I took my family to the Location in Monterey park first and no luck with seating there but decided to call This location and they were super polite and assured me that my 18 party would be seated together. Upon arrival we all sat together, the staff and the manager were on point with service. They had some deals they gave us. The food was fresh, tasty and made perfect. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The kids loved the play area[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] and [[HIGHLIGHT]]the restaurant was very clean.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The atmosphere was just right, we got to watch the dodgers play on the multiple big tv s they have.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Overall I like this location because of the level of service and the quality of the food. Also there was plenty of parking.

Came here as we got a coupon from school. They are really nice giving out coupons to the kids. We got a large pizza and add the chicken bites as well. We like their food but it's on the pricey side. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Kids love the game room in the back.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

I wasn't able to stay and was curious to see if they were able to do their Bunch a Lunch to-go. Sure enough, they were able to. The staff member at the register was really nice and informed us it is cheaper to take it to go than to dine in. $13.99 is $16.99 with no drink. They give one large box and one small box. Whatever and however much you can fit in the boxes is what you can take away with you.

I will have to say for a Shakey's this one is the best one I have frequented. For a Saturday night it wasn't too busy. The staff is very friendly and goes above and beyond. The staff is young but yet they have great customer service. Customer service in the younger generation seems to be lacking I've noticed lately. For example, although a small gesture the employee who had prepared my pitcher of beer made sure there was little to no head on it. It took him awhile to fill it up. Just small things like that go a long way for me. The food was really good, pizza, salad bar, mojos etc. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Even the tiny arcade they have kept my child entertained and happy.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I enjoy going here to watch the dodger games as well, they have many tv's throughout the dining room.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Thumbs up to this Shakey's, I'll be coming back soon.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]There was a homeless man that was eating in the facility. It made me lose my appetite. He was using the soda fountain and sitting in the booth[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We came for the bunch o lunch. It was very busy starting at 11 am[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. The food was fresh and hot. The fried chicken pieces were very small. Other than that it was a decent meal.

I came in to get a medium PCM roughly around 8 PM. The cashier was very friendly and professional. Also, I ordered a beer, a Pacifico to be exact. The mug or glass and the beer were plenty cold. The bartender is very nice and attentive. The pizza came out first and it is completely loaded with pepperonis. I can't wait to see what the chicken and Mojos look like. [[HIGHLIGHT]]There's a group or family together and the ambience is fantastic.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]!!!

The Mongolian grill was missing some vital sauces and there is no consistent person working the grill. I had to wait about 15mins before someone showed up, I guess you get what you pay for. The other items weren't balanced well, either too salty or a bit too much cream cheese. They are doing the right buffet tactics to get you full, but at least make the food tasty ish? They did a good job with their fruits, but I don't come to a buffet for fruit. Either way, I went here thinking if it's better rated then Shiki and cheaper, they must be good (not really, I guess this place caters to the locals maybe). Shiki was rated about a 3.5 while this was a 4.0, don't let ratings fool you! Would not come back again, it was a decent price but I came for Mongolian, which was not good and they were missing sauces.

Date: July 10, 2026…read more Favorites: Snow Crab Seafood Boil Corn and Sauce Clams Pistachio Almond Ice Cream Milk Tea Experience: My husband was feeling ravenous, so he decided we should give this place a try. We came around 5pm, so we were quickly seated with only a handful of tables occupied. We ordered our drinks and made our way around the location to figure out what they had. They had ice cream and boba tea in the back corner, then came the dim sum options, hot foods, items for the grill, sushi, desserts with a chocolate fountain, and a mixture of cold items, such as fruits, seafood, and more desserts. Right away I got a plate of snow crabs and noticed the seafood boil the had shrimp and corn, so I got one of that as well the clams and some pieces of sushi. The crab legs were easy to open though I did have my husband request for crab cracker to help me with the harder pieces. I definitely preferred dipping the crab meat into the seafood boil sauce than the melted butter they had. The clams were pretty good as well, so I made sure to get a second round of them with the snow crabs. I did dabble in trying other foods, but preferred my seafood combo that I got. Once I had my fill with savory, I tackled the sweets and buffets are always fun to try new desserts but overall my fave was just good ol' pistachio almond ice cream with my milk tea. Overall, a good experience with both the restroom and dining area being clean. Staff was nice, but definitely need to catch their attention for refills and anything else you need that isn't taking away your used plates or the bill cause they were on my for those.

We tried meats #1-3 from the regular menu and #8-9 from the weekend/dinner menu. Overall, the meat quality was decent, but I would definitely recommend ordering from the weekend/dinner menu if it's available. Those selections were noticeably better than the standard options. The service was attentive throughout our meal. The staff checked in regularly and promptly took our next round of meat orders whenever we ran out. You can order up to three items per round for the table. As expected for an AYCE (all-you-can-eat) hot pot restaurant, there were self-serve stations for vegetables, seafood, noodles, and sauces along the back of the restaurant. The vegetables were fresh, and the buffet areas were clean and well maintained. Parking was also convenient since the restaurant is located in a plaza with plenty of other stores and restaurants.

Finally decided to try All That Shabu in Alhambra this past weekend, and I was pleasantly…read moresurprised. When we arrived on a Saturday night, the restaurant was moderately busy, but the wait wasn't outrageous. Our server did a great job explaining how everything worked. It's 90 minutes of all-you-can-eat for $35.00 per person, and you're allowed to order up to three types of meat per round. The restaurant is set up well. Off to the left is a self-serve station stocked with vegetables, mushrooms, tofu, seafood, and other hot pot essentials. Drinks are also self-serve, and they even have a soft-serve ice cream machine if you want something sweet after your meal. One thing I really appreciated was the variety of hot foods available. They offered items you don't typically find at a standard shabu restaurant, which was a nice surprise. I also noticed a sign explaining that the hot food selection changes regularly, so each visit may offer something a little different. There's also a dipping sauce station where you can customize your sauces exactly how you like them. I ordered the house broth, which had a mild, lingering spice. It added plenty of flavor without leaving that overpowering heat that lingers long after you're done eating. My partner chose the miso broth, which was rich, creamy, and earthy--you really can't go wrong with a good miso broth. The meat is sliced fresh after you place your order, and you can definitely tell the difference. The slices were tender and cooked beautifully in the broth. They also offer four different noodle options. I went with the classic egg noodles this time, but next visit I'll probably try the buckwheat noodles since it's been a while since I've had a good bowl with them. When you're finished, you simply pay near the entrance, making the checkout process quick and easy. My only real complaint was that it was a little difficult to flag someone down when I needed more broth added to my pot. I like keeping enough broth in the pot so it doesn't begin to scorch the bottom, and it took a bit longer than expected to get someone's attention. Other than that, I really enjoyed the overall experience. The staff gives you plenty of space to enjoy your meal without constantly interrupting, making it a great place to catch up with family and friends. The music was at a comfortable volume, allowing conversations and laughter to fill the room without having to talk over loud speakers. One thing to keep in mind if you're coming with a large group: the largest table I saw comfortably seated six people. Since the tables are bolted to the floor, larger parties will likely need to split between multiple tables. Overall, I'd definitely come back. Between the fresh meats, customizable broths and sauces, the rotating hot food selection, and the relaxed atmosphere, All That Shabu is a great spot if you're looking for quality hot pot in a laid-back setting. At $35.00 per person, I thought it was a great value. With tax and tip, our total came to $92 for two people, which felt very reasonable for an all-you-can-eat meal with fresh ingredients and plenty of variety. I'd happily recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing hot pot experience with friends or family.

A decent spot that my partner and I like whenever we're feeling some skewers vibes. I find myself to be a huge fan of their cucumber salad. Yes, even for a skewer place, they can be very delicious as a compliment to the savory skewers. It's nice to have that sweeter taste to offset the saltiness of all the other items. Interior is nice but can be quite hectic. Tons of tables that fit all sizes of groups, staff is quick but sometimes they do feel like they're understaffed. Service is not really a thing here, most like a food shop stand but interior. They clean tables, assign seating, bring you your food and that's basically it. Paying can be confusing but most of the time you can pay on your phone but it's recommended to pay where the register is, quick and easy. There's so many food options that you might find yourself scrolling for awhile. One feature I like is that their ordering system is easy. Scan a QR code and you can just order on your phone. Staff is moderately quick so that's a plus. If you're with a group, I recommend ordering on a designated phone to prevent any confusion or extra charges, etc. Skewers wise, my favorite goes to the beef, lamb, and the squid sticks. All are seasoned well but can be a bit salty. Most of the food here is spicy unless you ask for it so prepare for that. There's also a side/condiments bar that's filled with snacks that you can munch on while you're waiting for your food free of charge, however it's pretty filling. Overall, a decent spot that's great for a late night snack. Not the best but not the worse either when it comes to service. Food is great and even better for people who can handle spice well. Will definitely be back in the future.

The online menu also needs to be updated. As for the food, the hot food selection has gone downhill. Not as much variety as before. Mostly fried foods, not as much greens as before. The dessert selection was only oranges and a jello dessert. The meat was sliced super thin, so it wasn't chewy. I would say the service was just ok. One waiter was catering to us, but he was also busy doing other things in the kitchen. Would I come back here again, probably not. I just feel like everything should be transparent, so the trust is there.

Service is great and quick at cleaning up after your plates. The inside was spacious with lots of seating. Pay at the front and you're good to get started! Start the buffet with their slightly salted certified angus roast beef. A bit on the drier side but still okay! They have lots of proteins and vegetables from broccoli beef and bok choy stems to sichuan chicken, scallops, clams, salmon, shrimp, and beef cubes. Head to their fried foods section and you'll find pizza, sweet potatoes, sesame balls, egg tarts, and bbq chicken skewers. For soups, enjoy a spicy hot and sour, fish maw and imitation crab, or meat ball soup. They even have shu mai, taro buns, sticky red bean rice, and sticky mushroom rice. I love going to their customizable stir fry line and making my own fried udon with egg, pineapple, garlic, and mushrooms. They have lots of seafood, sushi, and sashimi too from rolls to seaweed salad, crab legs, and more! Need a sweet treat? Don't forget about their chocolate fountain with strawberries and marshmallows, popcorn machine, or chocolate and mango cream cups or cake bites. They even have a fungus soup dessert, lychee, oranges, pineapples, jello, banana pudding, and more! Thanks Kami for a great time. Their focus is on quantity over quality but I appreciate the wide variety and still good food overall!

There's a solid variety of options, and you can definitely find something to satisfy whatever you're in the mood for. A few of the fruit and sushi items seemed like they may have been sitting out for a bit, which can happen at buffets, but there were still plenty of other choices to enjoy. The Mongolian grill wasn't running during my visit (I believe it's available during dinner hours), so that's something I'd be curious to try next time. The standout for me was actually the soups -- both the hot & sour soup and the miso soup were flavorful and comforting, and I ended up going back for more. Service was fine: nothing over-the-top, but attentive enough to keep things moving smoothly. All in all, it's a decent, no-frills buffet spot. I'd call it a solid 3-star experience, especially if you're nearby and craving variety in one place.

I could fill-up on their salmon sashimi alone (I definitely get a plate to start with) & be decently satisfied. That said, there's so much here to be pleased with. It's no secret that many buffets have done away with crab legs. Sometimes, I wonder how many populations of crab my family has decimated alone. But I have to admit, during this visit I've literally never seen 2 people put away so many crawfish - (in my humble opinion, the "poor man's lobster"). I'm not trying to exaggerate, but I feel like these 2 people alone put crawfish on the endangered species list. There's a decent variety of Sushi, Asian-American, American, & a grill-to-order-station. The dessert selection has a decent variety of fruits, your standard buffet pastries, & an unmistakable ice cream freezer (to scoop from gallons). Pro-Tip: When scooping ice-cream, it always helps to dip the scooper & rinse it under the running facet - it also helps to prevent cross contamination of different flavors. Another tip: Don't even think of trying to "sneak-in" crab legs onto your plate by only paying the lunch price - the staff always knows who has paid for the extra price of dinner.

Fuji itself was probably like 40-50% occupied and there was plenty of parking. For $37 (and 20% for seniors on Mon/Tues), I thought it was pretty worth for the amount of food we ate. - Korean rib (grill): thinly cut, tender, and nicely marinated (even when you don't ask for any special sauces). so yummy to eat it fresh off the grill - snow crab: i prefer eating this hot than chilled, and it hit the spot! meaty, sweet crab. they refilled this often - cajun seafood: not too salty! includes mussels, shrimps, thin corn cobs which I actually prefer - crawfish: nicely marinated and tasty but dry meat ); parents said the last time they had this here a month ago it was better - salmon sashimi was also restocked and tasted fresh - Fish maw soup/chowder: both were tasty as well - matcha ice cream: yummm - lots of fresh fruit options: blueberries, strawberries, cantaloupe, honeydew, grapes, cherries even Other selections are standard and not bad. Dim Sum is unique but usually not done well so I didn't even bother. Chicken feet isn't bad tho Bathrooms could be cleaner and service was slooow. We maybe saw our waiter like 3 times? He only cleared our plates once and he never offered us water refills, which we had to actively flag him down for. It wasn't busy as it was a Monday and we were the only table in that seating area (lower level by the Mongolian grill)

Obviously, you can't come to a place that has lobster in the menu without ordering lobster, and we got the House Special Lobster (Large) with Garlic Noodle. Other items we ordered were the French Style Beef Cube, Braided Crab Meat & Fish Maw Soup, Beef Mongolian, Crispy Fried Sole Fish, BBQ Fried Rice, Clams with Spicy Sauce, Crispy Fried Squid with Salt and Pepper, and Clams with Black Bean Sauce. The portions are actually quite massive for each dish. All of it was very solid and tasty Chinese food. We were definitely very stuffed after this lunch was over! Service here is solid enough for a Chinese place. They were pretty quick with getting us extra plates to change out our dirty plates and more bowls as needed. And they were quick with the water. But yeah, you do have to flag them down to get their attention. They do have a parking lot here, and we got here early enough on a Sunday where parking wasn't an issue. However, I can see it being a problem on busier days. Boston Lobster is definitely worth a visit if you want solid Chinese food at a fair affordable price. Really good!
