Raindrops are falling on my head And just like the guy whose feet are too big for his bed Nothing seems to fit... What does fit is breakfast in my belly. After a long drive in needed to refuel before continuing with my work day. 5/5 Service Noah is the man. From taking care of customers to keeping his coworkers spirits up. Not going to lie due to the limited entrances into this shopping center I've avoided coming here but didn't have a problem getting in or out. 5/5 Food Breakfast biscuit was so soft and warm. Hit the spot after a long 3 hour commute (work can be rough on the road). The little hash browns are a nice change from that one place with the big golden M. 5/5 Family They do have an indoor playground for the kiddos, so you can enjoy your chicken while your little ones play their little hearts desires. They have high chairs for you tiny humans so families can enjoy their meal. Overall a nice experience, thanks to the Noah and the CFA staff. Psalm 42:3, God bless

Clean dining area. Food comes out fast. Customer service from team members is courteous and efficient. Food quality was standard. My sandwich was fresh and fries were crispy.

I had a really disappointing experience at Chick-fil-A. I was eating a Chick-fil-A Deluxe sandwich when I noticed a small bug inside my meal. It completely killed my appetite and made me uncomfortable continuing to eat. This isn't something you expect from a place that's known for cleanliness and quality. Finding a bug in your food raises serious concerns about food safety and hygiene standards at this location. I'm sharing this so others are aware and can be cautious when eating here. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the issue immediately. attached are the pictures of my order and inside the box where my sandwich was. i was disgusted and couldn't even finish my food.

Very tasty and fresh food, speedy drive-thru, friendly employees and plenty of parking. This restaurant is located just off the 10 freeway on Vincent Blvd and directly across the street from the West Covina Mall/Plaza.

Out of 5 StarsI have finally deleted my Chick-fil-A app and will not be returning. The prices here have nearly doubled compared to other fast-food franchises, yet the portion sizes remain exactly the same--if not smaller. While I've visited several Chick-fil-A locations, this specific branch is by far the worst. I've experienced consistent issues during every single visit. The customer service is completely unacceptable. Employees regularly ignore customers standing right in front of them, and staff members routinely fail to call out order names when the food is ready, letting meals sit and get cold. To make matters worse, when confronted about the delays, the staff has actively lied about the order status instead of fixing the issue.Because the prices skyrocketed and the service tanked, I initially stopped spending money here and only used the app to redeem my free reward offers. However, during my last few visits, even the food quality and taste were way below standard. Combined with the increasingly rude and impolite behavior of the staff, it's not even worth stopping by for free food anymore.Chick-fil-A used to be famous for its hospitality, but it is completely dead at this location. I will happily take my money and time elsewhere to a business that actually greets its customers and values their patronage. Avoid this location.

Been craving Chick-fil-A lately and this place didn't disappoint. Came here two times and ordered the same items, spicy chicken sandwich and chicken strips. Their signature sauce is the bomb! Nothing can compare to it! Service was superb. Very friendly and attentive servers. Very clean and nice inside too. They're located inside the Costco Plaza off the 60 freeway in Monterey Park, right next to In n Out and Ono Hawaiian BBQ.

Inside the restaurant, it's clean and comfortably cool. The staff brings the food right to your table, which adds such a nice touch. The restroom has a code for access, and inside it smells great and is very clean -- definitely well-maintained. The food was good -- hot, fresh, and crispy, just like you always expect from Chick-fil-A. Writing this review while still sitting here during dinner on June 6 -- that's how impressed I am! I want to highlight Andy, the Kindness Ambassador at this Chick-fil-A. He greets guests with the warmth and care you'd expect at a high-end restaurant. Truly welcoming, helpful, and friendly -- the kind of person who makes you feel seen and appreciated the moment you walk in. The world needs more people like Andy. I just came in for a quick dinner, but the whole experience turned out to be something special.

Extremely Disappointed. Not the Lord's Chicken Today. Let me just start by saying: I don't usually complain. But today? Today pushed me to the edge. I pulled into the Chick-fil-A drive-thru at exactly 12:04 PM -- prime lunchtime, I get it. But I waited TWENTY-TWO MINUTES for a chicken sandwich that was lukewarm and had one single, floppy pickle like it was a joke. I'm sorry, but where's the excellence? Where's the joy I was promised?? The girl at the window (Kaylee? Kaelyn? Something trendy and unhelpful) handed me my bag without even saying "my pleasure." Just... silence. I literally sat there like, "Okay???" Also, the waffle fries were cold. Like, not even room temperature. More like they took a field trip to the fridge. Is this a new menu item? Sad Fries? And don't get me started on the sweet tea. I've had water with more personality. I could've made better sweet tea at home with Splenda and a dream. Look -- I came here expecting a spiritual experience and instead got soggy disappointment in a paper bag. If the cows want us to "Eat Mor Chikin," they might want to check on quality control. Not impressed. I'll be taking my business to Raising Cane's, where the sauce actually slaps and the staff doesn't act like they're doing me a favor. Do better, Chick-fil-A. This isn't what Jesus would've wanted.

    My soggy sandwich so sad

Located in Monterey Park you would think all Chick-fil-A stores are the same but this one needs some help with almost everything. From the start I had ordered through the app and was driving to this location it said my order will be ready in a certain time frame. But once I got there there was a shift change and I could see my meal just sitting there and not being completed after an extra 10 minutes of waiting I finally got my order. But guess what? My sandwich was completely soggy and gross. The bread itself was saturated and so was the inside of the container that it was in. This has to be the saddest lunch I have had recently. Staff should have completed the orders before the shift change. Time frames were completely wrong and it makes the food taste horrible.

Solid experience. The drive thru wasn't that busy and pretty fast. Tried the honey pimento spicy sandwich. 7/10 Overall: of course I'm coming back.

No, they don't make that particular milkshake.

I always try to be polite and respectful when placing my order. My only request is usually that my French fries be cooked lightly. Quite often, the fries aren't prepared as requested, so I have to hand the order back to have it corrected. Mistakes happen, and I completely understand that. What I find disappointing is the reaction I receive when I ask for the correction. I've been met with eye-rolling, blank stares, or employees loudly repeating my request to coworkers in a way that feels dismissive or mocking. Today's visit was another example, and it finally prompted me to leave a review. I don't believe my request is unreasonable, and I always ask with a smile, remain courteous, and thank the staff when they bring me the corrected order. I understand that many of these employees are young and still gaining experience in customer service. However, treating customers with courtesy and respect is an important part of the job. I hope management will use this feedback as an opportunity to coach the team, because I'd like to continue visiting this location, but the repeated negative interactions have become discouraging.

While there is plenty of seating and I often see people dining in, I usually take my food to go. The service has always been pretty straightforward. Most of the employees taking orders tend to be serious and not overly chatty. It hasn't always been the friendliest service, but honestly, I don't come here for conversation, I come for the food. The chicken teriyaki plate is my go-to order, and you really can't go wrong with it, especially if you add avocado. The portions are solid, the food is consistently good, and everything tastes fresh. Overall, this is a great local spot when you're craving teriyaki. Nothing overly fancy, just dependable food that keeps me coming back year after year.

What made me try this place was the smell. I could smell the delicious chicken and teriyaki smell from outside. For me I wanted to try the Teriyaki Chicken snd Tofu with brown rice. My teriyaki bowl ended up being like 20+ dollars so I kinda feel it's a bit expensive. They have different sizes so I ended up getting the biggest one. I see a lot of people just ordering the largest one too. So the basic bowl is just rice and chicken or a protein. If you wanted to add veggies, it's a charge. Most teriyaki places would charge like 1-2 dollars to add veggies. I was charged like 5 dollars ish for veggies. I'm not sure if that's because I ordered a large bowl. The food did taste good, the veggies tasted fresh, the teriyaki chicken had a real good char flavor to it and the sauce is good. I wish they had real sauce containers for their teriyaki sauce because they give you it in a sriracha bottle which looks old and a bit dirty. It's not a full service sit down restaurant so there isn't much of a service. You go up to the counter and you pick up the food yourself. Any napkins or utensils you have to ask them for it. None of that stuff is on the table. You also have to bus your own tray. Overall, it's a bit on the pricey side but it taste good. Their teriyaki sauce is really good and it's not too sweet or salty. Would recommend trying it out.
