The drink dispenser was self served. The dispenser was the same one AMC uses. The chicken tender was cold but still crispy. Ordered the fries well done, but it was super cold. I ordered corn as a side, but it wasn't even ready when I arrived--and I ended up waiting 15 extra minutes past the promised pickup time. Inside, the employees were too busy horseplaying and goofing off to be focused on service. When I finally got the corn, not only was it completely unseasoned, it had the wrong seasoning--Cajun instead of the lemon pepper I clearly asked for. Boneless wings, you can pick up to 3 flavors and a large side your choice of fries, cheesy fries and I think corn. Volcano fries is an extra $1.50 which was worth it. I wasn't expecting much, but I must say I was impressed with the amount of food you get. We also got 2 chicken sandwiches, it was a PC coupon bogo free. We spent about $45 and it fed 5 adults and we even had leftovers. Now a days, when you eat out $45 covers like one and a half people. So for national wing day...there's got to be a better way! Order placed at 7:22 & not ready until 9pm...that's only bc we got there at 8 to wait w plenty of others who had also placed online orders. All employees had their AirPods in while working--including the manager. Pathetic. I was embarrassed for them. I had accidentally ordered to the wrong Wingstop. I drove to that one and they redirected me to this one on main in Alhambra. I arrived an hour later. Food was cold, which I was expecting. I asked if they could heat it up they said no. I asked if they could remake it they said no. I left a unsatisfied customer. I know it's Wingstop and I know it's my fault but life happens sometimes and it's nice when a business--especially a corporation who can afford it--has your back every once and a while. I have a lot of students in the area and will recommend they visit a different location or hit up Raisin Canes. Simple $14 losses are built into large corporations' business models via risk allowance and loss provisions. A remake of my order is pennies to them. The food here is really good. Unfortunately, they get extremely busy, and sometimes when you put in a pick-up order online, they take longer then the estimated pick-up time. I would recommend coming 10-15 mins earlier, at least from my experience. But quality wise, all is good as usual. Staff is generally friendly and helpful. I would give 5-star if they were more timely with pick-ups. The low ratings are probably from people with similar issues at me, but does not reflect the other good orders they've done before.
