10/19/25 As far as In N Outs go, this definitely is by far one of THE, if not, the absolute busiest of all locations. Of course, what do I expect, coming in at 7 pm on a Sunday, I must be insane. But when the mood strikes, we hafta go. I am writing this review as we wait for our food. It's literally standing room only & I got lucky that table opened up while I was standing for about 5 minutes for our food. There are atleast 30 people standing & waiting for their food. All seats were taken. It's a madhouse! Amazingly I saw a few more parking spaces available while the drive thru line is about 20 cars or so deep. The floors definitely need to be mopped . I see staff walking around cleaning but really can't keep up with the demand. We are here a couple of weeks ago & I thought I wrote a review already. Good-wise, predictably good, burgers, milkshake fries, expected, thank goodness! This should be our last visit here coz it's just way too busy & congested. Yeah, the line can get wild, but it's always worth it. The pink lemonade is non-negotiable -- seriously, don't skip it! Recently started adding grilled onions to my burger and omg... life changing. I'm not even a big onion fan, but now it's the only way I'll eat it. My go-to: #1 no cheese, no tomato, grilled onions, and a pink lemonade on the side. My boyfriend's obsessed with their animal style fries and milkshakes -- he swears it's the best combo ever! Only minor complaint? In n out Burgers will always be my #1 option when it comes to burgers and fries. They are always made to perfection and made with love by the employees because they really love their job. The service here is just phenomenal and outstanding that there has never been a hiccup (mistake) on any of my orders here in this location. I come here at least 1-2 times a week. I would usually go to the other location by Huntington Dr in Alhambra but that is currently undergoing some construction. But what can I say, an In-n-Out will always be the same. The ambiance here was great! We came in before peak hours and it was not too crazy busy and too loud yet. When we finished and left, that's when a whole crowd of people started piling in because it was just in time for lunch time. Overall eating for this place will be a 5/5 stars. Nothing annoys me quite like hype -- especially when it comes to food and culture. Films that are up for an Oscar that leave you cold muttering WTF under your breath. Restaurants that purport to reinvent menus but simply reshuffle the well worn culinary deck. In-N-Out Burger is worth the hossanas. Sure it's crowded with 40 cars in the drive thru but that is only a testament to greatness. A double-double cheeseburger was sublimely char broiled tied to fries that don't rely on a heavy hand of salt to summon the flavor. Finally, a fast food burger that actually looks like the Botoxed versions that inhabit all fast food advertising. Sorry McDonald's, your real like burgers are just sad imposters. The Animal Style Double Double is a great burger. It's well-priced and tasty. You really can't go wrong. There's no better fast food burger out there. Five Guys is good, but it's too expensive in comparison to In-N-Out. It was out first time trying the Neapolitan shake and it was great! I like how they have free activity books for kids. Our server was Marisela Ar. and she was really nice, warm greeting with a smile and made us feel welcome. It is always crowded but we were able to get a table. Went to the drive through and ate in my car on 10/27/24. Didn't have to wait too long, maybe 10 minutes in the drive through on a Sunday at 11:00 am. I ordered a double with extra vegetables and grilled chopped onions, fries with no salt and a regular vanilla shake. The cost came out to be $12.35. The price isn't bad and you always get the consistency you crave at in in out. The double double was delicious and the extra vegetables complimented the cheesy meat. This time, I dined inside, and it is very messy, food on the floor and slippery, sticky floors. The interior is like other In-N-Outs, with an appropriate amount of seating. Better to just park and go in to order; faster that way than waiting for the cars to move out of the way. 01/28/2024 Inflation hits everyone hard I've noticed that in and out has raised prices 3 times since 2023. Overall the burgers are still excellent. Pro tip: order without spread and ask for extra spread on the side. You don't want to eat the burger and have the spread drip down your arm or all over your clothes. A drippy mess. All things being equal -- great food, great service -- this is your usual run-of-the-mill, family-own, efficiently-run, burger joint cranking out the best fast-food hamburgers anywhere. What's nice about this location is that it's not on a busy street where the drive-thru line can jut out into traffic. It's also close to my home. This location is in the Monterey Park Marketplace adjacent to the 60 Freeway. This sprawling shopping center shares real estate with a Home Depot, a Costco (plus a Costco gas station) and other fast food places (including a drive-thru Starbucks). What's potentially bad about the location is the shopping center's main drag, Market Place Drive, can be hard to negotiate during peak traffic times. It can get really tricky getting out of the drive-thru during peak hour traffic, especially if you want to make a left turn to get out to Paramount Blvd or to get onto the Pomona Freeway. The traffic slowly heading out to the paramount entrance can get bumper to bumper. I've never counted, but it seems like every 20 to 30 cars, a kind-hearted motorist might wave you in. Making a right would be easier but the center's west exit is way past the Costco. That said, some flavor of traffic congestion has always been the bane of every In-N-Out, but even if the line for the drive-thru was long, tablet-wielding In-N-Out crew members are out patrolling the line of cars, taking your order before you'll ever reach the menu loudspeaker. In-N-Out's efficiency and dedication to service is impressive. Like any In-N-Out burger place, the best time to go get one isn't when you're hungry for one, but when no one else is. Timing is everything. That said, the best In-N-Out is always the one that is closest to where you are. read more

The second reason is I had gotten a chocolate shake, but they just gave me a regular straw and their shakes are very thick so really hard to suck to enjoy the chocolate shake. So me and my family usually come here since it's now the closest location from our house but a few weeks ago we ate our food when we got home from the drive through and within 20 minutes into our meal we all started feeling sick.
