Courtesy is not your number one selling point. Second we order ordered family pack with half the tacos having tomatoes. Only 4 had tomato and a pinch of it. We did pay for extra tomatoes. As for napkins a family pack should have at least two napkins per person right well lucky us we had 3 napkins. I also order a large Passion freeze and got a small cup half way with dried not fresh strawberries. Almost $40 for this type of service. Not the typical taco love madness I remember when a teen. I grew up on this Junk so its SOOO TASTY to me. I seen reports on the nasty stuff that they put in the food, but i dont care ! Its cheap and it does not give me the runs... My colleagues decided to get lunch to go from Taco Bell so we stopped by this location in Montebello. Service was fast and friendly. Samantha took my order and she was very pleasant. I got a nachos bell grande. It's gotten smaller and less flavor when they stopped putting green onions on it. Honestly, it's not Taco Bell.... it's me. I have a love & hate relationship w this restaurant brand and have grown out of it. Sure, I grew up on this stuff. Now.... the first few bites are good... crunchy.... but gets saltier and saltier the more you eat it! I prefer Del Taco, since their Tex-Mex fast food is better quality than Taco Bell. Having worked at Taco Bell in the past, I know hardly anyone puts in that little extra for customer service anymore cause I get that customers are more disgruntled nowadays. But I experienced full 360 at this location! I was in the drive thru and expected to hear that pre-recorded cheerful greeting, which I did, then ordered my meal. It was uncanny how close the recording sounded just like the person after it. When I got to the window, that same individual with that same upbeat personality was actually a real person! She had a small tattoo near her right eye, and was outgoing, and made me feel happy to be there. I rounded my change for their charity and contemplated my visit. I thought to myself, "I wish every fast food chain had this same type of person in their drive thru. The world would be a better place." I sent a message to their corporate office to give them a chance to respond. Got nothing and it's been a week. So here goes. We know Taco Bell isn't exactly mexican food but it was ok in a pinch. In the past their food at least had flavor. Whatever they have done to their meat has left it completely tasteless. They even changed their taco sauce. Now it tastes like reddish tomato sauce. Girl working in the late night drive thru was very rude! I ordered a burrito that I told her specifically that I wanted. We both confirmed it on the screen. I get to the window, it was wrong. Then I told her my order is wrong. She then tells me I should have ordered a different burrito. I replied with YOU and I both agreed to the order on the screen! She then says I'd have to pay again. Which I told her I wasn't, she slams the window. Gets the order correct, hands it to me with the rudest attitude ever, mind you I was being polite as I know things like this can happen. I ordered a Taco Salad and was extremely disgusted/disappointed to see that the beef included in the $4.99 price was less than what is provided in a taco. I had to walk into the store to ensure that the salad was made properly, no tomato, no salsa, no sour cream and extra cheese +$.035 as in the past it has been made incorrectly. I was stuck 20 minutes in the drive thru just for them to tell me they were out of what I ordered. The cashier who I'm certain was a trainee disappeared and a few minutes later they offered different options that I'd have to wait 10 minutes for. I wonder if this is why their drive thru takes soooo long? You shouldn't let customers wait 10+ minutes for an item and hold up the line and customers behind them. Food is delicious! I still haven't had any problems from this location. The cashiers are usually female teenagers so I can't be too critical. They take my order and charge me that's it lol I'm not expecting the service I'd receive from Samba haha The food is prepared fairly quickly and there's plenty of choices for soft drinks which is a big plus for me and my friends when we go. Parking is never a problem and there's always clean tables available upon entering. Great place to get a reasonably priced meal whether you're leaving AMC or just passing by. read more

We eat differently than we used to. Primarily for our health. We need to find some fast food alternates for us now that we avoid meat and dairy. And Taco Bell has a great menu for us, making black beans available instead of meat and giving us fresco style that eliminates the cheese and replaces it with tomatoes. Some of the Taco Bell stores are just so so on cleanliness and food. This store is our very favorite from this chain. Excellent presentation. Superb friendliness. Orders done right.
