I want to highlight the excellent cleanliness and professionalism at this location. One worker in particular, Kat, stood out to me - she was great. I noticed that she consistently changes her gloves every time she touches anything other than the sandwich she's preparing. I was honestly impressed by this level of hygiene. In many places nowadays, I've seen workers use the same gloves for handling money or other surfaces and then continue preparing food, which defeats the purpose of wearing gloves in the first place. I used to work at a Jersey Mike's in another county and today I decided to visit because I was in the mood for a sandwich. I ordered a mini #3 a.k.a. the ham and provolone sandwich on the white bread. Maybe it's been because I haven't worked there in a very long time, but it was the most amazing sandwich ever. Like I genuinely want to go back and buy another one, but I know that I'm full so I'm not gonna do that. I don't know the name of the person who served me, but they were so friendly and nice and I also shared some of my adventures I had when I worked at Jersey Mike's myself. The cashier was also friendly as well and they made my sandwich just the way I wanted it. I had a wonderful time and would go to this location again! I probably will next week. read more

So first this review is regarding their catering service. I regularly order Jersey Mike's for our office and rewards for student group. The catering options are great for groups. All the half sandwiches are individually wrapped and labeled so your guest know what they are selecting. This is great for those that have dietary restrictions. The sandwiches do not come Mike's Way which is fine since it prevents the food from being soggy. Plates and other condiments are also included with these orders. read more

Ended up coming here after finding out The Habit in the same plaza was unexpectedly closed during COVID. Initially, I didn't have a great experience, mostly due to a few unsanitary practices I observed, such as the staff leaning on counters before handling food or unnecessarily touching the paper wrapping around the sandwiches repeatedly. However, I brought these issues to the attention of the store manager and he promptly took care of them, plus made it a point to have his staff take extra precautions in the future to ensure the safety of their patrons. I love Jersey Mikes, the #9 is what I always get on wheat and it is so delicious never fails always consistent. This time I ordered a Chicken Caesar wrap and Omg it was so gross. They use a regular flour tortilla, load it with shredded lettuce and some diced chicken. It was pretty gross. Manager and staff are very friendly. I hope they make a better wrap. This Jersey Mike's sucks. The worker named Mark was so rude. The restaurant was limited on bread selection, which can be understandable nearing the end of the night. At 8:20pm after ordering the food we asked if we can eat inside and the server Mark said no because we are closing and then proceeded to laugh with his co-worker. Also, you can make a combo meal with the typical Ms. Vickie's & other Frito Lay chips & a fountain drink. Try the Big Kahuna Cheese Steak sub sandwich (Grilled onions & peppers... mushrooms, jalapeños & extra cheese)! It's definitely a filler sandwich type of place. The sandwich wasn't the tastiest I've had, but the service was excellent & the sandwich itself was made fresh in front of me. The regular size (7" sub) was plenty for me, however, the Giant size was available (14"-15"). Prices and menu are somewhat - SOMEWHAT, I said, comparable to a combination of Philly's Best, Quiznos, & Subway. We were behind 6 other people waiting. This Jersey Mike's is closest to my house, which is why I come here quite often. It's nice for a quick bite. I usually get the baja chicken wrap. the wraps seem to be just enough food without being too heavy. I will say it usually takes them quite some time to grill that chicken, but I think that's just party of the process. Overall it's pretty similar to the rest of the JM locations I've been to. Been here a few times before, never had any problem with customer service. Went to lunch at 1:00 pm on Friday, today, Only two table of customers were dining. There were one guy and three girls behind the counter as we walked in, they were talking among themselves. No one greeted us. As we approached the counter, my wife ordered a Philly cheese stake #17 and I told them I haven't decided yet. One of the girls started to prepare the sandwich while all four of them continued on their conversation. I decided to get a meatball sandwich #15 within 20 seconds after my wife's order, I waited for one of them so I can order my sandwich. All four of them continued their conversation. I waited about 1.5 minutes, finally one of the girls said are you ready? I replied I had been ready, two of the girls looked at each other with an attitude look. I ordered my #15. Another girl and a supervisor appeared from the backroom, so they had six people working at that time. The guy asked again what sandwiches we ordered. By now, I was like didn't you people hear what we had ordered? #17 and #15. As we sat down half of the tables were dirty. My point was at 1:00 PM Friday, only three tables with diners, the tables were dirty and the workers were having conversation rather than paying attention to the customers, their orders and making the sandwiches, isn't that is what you guys were hired to do? Is that too much or too hard to ask????? So our order came out to $21.41 for two sandwiches and a drink. We both were still hungry after we ate and drank three cups of soda. When we got home we had to eat chips to feel adequate. Attention to the franchisee of this Jersey's Mike. For $21.00 I could eat four or five times and be full with McDonald's Dollar Menu. With what we paid and the service we received I will never come back to this specific location. I had to leave my order at this location because one of the employees would not honor a coupon that was emailed to me. Before I had placed my order I had asked one of the employee if the coupon would be accepted at this location and he stated that he would accept it and even confirmed with a second coworker. Then a third coworker got involved and stated that no, they would not honor the coupon after the sandwiches had been made. I stated that I would not take the sandwiches if the coupon wouldn't be honored and the employee stated that that was fine. In other words, they would rather lose a sale.
