Honestly, I ordered some garlic Parmesan & original hot, sent my son to go pick it up for us, he got home eagerly ready to eat, and our wings WERE PLAIN! Tbh... I'm just very disappointed here because I ordered an 8pc combo boneless and out of the 8 pieces that I got... 1 boneless pieces was like a size of a small meatball while the other boneless chickens were like the size of Raising Canes tenders. SMH. I paid $17.00 for an 8pc boneless chicken and that's what I get?! A small tiny meatball looking thingy. I feel like they should have the same sizes to make me happy as well as other customers. I placed an order for pick I had it scheduled for 4pm. The next day I arrived at 3:44 no one was at the counter but then a gentleman came to help and confirmed that the they had not started on my order because I scheduled it for 4pm. I ordered a 75pc boneless pack. He said they would start it right away. The order was ready appx at 4:10. 10mins off schedule since he had to remind me my pick was at 4. This was my first time at this location and when we entered, all the tables were pushed against the wall and the chairs were stacked on top of the tables. As soon as she got off the phone, she called over the cashiers to take our order, which is weird cause they could've taken our orders while she was on the phone... The cashier we got was soft spoken, so it was hard to hear him with the music pumping through the speakers. We decided to dine-in and split a meal for 2 as well as got ab order of Cajun Corn Cob. People were coming in and out to pick up or place an order and it just seemed like the cooks were playing catch up with all the orders being placed. We did not have to wait too long for our food and just enjoyed being able to eat while playing Pokemon Go/people watching. When I went to get my drink, the soda fountain machine was overflowing with ice and soda in the tray. Everything tasted good to me, even though my husband said one of the flavors didn't taste right to him. The Cajun Corn Cob was definitely my new fave since I like how they were bite size pieces and the kernels came off pretty easy. Definitely fun to eat mindlessly. This is the only Wingstop location that is amazing, the one right next to Kohl's. They fry their wings until crispy perfection every single time. Stays crispy even with a 25 min drive back home and letting sit for another hour. Ever since trying this location, I can't have Wingstop anywhere else. I make the drive out here for this spot. Parking in rear, does get packed during lunch and dinner rushes due to where it's located. Kind of odd that there isn't a single trash can inside the restaurant. There is one in the restroom only. Don't mind it being a little messy, if you dine in you'll need to take your trash outside towards street entrance. They don't skimp on sauce when you order their Louisiana Voodoo Fries. Other locations skimp out on sauce and you're basically eating their regular seasoned fries with dip of sauce drizzled on top. read more

As soon as we entered the last restaurant the only lady in the cashier was on the phone and made us wait a while until she hanged up and ask the 2 guys in the kitchen to help us instead of her. When we received our food the wings were not crisp, cold and dripping in sauce. The Hawaiian flavor was really disgusting tasting like oil the other 2 flavors spicy Korean and Louisiana rub were up to standard. The forks and soda cups were forgotten so we had to ask for them. The location itself is pretty good, right next to plenty of other businesses, restaurants, shops, desserts and coffee places, and a short drive from the movie theatre. I don't mind Wing Stop and I generally enjoy it when I order it with friends, but I wouldn't necessarily choose it because I find their wings either too salty or too bland. The outer skin usually tastes too salty and the inside not flavorful enough. It's not bad for the price though and it's convenient. I actually really enjoyed their fries. The had a really unique flavor. Almost as if they had been cooked with sweet potato fries? I'm not sure what gives them that flavor though considering they don't offer sweet potatoes lol. There's plenty of parking and they're open late. The people who work here are cool and on numerous occasions have given me an extra wing or a couple extra, and I've even had someone here give me an extra ranch once. There was no actual line and people were going up randomly to the counter to get their pickup order, which were not ready.
