We came as part of sgv passport. Honestly thank you for sgv passport for letting me try out one of the best tacos I ever had.We got 3 of their combo tacos. The mixta one was sooooo good. We also got pork belly n chiccharon. Both were amazing too! It's a walk up and order kind of situation. Staff was super friendly. There's a lot of parking in the lot next door! read more

Los Taquero Mucho - So good !!! - Caterers Near Me - Montebello, California

I learned about this place through the SGV Passport, which had a great deal where you could buy one set of specialty tacos and get another set for free. Los Taquero Mucho is located inside BLVD Market. My bf and I ordered: Pork Belly Cochinta Pibil: This was my bf's favorite out of the two specialty tacos. The pork belly was thick, tender, and had a nice crispy exterior that added a great texture. Tacos De Chicharron: This was my favorite! The chicharron had a satisfying crunch and paired really well with the flavors of the taco. Both specialty tacos we tried were unique, flavorful, and packed with delicious flavors. It was a great deal through the SGV Passport, and I would definitely come back to try more of their tacos! The service was friendly and helpful on suggesting the different types of tacos. read more

Legit spot Definitely elevated tacos Good meats not greasy Tacos and burritos They take a minute because it's not fast food, all ingredients are fresh Most important they are consistent wished they stayed open late! We came to redeem our SGV passport items as the time is getting closer to the expiration dates. Los Taquero Mucho is located on the outside patio section of the BLVD MRKT. The line wasn't bad at all and staff explained which items we could redeem. The deal was for BOGO on any specialty taco for up to 3 tacos. My wife ordered 3 Whiskel Tacos which were all vegan. And I orders 2 Cremita and 1 Taco De Chicharron. The orders took 10 or so minutes to be ready but it was certainly worth the wait. These tacos were delicious! I really enjoyed the freshness of the tortillas. The cremita was unique with all textures and ingredients. The pomegranate seeds gave it a nice pairing to the chicken & crema. My wife loved her Vegan option tacos as well. Everything about their tacos was memorable. I can see why if a popular option at the BLVD MRKT and well worth the redemption from the SGV passport. I'd love to come by here when we visit this area. There were more options from the menu I'd like to try. I think others should come give Los Taquero Mucho a shot. Thanks! ( ^_^)b read more

My husband stopped by on a Sunday afternoon. We were there to redeem an offer from our SGV Passport: Buy one, get one specialty taco (up to 3 for free)! The cashier informed us that we could mix and match our tacos too. I decided to get all 3 of the same: 3 Whiskel (V). The Whiskel tacos have grilled squash with rajas sautéed in coconut milk, topped with chia seeds, and cilantro. They were light, sweet, creamy; and they also went well with the green and red sauces. The chef was generous with their portions; a lot of the squash and rajas kept falling out after each bite. I didn't mind because that meant I had more to eat lol! If we ever find ourselves back here, I would get this again. read more

Specialty tacos at Los Taquero Mucho are truly an experience, and the deal through SGV Passport makes it feel like a total win to explore the full special menu in one go. El Cremita is cheesy yet surprisingly light, never greasy. The chicken is soft and juicy, and the pops of pomegranate add a bright contrast that lifts every bite. Whiskil Taco is a dream for veggie lovers -- sweet, tender squash wrapped in a creamy, nutty sauce that feels both comforting and fresh at the same time. Mixta Taco stands out with its sausage and avocado combo -- rich, savory, and satisfyingly balanced. Taco de Chicharrón brings a fun textural contrast: crunchy, savory chicharrón paired with fresh, vibrant pico de gallo that keeps it lively. And the Pork Belly Cochinita Pibil? A showstopper. The generous slab of pork belly is smoky, buttery-tender, and practically melts into each bite -- deeply flavorful and indulgent in the best way. If you're looking to try a spread that hits creamy, crunchy, fresh, smoky, and sweet all in one sitting, this lineup absolutely delivers. read more

Their cochinita pibil burrito is to die for. I've had it twice so far, and it's definitely on my top 3 flavors after birria and surf/turf. Even the al pastor is worth having and has decent flavor at an affordable price. I was a little sad I couldn't add their iced passionfruit tea to my online order, so my boyfriend asked when we got there to pick-up, and the employee said they didn't have it that day. It's definitely a must try since they add the seeds to it. The ambience of this food court is unique and overall a peaceful atmosphere, and I was so happy to find that there are clean public restrooms available. As for parking, there's plenty of spots in a lot just across the street. read more

I ordered them via DoorDash. Oh boy, tacos did not disappoint! The meat and purple tortillas blew my brains away.

Was in the area in the morning looking for some breakfast and found this spot! This restaurant is located inside BLVD market with other businesses. Very cutely decorated and have menu set outside. Breakfast menu is limited but with some very delicious options. I chose to get the steak and egg burrito, they took a few minutes. The burritos itself came out so warm and was delicious. Steak was well cooked and mixed in with egg, beans and tater tots. They also provided a salsa which was so tasty and flavorful, not spicy at all. Overall, enjoyed my meal and hope I get to try something else next time. read more

The tacos are so good. Ive been here twice during work and brought different co-workers each time. Burt times to rave reviews. It's an outdoor setting that provided plenty of seating and shade for those summer days. I look forward to coming again and bringing more co-workers to share in the experience read more

Tried Los Taquero Mucho and it did not disappoint! For two people we split the carne asada burrito (asked them to cut it in half and they did) and the nachos with al pastor and both were super flavorful and filling. The outdoor seating area is really cute with plenty of tables, and it's set up in a courtyard with a few other stands around so there's lots of variety if you want to try more than one spot. Service was super quick and the staff were really nice. We went later in the evening so it wasn't too busy, but I can see this place being a fun hangout when it's more lively. Definitely a great spot for tacos and chill outdoor vibes! read more

Have been coming here since they opened at the blvd market. The chilaquiles are soooo good and I love that there's beans on the bottom. The beans at the bottom is the reason why this is one of my favorite chilaquiles spots!! Their meats are delicious, I especially love their chicken. I had their Burritos, Tacos, and Quesadillas. I recommend everything all of them from Los Taquero Mucho. Everyone is always friendly here and they make awesome recommendations if you don't know what to get or try. Eating here is so nice and theres a lot of seating so you enjoy your food nice and fresh. read more

Stopped by to eat at this taquería before attending a small music show a few doors down. My friend ordered the 3 specialty tacos. I wasn't too hungry, so I just ordered a mulita with carnitas for myself. The guy at the register was helpful in making suggestions. The wait? It was eternal!! I understand that they make their tortillas on the spot, but they need someone faster making the tortillas or more than just one person. Maybe they were short-staffed? Regardless, the food was pretty good, especially the specialty tacos. My friend really enjoyed the mixta one. My mulita though? The masa was wayyy too thick. I ended up just taking one of the tortillas off and folding the one with the fixings and eating it like a taco. But yeah, they need more consistency and quicker output with the tortilla. Overall, I'd give them another try if I was in the area. read more

It was my first time at BLVD MRKT, and Mexican food was calling my name. I ordered asada nachos from Los Taquero Mucho. There was one staff member from what I can tell who was running the ship. He took my order and prepped the food. Friendly man. My nachos were bomb! It was a huge serving that was fully loaded with blue corn chips, cheese, meat, guac, etc. I really loved the gooey white queso they used, and the steak was so flavorful. Their breakfast items look great. I'd be interested in trying the chilaquiles and chile relleno for next time. read more

Service was good. The cashier explained all vegetarian options to me and made recommendations. They don't substitute many items to accommodate any dietary preferences. But the vegan items they did have were surprisingly good. I took a chance on the squash tacos thinking it would be bland but it tasted great. I had some of the people dining with me that got meat based options to try it and they also loved it. There's not a lot of seating or parking in this area so I would just keep that in mind when driving out to this restaurant. The seating is outdoors and it is very pretty. It's a very big food court with 4-5 restaurants in one read more

I had the burrito and it was truly one of the worst burritos I've ever had. I couldn't even finish it because it was so gross. The texture, the taste, all of it. The beans and rice have zero flavor, I asked for the vegan filling and I didn't realize it was mushroom but also not flavored really. Just flavorless with awful texture and leaves randomly in it and potato even though I didn't ask for a breakfast burrito? The salsa also isn't good. I'm in shock this place has good reviews read more

First of all, I walked to up the window and no one was there. Waited for about a few minutes and this guy looked at me and walked away. I get my order in and it takes a REAALLLYYYY long time for me to get them. Keep in mind, there was no line and I didn't see people order before me. I've never waited so long for tacos. So I finally get my order and they're SOOO oily!! My hands are drenched in oil. And the tortilla was soggy from the oil ): also these were pretty expensive for what they are. I strong do not recommend getting food here. Save your wallet, stomach, and disappoint and get anything else in the Blvd Market. read more

Hmmm just don't know about this spot. Read good things on Yelp and was surprised to have a bad experience. Literally ordered 3 carne asada tacos which somehow took 20 minutes to make which felt odd. On top of that, the tacos had COLD GRILLED onions on top???? I have been to hundreds and hundreds of Mexican spots and have never got that. Went to ask the worker if they were meant to be cold and he said yes. Again odd and really threw off the whole taco. Again I'm not sure if this comes from a specific part of Mexico that I'm unfamiliar with but strongly disliked the cold with hot foods. Won't be back to this spot, but it's located in Boulevard Market which I like. Lots of seating outdoors. read more

Great taco spot, with a great outdoor area for dining in. Everything we ordered was delicious.

Review is a bit overdue. Ordered takeout from here. I've only once tried cochinita pibil. I was craving a burrito, and so I found this little spot and decided to try it. Ohh myyy goodness. The flavors were better than I imagined. I can't eat much, but had a good few bites and gave the rest to my husband. He too enjoyed it and really liked the cochinita pibil choice. read more

Yelp check-in = 15% off! Quality/Quantity - Burrito - Half Carnitas and Half Asada - 4 stars, the salsa verde and rojo was on the side. Not picture perfect... A little dry in my opinion, but my daughter liked it. She also felt that it was a good quantity for what I paid. The salsa rojo was my favorite, but my daughter preferred the salsa verde. Chile Verde Breakfast Burrito - 3 stars, my daughter and I both felt this was dry, good thing they gave us 4 containers of salsa. Again, it was NOT picture perfect. Three Specialty Tacos - El Cremita, Pork Belly Cochinita Pibil & Mixta Taco - 4 stars for presentation, 3 stars for food. This was my order. Now this is picture perfect, instagram worthy, probably what they are really known for. My favorite was the Mixta Taco with the salsa rojo. My least favorite was the El Cremita, just not one for pomegranate seeds in my food. Atmosphere - Open 6 days a week from 9am to 8pm or 10pm, closed Mondays. Breakfast today from 9am to 1pm. Service - Got rung up for the wrong item, but they corrected it. It did take them a while. Counter service, order at the window and when your pager goes off, come pick up your food. Price - $41. The Yelp check in 15% off helped, otherwise I would feel they were overpriced for what we got. My daughter felt that it was a good value (for her burrito), but I did not see her offer to pay, LOL. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 2019 and since 2021 at this location. read more

Chilaquiles were awful and so was the passion fruit drink. Everything lacked flavor the drink was watered down . Will not be going back.

These tacos were super good way better than your average taco spot. The price was good. The location was tucked away in a small corner parking is limited. The tacos tasted good and we got the normal one I need to come back to try the speciality one offered here. The service was quick but rhe wait took a little long for tacos. I'm assuming because it fresh tortillas. Loved the carnitas and pastor the most. Bf loved the carne asada the most. I would definitely want a little more seasoning on the meat it would make it perfect in my book. read more

Came here on a Friday around 2 for a late lunch. After being in the area and yelp for a good burrito I may have had high expectations after seeing an average review of 4.7 stars. The burrito was smaller than I expected for $16. I got the carnitas with cheese and guac. Got about 1/3 of the way eating and wondered when I would get to the guac. Needless to say they forgot to add it. When to the counter to ask and they gave me a side of each. Not really the same. Tried to add them myself to the burrito and just made a mess. Even with this miss the burrito was nothing to write home about and the rice in it was rather dry and crunchy. On the plus side, the aqua Fresca was cucumber lime and that was really good. The outside seating was pleasantly shaded as well. Not sure I'd come back for a burrito here but may come to try one of the other food stands. read more
