The customer service here sucks. I went yesterday and ordered 10 pc boneless wings without sauce & fries without the seasoning. I waited around for my food and she called my name and then was like "wait you ordered plain wings huh?" and I said yes. She rolled her eyes, cursed under her breath, and went to the back. Okay? Then she came back and gave me my food to me without saying anything. HELLO, what happened to my food and what did you do to it when you took it to the back!? Normal employees would explain that. Anyways, I got home & was so disappointed. First of all the fries had that disgusting seasoning on it that I specifically asked to NOT put on. Luckily my boyfriend doesn't mind it so he ate all of them. Second, I ordered 10pc wings and I only got like 7. I technically got 8 but two were sooooo tiny they couldn't be counted as a full one. I usually get cheese fries with atomic wings and a side of ranch. I don't think I've gone here not once and they don't included my condiments. I order wings and they don't include my ranch. I've been to a couple wing stops and this one by far is the worst. The food took way to long to come out which would of been fine except the people who work there are rude. The only reason its not getting 1 star is because the wings are actually tasty. The same can't be said about the fries. The fries were over salted and tasted like they were cooked in old oil. Hurrah! There's finally a Wingstop in the middle of San Gabriel Valley. It's nestled next to a Chipotle in the center of the plaza by the 10 freeway and parking was abundant when I went on a Sunday evening. It was packed when I arrived and I was concerned how long I'd have to wait for my order. Fortunately, those concerns were alleviated. It only took around 10 minutes for the food to be ready and it was piping hot. We had the family order for 30 boneless wings, large order of seasoned fries, and three dips. The total came out to a little over $30, which is reasonable in my opinion. The Louisiana Rub is not spicy at all, and the Hawaiian sauce was way too pineapple-y for my taste. I don't like pineapple very much though, so make what you will of it. My favorite of the flavors my party ordered would be the Hickory Smoked BBQ. I would've liked it more if there was a spicy kick to it since Louisiana BBQ didn't bring it. The fries are actually pretty tasty and their seasoning is unique since there's a slight sweet aftertaste. Overall, the food is pretty mediocre but my little brothers liked it. I don't know what the fuss is about, why all the one star reviews but this place has always treated me well. The staff is very attentive when it comes to customer support. We ordered a 30 piece to-go a few weeks ago and they forgot to give me the 5 pieces of mango habeñero wings. The manager told me over the phone that he would reimburse me with 10 free wings, in the same flavor. I had 90 days to redeem that offer. I went tonight and the young lady helped me out. Even though she couldn't find anything in the book, she still gave it to me. I guess the person making it decided to toss in an extra wing in there haha. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable but there was one guy there who went beyond typical service to make sure we were happy. At first I was skeptical about ordering online, but thought I might as well live a little. It can't end up that horribly. WHICH THANKFULLY IT DIDNT. I took a little longer getting there because I took my time, and my predicted time span was 20 minute wait. I got there in 25. They had everything ready, and everyone was super polite. Probably one of my best experiences. One thing I did notice was some of my wings were on the softer side but it was probably my fault.. I took sort of long to get there, drive home, and start eating. This Wingstop has become MY LAST-STOP! If YELP offered a negative 5 Stars I would use it. I placed an Individual Order for 10 wings (Lemon Pepper/Garlic Parmesian) and Seasoned Fries. Nothing outrageous. I waited over 25 minutes outside in the cold with other patrons looking at each other, trying to figure out how they would call us through the closed double glass doors. I had to walk in 2 times just ask if my order was ready only to be told to wait outside. On the 3rd time after 25 minutes of waiting, it was ready. If I didn't have come in, I would have been waiting til I turned blue in the face. If I was the owner or manager of this location, I would be embarrassed. If a McD customer waited for more that 3 minutes, this would not be acceptable. My friend was craving wings, I was craving a burger and her kids wanted spam musubi. Luckily, this shopping center had all three. Wingstop, The Habit and Ono's Hawaiian. I went inside the Wingstop to pick up her order and the girl there was pleasant and nice. Food was ready. Easy peasy. (It usually takes about 20min for phone orders.) The 2nd time I came back, I placed an online order for 75 wings for pick-up on a Sunday. Another easy transaction. Someone called me back within 30min of my online order to confirm my order and date/time of pick up, which I wasn't expecting but appreciated. When Sunday came around, I received another call from a girl there to again confirm my order which was awesome. I arrived a little early maybe 11:50am (my pick-up time was 12noon) and had a pleasant chat with the girl at the counter; she was very nice and told me my order will be ready soon. 12noon, on the dot, she called my name to get my order. Wings were great, they were for a birthday potluck. Lemon pepper and Louisiana Rub. Their ranch dipping sauce is fantastic, by the way. I returned recently to try their boneless wings and again, phone-ordered it and picked it up within 20min. I tried the Mango Habanero and Garlic Parmesan this time and it was pretty good. My friend still prefers the Lemon pepper. The Mango Habanero was sweet and tangy, the spiciness didn't kick in until after I finished eating them. Girl at the counter was as friendly as can be, greeted me as soon as I entered and asked how my day was. I had asked her about the Mango Habanero and how spicy it was, she was kind enough to offer a sample. WAIT TIME: I have yet to see a time this place isn't packed. It has people coming in and out all the time and there's usually at least 2 people waiting to order. SERVICE: Even though the people here are obviously overworked because this place is always so freaken busy they are always really really nice. Never had a problem with any of the workers. I've read some pretty upsetting reviews about this Wingstop location and I was a bit skeptical at first but my cravings got the best of me. To get the complaints of horrible customer service and long wait times out of the way first; The lady who helped me out was very nice, cracked a joke, repeated my order and processed it pretty quickly. No complaints. Wait for 25 boneless wings was a little under 20 minutes... Would have preferred shorter, but I wouldn't consider it as bad as people are describing it to be. Would recommend going on Mondays and Tuesdays, when they have 60 cent boneless wings. The size of each wing might vary a bit, but luckily for me, some super small pieces were complimented by another small piece. Quality of the meat is pretty good too; biting the nugget in half reveals strands of lean, white chicken meat, not some mushy mystery product. My favorite flavor is the mango habanero! Those who can take spicy should definitely give it a try. For those who don't like their wings saucy, I'd recommend the Louisiana Rub and Lemon Pepper. read more

Went here with my girlfriend, we were expecting something like the excellent Buffalo Wild Wings. What we got was a very subpar hole in the wall greasefest. The prices for the quality of the food is high IMO, and I am not very picky on prices at all. We got the full restaurant simulation experience from having to wipe down and clean our own table. It had the previous customers trash on it still and no employees were cleaning. Took like 30 minutes to get our food. Always fun. A group that came after us got their food before we did. Had to go up to the front and keep asking for our food. The cashier was sweet at least. I made sure to crop-dust the entire counter while I was there. Let em know who's boss. So up to this point we were already fairly disgruntled. But the best part was when we got the food. We ordered the chicken strips with 2 unforgettable flavors. They were so hard-fried that it was like biting into gravel. The oil was abundant in our particular strips, we had enough saved on our fingers afterwords to grease the engine on my Honda. Needless to say we were both suffering from stomach aches mid-dinner. The fries were even worse. A limp, soggy, greasy basket of what I can only assume were deep-fried and skinned anteater dicks. I had to quit after like 4 strips, it was my girlfriend's turn to pay so she forced herself to finish a bit more and take the rest home. I had to resuscitate her 4 times due to heart failure. We made our way out of the place holding our stomachs and preparing our bowels for the inevitable torment they were soon to receive. Mango habanero: I was hoping that this would closely resemble Alondra's thai chili flavor and after having one wing, I thought it did! I was such a happy camper but after having a few more wings, it looked like I was cutting onions for hours. I can handle spiciness but while some wings were tangy and full of flavor, it seemed as if other wings were drenched in pepper. Disappointing that there wasn't consistency within the flavor and seasoning. Lemon pepper: My friend found the flavor rather salty and too dry. I didn't try it and I probably won't after hearing my friend be unsatisfied with his order. Bbq: Probably the only flavor I enjoy from Wingstop. The wings are soaked in bbq sauce and it's soooo flavorful! It's not overwhelming but just enough to enjoy. The workers here are nice but on one occasion, it seemed as if the cashier was having a bad day and served me with such annoyance. I knew what I wanted to order but the look on her face was full of annoyance and displeasing. There's a really cool soda dispenser here too and the counter is full of condiments stuff. Parking is shared with Chipotle and the Habit so depending on the day & time you come, parking can be a breeze or pain in the butt. Only complaints here are that the tables aren't as clean inside and the trash cans outside always seem to be full if you're sitting outdoors. Most of the time there is not a problem. I just hate the wait. That's why I order online for pickup. My food is normally ready when I get there. One time, 30 additional minute wait at the restaurant. That's in addition to the 18 minutes quoted when I placed my online order. So 48 minutes total to make my 30 pieces of chicken wings. I understand was a Friday night.
