The address to this location is misleading on the map, its actually next to Applebee's in the strip mall with the AMC(not across from it) . Came here at 5ish and there was still a line at the drive thru which was surprising. Not only that but it took FOREVER to get my food, which is unacceptable for a "fast food" chain. OK.. so.. for some reason I like taco bell.. I dunno why.. and i honestly am not a HUGE fan of 1) fast food and 2) mexican food besides salsa.. haha I dunnno y.. oh well I usually get 2 regular soft tacos with raspberry iced tea and the cheesy fiesta potatoes.. well I usually sub the fries with the potatoes and today. they wouldnt let me but I got it as a side.. This Taco Bell has redefined Fast Food and made it Slow Food. I have been extremely disappointed with how long it takes, many times over 30 minutes to get my food from the drive through. Doesn't Corporate measure how quickly clients are served? Do they even care? I stopped going to this restaurant over a year ago because of this. Today I was just as frustrated, they got my order wrong and I had to return a second time to get what I actually ordered. Every time I have been to this location the service is always so bad it's irritating to the point where I just cancel my order and go. I had several inconveniences when I ask for my burrito to be swapped from the box for something other than the 5layer burrito and some employees will do it and some will not. The lack of leadership shows as the employees have no idea what their doing. read more

After I ordered my meal and when the cashier gave back my change it was not right it was short so I asked for it back she gave me an attitude then later when my order was ready she gave me a broken bag and all my food was on the floor. She again made a ugly face and gave me another one which I discovered she again missing one of my order. I ordered 4 items she only gave me three. Until I got mad and finally everything was correct. Rude customer service!! Guy in the drive thru was extremely rude with my order!!no sauce

This Taco Bell's dollar menu really lacks a lot of choices and some of the classical favorites are missing on the menu, so if you don't eat taco bell often you won't know the choices. The crunchy taco supreme wasn't crunchy at all, it was soggy as i took my first bite the bottom of the taco ripped opened and all the filling came out. I also decided to try the new grillers, in spicy buffalo chicken and boy was this spicy! It was almost too spicy to bear and i didn't taste anything, but the hot sauce. In the end, i would make that extra drive to go to the san gabriel location as the menu is brightly lit and everything that they offer can be found on the menu. I won't be coming back to ths location for a while. read more

Please fire the day time Manager. It takes me a half hour to go & come back from this location. My order was wrong & when I went back to ask to have it replaced the Manager gave me nothing but a hard time. So instead of apologizing & correcting my order I will no longer go back. The loaded grillers!!!! Ohmigatos! Delish!! I was bummed a little that they got rid of the buffalo chicken ranch one but very pleased that they replaced it with the chipotle chicken one :D I don't recommend steak here. It taste kinda weird. I do like the service here very much. All the employees here are very friendly and patient too because I have recently become a slowpoke upon ordering. The worst food ever!! I rarely eat here but in the area and come on Christmas shopping, on the way home, and food will do, so I thought. We ordered to go, and got home to finally eat and of course we're missing our desert. First off the food (Encharito's) bland, no seasoning what so ever. The double decker and taco's same result no seasoning, we had to use way too much hot sauce to mask the no flavor meat. Then ready for desert (cinnabon delights) to enjoy with some coffee that'll make me forget about the tasteless food we ate. But wait, what no delights! Yup you guessed it none in the bag, they didn't pack. Now that's really frustrating, worst meal ever from this store. I drove back 2 miles and once I entered into this place the entire facility smelled like their sewer pipes were leaking. This place reeked of crap, and the food tasted like crap as well!! They need to seriously look into fixing there sewer lines!! I don't recommend any of my friends, family and followers eating here, it's a disgusting smell. This is probably the nastiest Taco Bell I've ever been to! Employees are young and messing around in the back. Drive-thru takes FOREVER the bathrooms are disgusting. I first came to this place a few years ago and only remembered how terrible it smelled inside. It seemed like the entire dining room was being used as a restroom because that's what it smelled like. I avoided this place for a few years and recently came back only because the group of friends I was with choose to go there. When I went a few days ago wondering why it is I don't come here my question was quickly answered. Went through the Drive-thru last night and was highly disappointed when I got home and saw my order. First off my bf is vegan so most of taco bell items he cannot have. We asked for a supreme taco and a taco with just beans and lettuce, not hard at all and was correct on the screen when he asked if the order was correct. but when we got home our order was completely wrong. Both tacos were made with beans no meat and cheese and sour cream. My bf had to throw his away because he cannot have the dairy.
