First of all, I had no idea Chick-fil-A sold plushies until recently! This was actually my first time dining in at this location since I usually just go through the drive-thru. My boyfriend and I decided to eat inside so we could enjoy our meal fresh and hot. While ordering my food, I immediately noticed the adorable cow plushies displayed in the glass case near the front counter. I was so curious and had to ask if they were available for purchase. Our food came out quickly and everything tasted delicious, just as expected. The employees were all very friendly, polite, and helpful throughout our visit. After we finished eating, I finally asked about the plushies. They had three different ones available, but unfortunately the one I wanted was out of stock. However, one of the employees offered me a completely different plushie that wasn't even on display and I had to buy it lol. Overall, I had a great experience dining in. The service was excellent, the food was fresh and tasty, and I really appreciated how clean and well-maintained the restaurant was. Awesome location, brightly lit ambiance, first time at this location, and everyone was very hospitable. Got the Chick Fil' A Deluxe sandwich which was good as always. Highly recommend the waffle fries as well with the Polynesian Sauce. I love Chick-fil-A, and this location is one of my favorites that I go to all the time. The food always comes out hot and fresh. My go-to order is the spicy chicken sandwich combo. I usually get mac & cheese as the side and a Coke Zero to drink. I also love their waffle fries, so I almost always add a small order on the side too. The chicken sandwich is always a good size. I hate when the patty is tiny and doesn't even cover the bun, but that's never been an issue here. Even though I've been eating Chick-fil-A for years, I only tried their mac & cheese within the last year, and now I'm obsessed. This location, in my opinion, has the best one because the top is always a little burnt, which I love. Customer service here is great. I had a really disappointing experience at Chick-fil-A. I was eating a Chick-fil-A Deluxe sandwich when I noticed a small bug inside my meal. It completely killed my appetite and made me uncomfortable continuing to eat. This isn't something you expect from a place that's known for cleanliness and quality. The prices here have nearly doubled compared to other fast-food franchises, yet the portion sizes remain exactly the same--if not smaller.While I've visited several Chick-fil-A locations, this specific branch is by far the worst. I've experienced consistent issues during every single visit. The customer service is completely unacceptable. Employees regularly ignore customers standing right in front of them, and staff members routinely fail to call out order names when the food is ready, letting meals sit and get cold. To make matters worse, when confronted about the delays, the staff has actively lied about the order status instead of fixing the issue.Because the prices skyrocketed and the service tanked, I initially stopped spending money here and only used the app to redeem my free reward offers. However, during my last few visits, even the food quality and taste were way below standard. Combined with the increasingly rude and impolite behavior of the staff, it's not even worth stopping by for free food anymore.Chick-fil-A used to be famous for its hospitality, but it is completely dead at this location. We just came back tonight, 1/10/26 at around 9:40pm and we had thee best and most polite service from here. We went did the drive-thru - one took our order and the other took our payment. Their drive thru line is always pretty busy, but if you go at an off peak time, like late afternoon, it's not too bad. Ordering ahead in the app also helps. The food and service is good and the app offers some nice rewards from time to time. My favorites are the breakfast biscuits, spicy chicken sandwich, the nuggets, and the half lemonade half ice tea drink. I do have to say though, their 12 nuggets are not consistently measured. I sometimes get a few more, sometimes a few less. Today was 9 pieces . I've eaten and carried out here so many times. I can honestly say that the service is always kind and courteous. My partner and I always have a good experience here. Sometimes during the after school rush, tables can be a bit messy and orders can get messed up, but the team always makes things right. I love how juicy and spicy the chicken here is, it totally satisfies my craving every single time! The Chick Fil-a is a great sweet and savory sauce option as well!
