I ordered a Coke and idk what was inside that cup but it was not Coke (tasted like watered down flat Diet Pepsi). We asked for well done wings and got almost soggy wings. I ordered online almost an hour before my arrival it said it was only going to take 20 mins because this Wingstop has a tendency of taking a ridiculous amount of time. I ordered one large fry come about 45 mins after I placed my order I had to wait for another 20 mins for some fries like this is WHY I ordered on my way home to not wait. read more

Not all wing stops are the same. This is one of the worst ones I've been too. Customer service is awful, I get it you have to hire young and inexperience because of the pay rate you offering, but all around from the management that don't care about anything to the kids that they hire which take after their lead. Wings are always cooked to a dry, hard crust, that doesn't have any flavor. Fries are the opposite, soggy undercooked. If this was my only experience from wing stop I would be like who would eat these horrible over price chicken wings. But I have to say the wing stop next to my job is the complete opposite. Placed an order for pick up , when I got there we had to wait which was fine bc we were kind of early, but one of my wings literally has feather on it lol. Staff are nice in Alhambra. All the wings were DRY. We ate some them because we were hungry and ended up tossing about 30% of them. The best part was the ranch. I can get ranch else where. I wish the customer service was better. I love their wings but I always have a bad experience when I go. I tell my self maybe this time it will be better but it never is. Last week I went and the guy taking my order was on the phone with who seemed to be his manager. He seemed to be arguing with him and after taking my order walked away and left the cash register open. I stayed in line because I still needed my cup. Another employee came and gave me my cup and closed the cash register! As I was leaving I saw the guy who took my order outside shouting into the phone saying things like I don't need this and basically arguing. Mind you this was outside the restaurant he works for. Worker Maria is pregnant and unhappy. She walked out to from the side to the register with no greeting and was like "yea pick up or for here". Her tone was as if she hated to be there (get it, working and pregnant is not fun). But I didn't do that to you so don't have attitude with me. She then had friends come in and they stand right in front of me where I'm Sitting and talking about some co worker didn't like her so she quit.
