot honey, so that's nice! [ Service ] Customer service was good, the lady was nice. [ Parking ] Their parking lot can get packed, especially at lunch time since they also share it with Burlington, The Habit, Wing Stop, and others. read more

Had not been here in over a year. My god, it is awful now. Probably why no one was in there at about 1pm on a Monday. Ordered a large pizza take out. It was so oily and greasy that despite the wax paper the cardboard box was soaked. I sopped up grease with paper towels. Sure sign of very cheap cheese. I order no meats for toppings btw, imagine if there was also pepperoni or something. I tried a few pieces, hands literally so oily I had to wash them to use my phone's touch screen. I told my wife, saying it was probably going to end up dog food. She tried a bite and, I kid you not, told me not to give it to the dogs as they would get sick it is so greasy. Ended up eating a few pieces. No tomato sauce, dry awful crust, threw the rest away after cutting off the crusts, I think the dogs can have that. Honestly, and truthfully, not fit for dogs. Do not by this trash for your children, please. read more

I was overall disappointed with PI DAY because I was charged full price $33.27 for two pizzas instead of getting one for the promotional price $3.14 (for the second pizza). I usually enjoy the service there and their pizza is decent but yesterday because of the hectic atmosphere I did not want to argue with the team. There were so many people working hard that if I did argue, I would hold the line up even more (and make a scene). I also did not want to argue because I usually like the food and service there. One of the workers justified the price because I ordered a cauliflower crust. Bottom line, being charged $33.24 for two pizzas on PI DAY did not feel like a good deal. It bothered me the rest of the day. What made it worst is that I lined up (in a very long line) for regular price. Make sure you question the workers there pertaining to your charges. They might be skimming from the top!!! read more

We ordered 3 pizzas from this location on the Blaze app, but we only received 2 pizzas instead via delivery. This is the 2nd time this happened to us at this Alhambra location. We are done getting ripped off. I deleted their app and we are never doing business with them again. It is too bad because their pizzas are quite good, but customer service is just as important which they are lacking. read more

On this visit we tried the new Spicy Hot Chicken Pickle pizza which has no red sauce and has white sauce base, shredded mozzarella, chicken, basil, a generous portion of pickles, and a hot and spicy chili oil topping. They got my order wrong. I kept mentioning that it was the herbivore signature pizza that I wanted, but for some reason 1 of the staff members just decided to wrap up my order without checking to see if they got the toppings correct. Felt very disrespected as a customer. Otherwise my experience was decent overall. The food quality was still solid. read more

This location of Blaze is on Main Street in downtown Alhambra. They have free parking that is shared with the other businesses here. The entrance is accessible from both the parking lot and the street. On Pi Day (March 14), they were offering buy one, get one for $3.14. It came out to just under $20 for two build-your-own pizzas. What I love about Blaze is the fresh mozarella. I love this and basil and pesto as toppings. They have a loyalty program and allow online ordering. It's great. Credit card/Apple Pay accepted. Bathroom in the back. Soda machine and utensils are self-serve. read more

Alexa was a great help she took my order with a great attitude. Great service all around everyone was very friendly.

Parking: They are located within a large plaza so parking is easy to find. Ordered: 5/5 We got the Build Your Own and it was super delicious! My favorite part is that the pizza wasn't soggy even with the amount of toppings we had on it. Also their roasted garlic is a MUST. I've never had roasted garlic that tasted this amazing on a pizza before. Service/Interior: Service was great. The staff are very friendly and was very generous with their toppings! We were splitting the pizza among 2 people and asked for the sauces on the side and the staff was kind enough to put it in sauce cups for us. The interior has plenty of seating and is clean and nicely designed. Conclusion: Would definitely recommend coming back. This was my first time at Blaze Pizza and I've become a raving fan! read more

Pizza is good as usual. Sometimes it's the employees that can sink the experience. The service was ok, but it's all about the pizza.

Background On Latest Visit: Had a craving for pizza and found a special deal, The Party of One Deal (1 topping pizza with a drink for $8.99. It's now $9.99). Visitation Rights: I've been to this location about 2 or 3 times. Promos: You can go on their mobile app and check out their digital deals when you place an order. Credit Cards: They're accepted. Location/Parking: Located in a plaza on the SE corner of Main St. and Garfield Ave.. The shop is also next to The Habit Burger and Wing Stop. Parking can be found in the shared parking lot up front. Ambiance/Decor: Cool ambiance with modern furnishings. Service: Service was great. The staffer that helped me was friendly and very patient with me. I thought I placed the order through the app, but they couldn't find it. So I had to place the order again. Pizza came out at a decent time. Pizza OF Choice: Can't really go wrong with with their pizzas. The previous times I've patronized the shop, I would get the take two (half pizza (build your own) and salad combo). The ingredients are fresh and the pizza as a whole was quite tasty. Make sure you ask for some ranch! :) Blaze Pizza For Thought: Would definitely come back and try other items on their menu. read more

I thought I would give this place a second chance. The first time my pizza was burnt but this time it was a flat piece of charcoal. I could see the smoke coming from the oven with the smell of burnt dough. Multiple staff members passed by the burning orders like it was normal. I have no idea who is managing this franchise on Main, but I don't know how they are still in business. My family loves pizza, so we have tried to hit this Blaze several times this year. Visit 1) Soda dispenser out of ice Visit 2) Out of all beers. Left without ordering. Visit 3) Got 2 out of 3 pizza orders wrong. Also took forever to get those pizzas. Visit 4) Out of chicken. Left without ordering. Definition of insanity, blah blah. I keep trying to get a basic fast fired pizza out of this franchise because it's so close to home. They are batting 0.000 on restaurant basics. Their loss is Habit's gain, since Habit is right next door and actually has food and restaurant supplies. read more
