I went to pick up my order and while I was waiting one of the workers boyfriend came in with a dog and a worker who was behind the counter took the dog with them behind the counter, pet it, hugged it close to their chest, and even set it on the counter. (almost all the workers held this dog) The girl who went out to meet with the man wasnt even one of the girls who was holding the dog giving the impression that this dog comes so often all the staff knows it. I was very glad my food was made before the dog arrived because sure you can wash your hands but that dog was all over their shirts and counters. Wingstop is located in the Rosemead Place Shopping Center on the same side as Chipotle and the car wash. I placed my order online during dinner time and arrived to an unorganized operation. I couldn't tell if people were in line to order, if they were waiting for fountain drinks to be filled, or if there was a line for pick up. Those who've been to Wingstop know how long it takes for people to order at the store so it does not make sense to have one line to order and pick up. Anyway, it was pretty much every man for themselves. Me and another guy eventually made our way inside towards the usual pick up counter. The employee handling drinks looked at me and yelled if you're waiting for orders, wait outside then immediately turns to the guy next to me and asks him for his name on the order. Why did she yell at me and not give me a chance to speak then proceed to help the guy next to me instead? I patiently waited there for so long and couldn't get anyone to help me. Ended up forgetting my ID at home when picking up an order and was told to either provide a picture of it (didn't have that) or go back and get it. Took the 20 minutes to go back home to get it and come back to get my order. After showing it they said they'll now work on making the order that was supposed to have been completed by this point. So if this happens to you, just order in person to not waste your time or gas to go get a piece of plastic to show to them. One of the nice things about Wingstop is that they open late. We wanted to grab some food and drinks and we found out Wingstop was still open. Located at the Rosemead Place Shopping Center, right off the 10 FWY, you'll find Wingstop near Habit and Chipotle. Parking is plentiful, especially at night. We ordered the bone in wings in the following flavors: lemon pepper, spicy lemon pepper, mango habanero, and atomic. We paired it with fries and the veggie sticks, as well as a couple of beers (Fat Tire). Seating was limited inside. They also have outdoor seating, but we were restricted since beers cannot leave the restaurant. Eventually, a table opened up just as our food was ready. Overall, it was convienent place to grab food and beer when it's late. The place wasn't too clean as we had to clean the table ourselves. Inside seating is limited and a bit crowded. There is a young female worker from this specific location who has been harassing my son. She looks about slightly older than 18 and my son is 14. She makes him visibly uncomfortable and it makes me uncomfortable too, seeing my son being harassed. There was so much spicy cajun powder on it that you you can't taste anything but powder. Went to Wingstop with coworkers, and got the chance to try Wingstop for the first time. The dining experience at Wingstop was not at all memorable, maybe even a little disappointing, and will probably not be coming back. The restaurant opens at 10:30 am on weekdays, and we came in at about 10:40. The restaurant was empty so we anticipated pretty fast service since there were no orders ahead of us. We were disappointed to be told after we made each of our individual orders that our food will be ready in 15 minutes. Actual wait time was closer to 20 minutes, and most of our lunch break was gone before we even started eating. Ordered the 8 piece classic wings meal with a fountain drink and cut up veggies (carrots and celery) in lieu of french fries. Price was about $11.00. With the 8 piece, I was able to choose two flavors, and I chose the Lemon Pepper and Spicy Korean. Got the chance to also try the Louisiana Rub and the Garlic Parmesan from coworkers' orders. The wings were just wings, nothing memorable or spectacular. One coworker ordered french fries, and the french fries were very disappointing; the fries were not at all crispy but soggy and soft. We barely finished about a tenth of the fries that came with the order. For $11.00, it seemed just a tad overpriced for the food quality. Service was just okay. The staff was not unwelcoming by any means, but they did not give a friendly vibe at all. The men's restroom did not seem clean at all, which was disappointing since the store just opened. Also there was graffiti under the sink and some of the lights needed servicing so the room was a little dim. I was also told there were no paper towels available in the women's bathroom. The quality is outstanding as well as the customer service. I orders hot honey rub, mango habanero, and garlic parmesan boneless wings which came out to a total of 18 dollars. I recieved 20 boneless and a large fry which was just the right texture. The ambiance was excellent as the food seevice was also fast.
