The parking lot can get challenging since it's in a plaza with Sprouts. Sephora, Burlington and many places. The wings can be a but dry but they are keto or low carb since they don't have breading. The drink dispenser was self served. The dispenser was the same one AMC uses. The chicken tender was cold but still crispy. Ordered the fries well done, but it was super cold. Make sure you grab napkins and condiments because they didn't put any in our bag. Wished we got an order confirmation and that the food wasn't cold by the time we came to pick it up. Terrible experience at this Wingstop location. The wings were dry and lacked flavor. I ordered corn as a side, but it wasn't even ready when I arrived--and I ended up waiting 15 extra minutes past the promised pickup time. Inside, the employees were too busy horseplaying and goofing off to be focused on service. When I finally got the corn, not only was it completely unseasoned, it had the wrong seasoning--Cajun instead of the lemon pepper I clearly asked for. None of them washed their hands, they were sitting outside smoking, eating, picking their nose, who knows what they are doing. To have untrained personnel make drinks is a lawsuit waiting to happen. The food here is really good. Unfortunately, they get extremely busy, and sometimes when you put in a pick-up order online, they take longer then the estimated pick-up time. I would recommend coming 10-15 mins earlier, at least from my experience. But quality wise, all is good as usual. Staff is generally friendly and helpful. I would give 5-star if they were more timely with pick-ups. The low ratings are probably from people with similar issues at me, but does not reflect the other good orders they've done before. I get their korean bbq flavor, Louisiana rub, and Cajun. The boneless special is pretty good, but their classic wings are of course the best. read more

I know it's Wingstop and I know it's my fault but life happens sometimes and it's nice when a business--especially a corporation who can afford it--has your back every once and a while. I have a lot of students in the area and will recommend they visit a different location or hit up Raisin Canes. Simple $14 losses are built into large corporations' business models via risk allowance and loss provisions. A remake of my order is pennies to them.
