Food was really delicious. We ordered the chicken salad sub and the cheesesteak. Super good. What I didn't enjoy about this location in particular, is that they have a "curbside pick up" option. but there's no where to park for curbside pickup. Resulting in: a late pick up. I was supposed to receive my food at 4 and waited at least 15 minutes after pushing the "I'm Here" button. We ended up just going to get pick it up inside. I had a taste for a sandwich and I know jersey mikes was always a great location when I was vegetarian. Now that I'm vegan the options are not as great. I gave a four star (which is a great rating) because of the customer service of the 2 employees that helped me with my order. I wanted a mini sandwich but they only had rosemary Parmesan for the mini bread. I'm assuming the other employee may have been the manager or team lead and didn't want the regular loaf of bread cut into mini sandwiches. I had to change my order to a medium sandwich which was ok but I really just wanted a mini. As mentioned before the service from the other two employees were great. The location was overall clean. I've been here at this location a few times for pick up orders and I definitely understand sometimes it can get hectic but they do have a designated section where it says pick up orders and the fact you're standing there observing everyone else getting their orders prep and checking out while nobody is acknowledging you is quite disappointing a simple " we'll be right with you " would improve the experience significantly. The staff definitely needs to work on customer service skills and have someone in charge of handing out mobile orders to ensure orders efficiently. read more

This morning I stopped by to get my lunch for work. I was impressed because the store was so clean and when I walked in I was greeted by this beautiful worker. I had a great experience at this location and while I usually do not leave reviews I felt it was necessary at this time. If you're ever in need for a good sub, you can always go to Jersey Mike's this location recently opened and in Monterey Park. I am a very happy and satisfied customer. I truly recommend this location. I am allergic to pork, and as I ordered my sub, I shared my allergy to the staff that was helping me. The young lady that took my order went beyond the call of duty. She made sure that the person preparing my sub was aware of my allergies. Staff brought a clean blade to cut my meat, so that the deli meat was not contaminated with any pork now when someone takes the time to make sure that when you leave their location, you're happy, and you are trusting that they heard and understood your health condition. Sandwiches are good- it's hard to find a place that does tuna right. Not too much mayo, just good ol fashion tuna. The only suggestion I would make is that they somehow toast the bread that's gluten-free before they put the sandwich toppings on it. Gluten-free bread even is lightly toasted always taste better and holds better as a sandwich. They have stubborn soda, which is my favorite, all flavors.
