Been here three times this year HOPING that maybe it was a simple mistake. First time was ok. Flavor was not what I'd hoped for. Nope. Last time I ordered three boneless garlic Parmesan and three classic lemon pepper and got all classic that tasted exactly the same. Ordered the same today and this time the boneless garlic Parmesan wings I asked for looked like they were seasoned but had absolutely no flavor. Very very disappointed. Just had a disappointing experience here. I almost never give bad reviews, but in this case I have to. We placed an online order and went to pick. Had to wait a bit longer than the confirmation email said, but all good...they were busy. The young man at the pickup counter was friendly and I was fine waiting a few minutes. We ordered 2 20 wing combos and 4 orders of carrots. The young mane gave me two bags and said one would just have the carrots. Unfortunately, when I got home there was only 20 wings in one bag and the other bag had only carrots. I was pretty bummed b/c it was very inconvenient to go back with guests at our house (for Dodger playoff game)...but I understand mistakes happen. I called and explained the issue and they said to come back and he would have the cooks get the 20 wings ready for us. While en route, the employee called back and said the kitchen workers/cooks claimed I got 3 bags (not true) and he said I need to bring the 2 bags back with me to prove. I was basically already at the Wingstop location so that wasn't going to happen.... I figured I'd go in and person and there would be an apology and the 20 wings that I paid for ready for me. Not the case... Instead, I had to argue with 3 or 4 employees claiming I was lying and that I left with 3 bags. One said, I left and came back for the bag with the carrots. All completely false. I am so offended and take it personally when accused of lying. It could have gone so much better had someone owned up to the mistake. They did send me home with the 20 wings I had paid for, but the attitude was apalling. Instead of an apology, I got "Bro, we gave you your wings" and also "I believe in Karma"...which is odd. I guess that means I'll get something for free soon? OR whoever lied and tried to blame me will experience the same? Anyway, this sucked and I felt the need to post. I prefer this Wingstop over the other in Alhambra. My order is never wrong, it's always done on time and I'm never lacking any sauce on my wings. The staff is super great. Well this was my second visit to this location and the first time I wasn't very pleased as the wings were. It coated properly and were dry so I was a bit disappointed since I've gone to different locations and they have been extremely well coated and juicy , but recently I made a second visit visit as I was hungry and craving for wings so I decided to give it another go, so I ordered 10 wings and a sandwich and this time everything came out perfect, juicy and well coated, just hope my next visit it remains that way. This is your average wing stop. Most of the workers there are friendly and happy to help. The wings always come out hot. The fries are crisp and seasoned. The flavors are really good. Stopped by here for the first time not expecting much but WOW I was surprised by how much I enjoyed it here. A friend had been raving about their chicken sando so I came specifically for that. I got the Louisiana rub chicken sandwich. It was a very tasty sandwich, with great flavor and nice crunch. The bun was nice too, and it was perfect with the chicken. The sauce comes on the side, which is great if you want to control your sauciness. Their fries are also excellent. Spiced well and fried perfectly tender on the inside. Very above average fries for a fast food joint. I paired my meal with a sparkling water from the fountain and it was the heavenly finish to a great sandwich combo. We like to come here when we feel like eating wings. Sauce and seasoning has been on point our past 2 visits. Food comes out relatively quickly. Wings were crispy and good in size. We love the fresh tasting carrots and celery to go with our wings. Also always worth paying extra to get ranch sauce which goes good with everything. I like that they have 2 TV's which have nba games on when there's a game. 1 star taken off for restaurant and restroom cleanliness. Wish they serviced the restroom more often.
