First time trying Jersey Mike's! Came around 12:30 pm so it was quite busy with only one person preparing all the orders. I tried the mini provolone turkey sandwich with lettuce, tomatoes and pickles. I forgot to mention the kind of bread I wanted so I just ended up with the regular bread. They didn't ask me either. It was a cold sandwich but still really good. Wasn't too salty. The mini size is huge and almost as big as the regular size! Would definitely get the mini again. The lettuce didn't look super fresh in their container, but it tasted fine. This location is quite small, and parking was a bit difficult. I would go back. read more

This is our local location that we tend to always go to. The service is always great! It can get busy during lunch time so we often order ahead for pick up. What we ordered: - Philly cheesesteak: this is pretty good for a chain restaurant. Hits the spot when you're craving one. They also have a big kahuna if you want more cheese. - Italian sub: not as good as an Italian deli obviously but better than subway imo. I like getting it mikes way with the middle bread scooped out. Really wanted a good tasting sandwich and came to Jersey Mikes because they never disappoint me. I always get the turkey provolone mikes way but today I also added mayo. It was perfect. Nothing else because the chips are overpriced and I'm not a fan of Pepsi. Service behind the counter was ok. Friendly enough and kinda mater of fact . Doesn't hurt to smile. I went in there for my birthday rewards sandwich and the clerk pressed redeem on my phone and the manager came out and said they are not going to honor it and I couldn't go to another jersey Mike's because it said redeemed. I've been to this Jersey Mike's a couple of times over the years and usually have a good experience. More often times than not, the staff says hello upon walking inside. The menu in the store can be printed bigger as ordering takes place at the other end, sometimes I'm squinting to see better. Sign of old age, haha. A few months ago, I had to order 4-5 regular/large sandwiches and the staff was patient with each of my order/requests. Thank you! Not all staff remembers to ask you if you're a rewards member so you may need to offer your phone number first. To me, that's not a big deal. This location gets busy during peak hours of weekday lunch rush, which leads to parking shortage as many other fast eateries share the same area of this plaza. Jersey Mikes on Rosemead is ok. 2 stars because I like the quality of ingredients and the employees are friendly. I ordered catering recently for my sons baseball team. For $100- 12 sub box I had faith they would get it right. I asked for plain sandwhiches - just ham, turkey, bacon, and cheese. Dressings on the side. Also ordered 12 cookies -$17. I stated it was for my son's baseball team and that subs won't be given until after his game. Come to find out they put lettuce, onion, and tomatoes. That made some of the bread soggy and well wasted because not all the kids ate them. Pretty dissapointed. Like I said I love the quality ingredients but to spend $100 and not receive your order how you asked in this economy just not it. Cookies were great tasting but couple broken because they were smashed by the lid. I didn't want to serve them to the kids. I understand it fast food and what can you expect now days. Just came here for the first time in a while. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak and it just took very long, because they cooked it and made it on the spot. This is more of a review for the Jersey Mike's system that wasn't very efficient. They should change things so the customer gets cooked food quicker, and also the workers don't need to make brand new food, every time. It slows everything down in my opinion for a fast-food style place, if I'm not mistaken. Had a gift card I wanted to use and I love Italian subs, so I tried the original Italian. There was an Italian meat I had in the past that had a raw texture to it and I wasn't sure what it was called. Wasn't sure if one of the toppings in it was in there, but there was one that sounded like it and they offered to put it on the side since I couldn't remember what it was called. I appreciated their concern. It still was a pretty awesome sandwich. Definitely gonna get it again. Jersey Mike's sandwich is delicious! No doubt about it. They're great for lunch as they prepare very quick and we can order online, but pretty pricey for a sub. Our favorite is the philly's or the turkey sub. They are about 10 bucks per sandwich and if you're hungry, that won't fill you up. We often see working-guys come here for lunch and get the giant size. Now that's a great lunch! This location is in the Target plaza in the other side, next to Wingstop. This was my first time coming to this location (I usually frequent the Pasadena or Monrovia locations) and they did not disappoint! They are right next to Chipotle and Wings Stop in the Rosemead Place Shopping Center. l will definitely be coming back here again. Parking: Spacious lot COVID-19 Safety Procedures: All staffers wore face masks and gloves. Hand sanitizers are available and social distancing enforced. The dining room tables and chairs are stacked neatly in the corner. The restaurant itself is lit nicely bright, clean and safe. I got the #56 The Big Kahuna (Regular size is retail valued at $8.69). Chilly weather = hot sub time! The thinly sliced beefsteak was tender, generous and oh, so savory! Cooked with sliced bell peppers, mushrooms, and topped with extra melting, ooey gooey American cheese, soooo delicious! Also, the bread ended up tasting softer since it was a hot sub, which I loved ever more, yes! Finished off the meal with a mix of Diet Pepsi/Stubborn Brand Agave Vanilla Cream Soda, my tummy and hunger was happily satisfied! Service: The three employees working there were sweet and lively. I was greeted upon entrance, my order was taken down quickly, and prepared and packaged up neatly by the two staffers working the ordering and cooking stations. The employee working the cashier station was also a sweetie and said Happy Birthday to me as he was processing the Birthday coupon. I was in and out of there within less than 10mins. I've had a few of Jersey Mike's subs before and they're quite good. Very tasty and filling. I tried their #13 The Original Italian - Provolone, salami, pepperoni, prosciuttini, cappacuolo. They have 3 sizes: small $6.95, medium $8.95, and giant size for $15.25. I took the medium size. I enjoyed the various salty cuts of meat, the crispy veggies, and the tangy vinegar and oil along with the bread. Not mind blowing but consistent and good. And filling. This is my favorite go to sandwich shop when I'm in Rosemead. They have terrific service and make very fresh sandwiches. I usually order through the app and request curbside delivery. They always have the order ready on time and even big orders are all done correctly. My favorite sandwich is Ham and Provolone mini.
