I love Chick-fil-A, and this location is one of my favorites that I go to all the time. The food always comes out hot and fresh. My go-to order is the spicy chicken sandwich combo. I usually get mac & cheese as the side and a Coke Zero to drink. I also love their waffle fries, so I almost always add a small order on the side too. The chicken sandwich is always a good size. I hate when the patty is tiny and doesn't even cover the bun, but that's never been an issue here. Even though I've been eating Chick-fil-A for years, I only tried their mac & cheese within the last year, and now I'm obsessed. This location, in my opinion, has the best one because the top is always a little burnt, which I love. Customer service here is great. I had a really disappointing experience at Chick-fil-A. I was eating a Chick-fil-A Deluxe sandwich when I noticed a small bug inside my meal. It completely killed my appetite and made me uncomfortable continuing to eat. This isn't something you expect from a place that's known for cleanliness and quality. Finding a bug in your food raises serious concerns about food safety and hygiene standards at this location. I'm sharing this so others are aware and can be cautious when eating here. We just came back tonight, 1/10/26 at around 9:40pm and we had thee best and most polite service from here. We went did the drive-thru - one took our order and the other took our payment. The restroom has a code for access, and inside it smells great and is very clean -- definitely well-maintained. Also, the waffle fries were cold. Like, not even room temperature. More like they took a field trip to the fridge. Is this a new menu item? Sad Fries? And don't get me started on the sweet tea. I've had water with more personality. I could've made better sweet tea at home with Splenda and a dream. Located in Monterey Park you would think all Chick-fil-A stores are the same but this one needs some help with almost everything. From the start I had ordered through the app and was driving to this location it said my order will be ready in a certain time frame. But once I got there there was a shift change and I could see my meal just sitting there and not being completed after an extra 10 minutes of waiting I finally got my order. But guess what? My sandwich was completely soggy and gross. The bread itself was saturated and so was the inside of the container that it was in. This has to be the saddest lunch I have had recently. I've been a fan of chick fil A back when I discovered it as a teenager in a local shopping mall. I remember I used to get so excited when I'd see them passing out free samples. It's like they say, "the first one is always free" lol. This location is pretty close to home and I can't resist going once in a while when I get a hankering for salty chicken. Their drive thru line is always pretty busy, but if you go at an off peak time, like late afternoon, it's not too bad. Ordering ahead in the app also helps. The food and service is good and the app offers some nice rewards from time to time. My favorites are the breakfast biscuits, spicy chicken sandwich, the nuggets, and the half lemonade half ice tea drink. I do have to say though, their 12 nuggets are not consistently measured. I sometimes get a few more, sometimes a few less. Today was 9 pieces . Parking is pretty hectic, with the other parties and Costco and Home Depot nearby, so I recommend patience and caution. read more

I've eaten and carried out here so many times. I can honestly say that the service is always kind and courteous. My partner and I always have a good experience here. Sometimes during the after school rush, tables can be a bit messy and orders can get messed up, but the team always makes things right. I typically order on my mobile phone for pick up via the drive-thru, so I rarely find myself walking into the establishment. However, on the off chance that I do go inside, I'm always warmly greeted by the employees there. Everyone is super polite and patient! It's also pretty lively inside. My go-to sandwich would be the Spicy Chicken Biscuit w/ a side of Sweetened Tea! If breakfast is not an option, I go for the Spicy Chicken sandwich. I love how juicy and spicy the chicken here is, it totally satisfies my craving every single time! The Chick Fil-a is a great sweet and savory sauce option as well!
