Not all wing stops are the same. This is one of the worst ones I've been too. Customer service is awful, I get it you have to hire young and inexperience because of the pay rate you offering, but all around from the management that don't care about anything to the kids that they hire which take after their lead. Wings are always cooked to a dry, hard crust, that doesn't have any flavor. Fries are the opposite, soggy undercooked. If this was my only experience from wing stop I would be like who would eat these horrible over price chicken wings. But I have to say the wing stop next to my job is the complete opposite. Staff are nice in Alhambra. All the wings were DRY. We ate some them because we were hungry and ended up tossing about 30% of them. The best part was the ranch. I can get ranch else where. I wish the customer service was better. I love their wings but I always have a bad experience when I go. I tell my self maybe this time it will be better but it never is. Last week I went and the guy taking my order was on the phone with who seemed to be his manager. He seemed to be arguing with him and after taking my order walked away and left the cash register open. I stayed in line because I still needed my cup. Another employee came and gave me my cup and closed the cash register! As I was leaving I saw the guy who took my order outside shouting into the phone saying things like I don't need this and basically arguing. Mind you this was outside the restaurant he works for. Her tone was as if she hated to be there (get it, working and pregnant is not fun). But I didn't do that to you so don't have attitude with me. She then had friends come in and they stand right in front of me where I'm Sitting and talking about some co worker didn't like her so she quit. I had an absolutely amazing experience at this Wingstop! From the moment I walked in, Danielle went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. She was incredibly sweet, attentive, and made me feel genuinely valued as a customer. I didn't have to wait long at all--she made sure my order was taken care of quickly while still delivering top-notch service. What stood out the most was how she informed me about a deal they had that helped me save money. I truly appreciated that because not many employees take the time to do that! It showed that she cares about the customers and wants them to have the best experience possible. It's rare to find employees as kind, professional, and helpful as Danielle, and because of her, I will definitely be coming back! She absolutely deserves a raise or bonus for the way she treats customers--Wingstop is lucky to have her! I had no issue with my food however I am absolutely appalled by the actions of the manager on my visit. Upon entering the store the manager was loudly scolding the kind man who took my order, Andrew. She made eye contact with me upon my arrival with my group and continued to scold him on his performance in front of my group for 2 minutes and boldly talked about upselling me essentially to my face before cutting him off to get in "can I take your order". I don't know how this location runs their business, but as a store manager for a different business myself, I'd always make sure to take those important conversations in the back and on the off chance I needed to reprimand a worker on the floor, I'd have the basic courtesy to stop the conversation as to not embarrass them in front of guests. Most importantly the young man who took my order was excellent and kind and certainly, from my experience, did NOT deserve such treatment. I hope to see better from your employe. read more

Wingstop have great wings and selection of sauces but that's about it for them. Customer services is hot or miss at times. They don't do well at trying to accommodate when problems arises. The last time I ordered food for pick up their 'systems' were down and order will not be ready for another 48 mins (according to their downed system). Employees just shrugged it off as it is what it is.. had to talked to the manager and jumped through a bunch of hoops just to get the order canceled.
