Customers order at the counter. Staff (receipt says Melly) is welcoming, professional, and hardworking. When finished, customers receive an electronic pager that buzzes/beeps when the meal is ready. It's perhaps one of the BEST versions of this meal that I've ever tasted. The filet mignon steak is thick, plump, and juicy. I love dining at Blossom Market Hall. They have a nice ambiance and there's a lot of seating for you to dine in. Wahib's is tucked away in the corner. I had two of their dishes (Beef Kebab Wrap and Chicken Plate). Staff was friendly and took my order quick. First off, I need to express how nothing lacked flavor. I love how you can choose how you want the beef prepared and choose your preferred rareness. I chose medium and it was the most plump and juicy steak. They serve it with tomatoes, onions, and hummus. I also need to applaud them for the hummus. It is perfection. Sometimes, I find hummus a little too heavy, but this one is light, flavorful, and paired perfectly with the wrap. In addition, the grilled chicken plate was charred beautifully. The garlic paste makes it perfectly savory and the charred bits gives it a great smoky flavor. Well, I was on it! It's one of the 13 vendors on the first floor at BMH. They are known for their authentic Lebanese-Mediterranean kebob plates (beef, chicken, kefta, lule), other plates (falafel, gyro, salmon, vegan), wraps, soup & salads, fries, and various appetizers. Desserts and drinks are available, too. My eldest daughter and I had already eaten, but we wanted to support this vendor during our first visit. Gentleman behind the register was nice and friendly. Lady who bagged my order was okay... not too smiley though. I got their Chipotle Fries as it was recommended in the article. Pricing wasn't too bad for the amount of fries given. It took them about 10 minutes to complete my to-go order. Lots of fries which was great. However, I didn't know the fries were going to be smothered with sauce on top. Otherwise, I would have asked for the sauce to be on the side. Anyway, fries with chipotle sauce was very tasty. There is a spicy kick to it, but manageable. I would order it again, but with sauce on the side. Free parking behind the food hall. Stool and table/chair seating are available inside with limited outside patio seating. I am extremely disappointed with the experience I had with your business today. I understand that the restaurant was closed yesterday; however, I specifically placed my order yesterday for pickup today at 11:30 AM during my lunch break. I intentionally ordered ahead of time because I knew I would be overwhelmed with patients and workload today and would not have time to place an order during the day. I received an order confirmation, my payment was processed, and the money was taken from my account. When I called to ask about my order, the employee I spoke with informed me that there were no orders for today and told me I needed to contact Uber Eats or DoorDash for a refund -- despite the fact that I did not place my order through either service. I ordered directly through your website. What made the situation even more upsetting was the way I was spoken to over the phone. The employee repeatedly raised his voice and said, "I DON'T HAVE ANY ORDER FOR TODAY. NO, NO, NO, NOTHING UNDER YOUR NAME." I was simply trying to understand what happened to an order I had already paid for. As a customer, I found this interaction very unprofessional and disrespectful. It is frustrating that I wasted both my time and money over something that was not my mistake. The wrap is a little smaller than most places but the flavor was spot on. Environment: They're located in the corner spot right below the purple neon San Gabriel. The menu is displayed on the TV at the counter; place your order at the counter when ready. You'll be given a pager that will go off when your food is ready. Staff members were friendly. They also have a sign that says they're not associated with the old Wahib's that used to be located in Alhambra (guess they've had a lot of questions about that lol). Since it's a market hall, there's plenty of seating all around on the ground floor as well as outside patio seating.
