This review is only for my experience with Wing Stop via Postmates. There was a pretty good special where you get 10 pieces for free if you spend $20. I ordered 10 classic wings with original hot and bbq and then another 10 (free) with hot honey and bbq. The wings were pretty good! The sizes varied. Some were large and others were pretty small. I didn't really like the inconsistency with the sizing. Flavor wise, it really hit the spot. Each wing was well seasoned. I was kind of surprised that the hot honey was more of a dry rub than wet. I've been to this location beforehand and it's always kept nice and clean. Service is always friendly. Wingstop can be pretty pricey so I'm glad I found the special on Postmates. read more

This is a popular location! Prices are decent, but staff are struggling to fulfill in person and online orders at the same time. While our food was ready only a few minutes late, there was a ton of bags piled in the food prep area for other customers as well. The chicken itself was very oily and the flavors were cheap. The New Mexican corn flavor was my favorite, but it mostly tasted like the Parmesan cheese that's sold unrefrigerated. If you're looking for decently priced chicken that can be shared with a group, this is a good option. Otherwise, maybe go somewhere else. read more

This was by far, one of the worst Wing Stop locations that I've ever been to. Where shall I even start? * Cashier 1 - Lacked any customer service. Ignored me while I stood in front of the register. A "give me a moment while I stand here and day dream would've been nice". * Cashier 2 - We asked for a dipping sauce (Ranch). We were told it would cost extra - not a problem. Until we witnessed another customer walked up the same cashier to ask for dipping sauce and she was asked "How many?". *Wait time over 30+ minutes for FAST FOOD such as Wing Stop is ridiculous! How long does it take to re-fry some frozen wings and soggy fries? The whole time I was waiting, I was pestered by a homeless transient while sitting outside. He stood front in front of me just staring at me, which made me felt EXTREMELY awkward and uncomfortable. * Kitchen was extremely filthy. There were puddles of water all over the floor. It was very gross. The worse part was when the cook dropped a chicken wing and he just picked it back up with his hands. Not sure if he ended up throwing that piece away BUT he sure didn't wash his hands before proceeding with preparing his orders. * The restaurant establishment is very small. There are tables right outside the restroom - not a huge problem, except there were water running out of the restroom towards the dining area. Not sure how sanitary this may be. * The whole time I was eating, one of the cashier was right in front of our table mopping, spraying cleaning products, fluffing out the dust from the rug by the drink fountain. It was 8pm, they close at Midnight, so it wasn't as if they were rushing to close. It was another awkward moment. * Now, the final straw that finally got me to pack up and leave. The same homeless transient (see above), came INSIDE the restaurant and sat at the table facing me. He then kept walking back and forth between the cashier and my table asking for extra food. When he finally approached my table, I had already lost all my appetite for the week. I don't mind as much that he was homeless, but his clothes were stained with urine and his odor was far from pleasant. I feel like the staff could've politely asked him to leave since he kept asking me if I had food. Management really needs to look into this. We ordered two of the 3-piece crispy tender combos, which come with fries, veggie sticks, and soft drinks. We tried the lemon pepper and honey mustard flavors. The lemon pepper tenders were nice and crispy but overwhelmingly salty. The honey mustard had good flavor, though it was a bit too saucy. Fries were well-seasoned but unfortunately soggy. The veggie sticks were fresh and a nice touch, but the portion was small. For drinks, we went with the sweet tea--but it was so sweet it was hard to enjoy on its own. Wingstop is my guilty pleasure, cheat meal, and three times a year type of meal. It's extremely unhealthy, salty, and pretty pricey for what it is but oh so delicious and crispy. Fries - I usually order the Cajun fries but this place in particular REALLY threw a whole bottle of salt on there. I think what they do is add salt then add another layer of Cajun seasoning. Kinda wild that I can feel my arteries clogging as I was eating it. However, I can blame them since I chose fries over veggie sticks. Bone in chicken - forever my favorite. Never in my life will I order boneless unless it's free. I got the original hot and honey rub this time around but my usual go to is at least one flavor of lemon pepper. Also would advise you to get one dry rub and one wet just to mix it up when you are eating. Both flavors were very good! Original hot would be good with rice too so that's what I did at home. Drinks - wide selection in store with that cool machine. Dips - honey mustard! So freakin good. Also ranch at Wingstop is particularly delicious as well. Overall it's $40 for 15 wings, 2 20oz drinks, 2 dips, and an order of fries. I think it's a bit pricey for what it is and the perfect price in a perfect world for this should be $30. Service was good. Vibes were exactly what you would expect in fast food restaurant. It's a bit small in this location especially at night when it's a bit more crowded so I like to just take it home and eat. read more

Had one of the worst experiences I've encountered in the recent rememberable time at this particular Wingstop location. The only redeemable thing and hence why I gave 2 stars instead of 1, was that the food we ordered was decently good. So, this particular location closes at 1:00AM, and they do not close off the dining room portion of the restaurant (of course keep in mind that the place is super tiny, there's only around 3 or so tables). After getting there around 12:00AM and seeing that we could just eat there, we figured it would be a good idea so that the food would be hot and fresh. After we ordered, we proceeded to sit down, everything was OK so far. Then, realizing that we should wash our hands as we were about to eat wings, we headed to the restroom, but we saw that there was a sign saying that the restroom was closed. So, we asked the staff if we could use the restroom, and they informed us that the restrooms had already been cleaned, and hence they were no longer available to be used. W T H ? ? ? With an hour left, dining room open, and no available restroom to use? I'm not entirely certain of the laws and regulations, but I'm fairly certain that places which serve food/drinks and allow for dining in require a restroom, along with common sense and decency of health. So, while standing there and pretty much being dumbfounded by what I just heard, the person I was talking to had absolutely the worst customer service I've encountered. Yes, I realize that I'm at a fast food place, which I automatically lower my standards in terms of customer service, but at the same time I want to at least be treated like a proper human being. The lady that was answering me pretty much told me "too bad" after she said informed me about the non-availability of the restroom. I then asked to speak to the manager, to which she said there wasn't one onsite currently. So, then I asked for her number, and the lady said she couldn't provide me one, but that I could call back the next day. So, with the situation the way it was, we decided to just take the food to-go, and eat it at my friend's house instead (good thing we were close by). Beyond the terrible experience I described above, as others have already said numerous times in their own reviews, the place is tiny, somewhat dirty, and generally seems to have really bad customer service. While waiting for our food, I witnessed several people get fairly ignored by the staff there until they flagged someone down or waited some 5-10 minutes. If you intend to dine in at this location, I would highly suggest you don't. The only acceptable thing for this location would be to order take out, and eat it somewhere else far far away from this place. Also, use the Wingstop app to get deals, as the staff will not be friendly and helpful in that manner (something else we experienced for ourselves). read more

This review is for the kind human beings who work here. I walked in recently on a Wednesday night and I was the only customer there. I saw there were several to-go orders ready on the counter. Being a first time customer, the employee kindly explained the menu when I got confused. I ordered a medium wing combo, which means it comes with 4 wings each of 2 flavors (total 8 wings). Service was quick and friendly. I was out the door in probably less than 10 or 15mins. When I got home and opened my order, I thought they made a mistake because I received 5 wings of each flavor. But then I realized it must be intentional because of the pyramid style it was stacked (i.e. nicely) and that it was one extra wing per flavor. I literally cried. This small gesture of kindness really buoyed me that night because I had been having a really hard week at work, and that day was especially tough and depressing. I was so exhausted already and it was only halfway through the week. We never know when a small gesture like a smile or like 2 extra chicken wings(!) would make a whole word of difference to someone having a hard time. What's up: After hanging out at the breweries, we were feeling hungry and wanted to grab something to eat. Wings sounded good at the time so we headed over here. Parking: Wing Stop is located in the Rosemead Place Shopping Center. Depending on when you go, parking can fill up fast since there's so many shops and businesses nearby. When we went in the evening, there was a good amount of parking available. Environment: Walking in, you'll see the menu and order counter to the left and a handful of tables on the right. There are two gender neutral restrooms located in the back of the eating area. The condiments and refreshments are in the eating area towards the left. Outside seating is also available, but if you have alcohol, you need to stay inside. I was not too fond of the eating area since it was so dirty. The tables were not very clean and several of them still had trash. Even the drinks station was full of trash; I'm glad I wasn't in the mood for tea since people were placing trash there. What was ordered: We had the Bone-In Meal for 2 in lemon pepper (with lemon pepper fries), veggie sticks, and the Cajun Fried Corn. The wings were great as usual, but the fries were way too salty. We didn't think Fried Corn wasn't anything special, so it was just ok. Yay/Nay/Meh: Meh. Overall, the wings weren't bad since they were evenly flavored and were nice and crispy. I went to pick up my order and while I was waiting one of the workers boyfriend came in with a dog and a worker who was behind the counter took the dog with them behind the counter, pet it, hugged it close to their chest, and even set it on the counter. (almost all the workers held this dog) The girl who went out to meet with the man wasnt even one of the girls who was holding the dog giving the impression that this dog comes so often all the staff knows it. I was very glad my food was made before the dog arrived because sure you can wash your hands but that dog was all over their shirts and counters.
