For some reason I cant justify giving Wingstop more than 3 stars. They definitely have some great wings. The best thing to do is order online or through the phone before you head there. So they can start making it when you arrive. Usually it takes FOREVER for them to make the wings and you sitting there for like 30 minutes waiting and waiting. Also it doesnt feel clean when you eat at the restaurant. For some odd reason everything just feels dirty. They do not have a trash can so people just leave their trays on the table and you have to wait for someone to clean it. Clearly people who work here really dont give a damn about it. You can tell they do not care. For the food its actually pretty decent. Cant go wrong with chicken wings, its hard to actually have a bad chicken wing. Normally I get the 10 piece combo traditional with Lemon Pepper and Garlic Parmesan, Ranch, and Fries. I wish they seasoned the fries like how they use to before. They were so much better. My girlfriend and I ordered wings from this location because we were hungry and it was on the way home. Placed an order through Grub Hub. As soon as I got there to see if our order was ready, the girl working just looked at me and minded her business like I wasn't even there. I waited for her to finish what she was doing, because I get it, it get busy and there are orders that need to be done. After around 7 mins she finally acknowledged that I was there. She looked for our order and it wasn't ready and said it'll be out soon. Got our order after 5 minutes. Got home, opened up the bag and the wings barely had any sauce. Ordered 5 mild wings, came out with barely any sauce, and it was dry. I've ordered wing from other Wingstop locations and the wings are never this dry because they actually put a decent amount of sauce, but not this location. We also ordered 5 Cajun corn WITHOUT any seasoning... and they messed it up and pretty sure they put seasoning on it. Overall experience was ok. 2/5. Customer Service was terrible. read more

Recently, I ordered food for the agents from my work. While working remotely, I needed to order 20+ 6-piece combos for our site located near the restaurant. Placing the order was extremely difficult, as the online ordering system would not allow me to place the order due to "incorrect address/zip code", which was not the case. After attempting a couple of times, I called the restaurant and was told to go place the order in person (as I could not place the order over the phone). Because of reasons not to do with the restaurant, I had to go down there and order in person. Once there, my cars would not go through their system, as the card was not being read at all. Per the Bank, the transaction was not being transmitted by the merchant. Anyhoo...no one was able to help. No one had a clue on a solution. At the end of it, I had the idea to bypass the pin and magic! It worked. My rating is not for the staff at wing stop, as they got my order ready quickly, once the order was paid. 2 years later plus a pandemic and it's safe to say they're finally getting it together. Ordered online based on a different review to ensure my order would be processed and the sauces were right. Came out exactly as I ordered, no missing wings, sides, or sauces. I came on a Sunday and they were very busy and everyone looked really focused so maybe all the all star employees were there tonight? Cause I was greeted and given my food with no problems. Horrible customer service, the old male manager begs people to do the customer survey. If you call to "place and order" they won't start your order UNTIL you arrive and pay for your food? They don't allow bills over $20 even if you make an order of $60 LOL. If you don't know that they don't take bills over $20 sorry they can't take your order. The ambiance is dirty, the restrooms are never cleaned. If you come in the afternoon the young employees are sharing a vape and passing it around. Horrible service from staff they need to be retrained on there customer service. This guy who he states is a supervisor very unprofessional and rude.I called to inform them my order was missing items was left on hold for over 10min and when asked for supervisor/manager and asked who I was speaking to he refused to give his name just stated he was the supervisor and what did I want very rude. So went to the store and his approach was what's up instead of how can I help you. My husband got food poisoning after eating at this location on 3/25/22. He had the lemon pepper chicken wings around 8pm and woke up at 3am vomiting and didn't stop until I took him to urgent care on 3/26 at 1pm. Have receipts to prove the visit and the diagnosis. Had to be put on an IV and anti-nausea medication. Silver lining is that he lost 10 lbs since he didn't eat for 5 days after this episode. Why they offer free delivery? Because you will never get it. Since I don't want to wear a mask to go out, tried the Wingstop delivery for the first time as I see "FREE DELIVERY". First the website was not working, I had to download the app to get this done... Finally submitted the order, an hour later the app indicated my order is delivered, BUT THERE WAS NOTHING OUTSIDE MY HOME! Tried to call the store immediately, for 30 minutes no one picked up the phone. I also got a text message from Doordash saying my order is delivered, and provided with the driver's phone number... the number was never connected, tried Doordash's customer service by online chat, they said since the order is not a Doordash direct order, they couldn't do anything... Decided to order the 20 piece boneless deal- Half BBQ & Lemon Pepper . When brought home, we were disappointed with how seasoned and salty the lemon pepper tasted like. I anticipated calling but that was 10 wings we weren't going to eat. When I called- I explained to Jose. He was very understanding and offered to replaced wings with another flavor, in addition he added 5 more for the inconvenience.
