I had a really good experience with Walter at this location. He was so friendly and helpful when I was debating on my order. My food came out right away and piping hot. There was an awesome coupon in the app and I was able to use it and he recommended upgrading to a meal. I'll come back to this location for sure!

COVID-19: Social distancing is not enforced at this establishment. Some of the staff wears a mask. All customers are not expected to wear a mask. It's optional now. Some of the staff also wears gloves. There are some hand sanitizers available for customers to use. This place is available for take outs and has some indoor seating available with no limited capacity. They are not sanitizing in between customers. COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. While I was grabbing my food from this establishment several days ago, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They currently don't have happy hour. They also do not allow pets in their establishment UNLESS it's a service animal. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is okay. It isn't too big nor is it too small. I never have any problems with finding a parking spot. The spots there are decent. They aren't too tight. Food: I ordered a chicken plate. Yoshinoya is famous for their Original Beef Bowl but a fair amount of people also order the Chicken plate which is a fairly typical rendition of your common Chicken Teriyaki plate: grilled chicken thigh (skin-on unless you specify otherwise), broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower, and teriyaki sauce over a bed of steamed short grain rice. I love their teriyaki sauce on the chicken. This chicken bowl is super tasty, flavorful, and juicy. The chicken skin was also very crunchy. The steamed and soft veggies are bland, but I usually add soy sauce to it to give some flavors. Staff: The staff here are very friendly, fast, and welcoming. They accept both cash and credit cards. There is no credit card minimum.

Recently, I noticed the lines disappeared so we came for an early dinner. The interior is pretty cool. It's kit just tables and chairs but the design element is unique. Some seating are inside a honeycomb shaped booth, some are just in the middle of the dining area. We were seated at a table that resembles a birdcage. There's a lot of wood and warm colors, which makes the ambiance stand out over other ramen places. We ordered a ramen, omurice with katsu, some skewers and popcorn chicken. The spicy ramen was delicious, but there was no soft boiled egg as shown on the menu photo. All I saw was a broken egg white at the bottom of the bowl. 4/5. The omurice was nicely done. The egg was perfectly soft and silky with a nice curry sauce in the side. The katsu that came with it was crispy, hot and tasty. 4.5/5. The popcorn chicken was great. Perfect seasoning and crispy. 5/5. The skewers however, were the low point of our dinner. They did not appear they were cooked fresh. The meats were dry and tough. The scallops were OK but tiny. Chicken was average. The whole order did not satisfy. We also got an Amazing Lemonade and Thai iced tea. The lemonade was a very refreshing drink, and the Thai tea is just like all other places. Our server, unfortunately forgot his name, was excellent. Very personable and great at describing flavors. The friendliness extends to the rest of the staff too. It's a nice place to check out. Note their parking lot is fairly small, and shared with Paris Baguette next door. It's a 4.5, rounded up.

The restaurant tends to stay pretty busy, so a little patience goes a long way. Luckily, there are TVs to keep you entertained while you wait. The ambiance has a modern Chinese aesthetic with tasteful décor that gives the space a cozy, welcoming vibe. There's also plenty of parking, and it's conveniently located near other shops if you feel like strolling around after your meal. The dinner sets are reasonably priced for the average appetite. Not sure about street parking. There's not a lot of lightning at night except for the business signages that do give off lighting. Upon entry, I was greeted and seated right away. Came here during late lunch so they weren't super busy. Not a big restaurant with a capacity of about 40 people. One all gender restroom available for customer use only. Lunch special menu was available. Other menu had main items, appetizers, and drinks. Prices were fairly reasonable. They are known for their famous pork katsu. I am not a big katsu fan so I didn't get it. Mochi Udon looked interesting so I got it with the Chicken Karaage (free offer from food passport... stamp #10) plus water. While I was waiting for my order, I was fascinated by all the different designed ducks displayed on the window sills and front counter. I am curious about their duck story. Inquirer wants to know. Mochi Udon bowl came out piping hot and steamy. A small plate of cabbage came with it. The bowl's nice presentation made it pleasantly appetizing. Broth was savory and slightly sweet in a good soothing way. Udon noodles tasted homemade... very bouncy and slippery. YUM! Two mochis were soft and chewy. Fish cakes were fresh and delicious. One chicken piece was moist and tender. Wished there was one or two more chicken pieces though... one was just a teaser! Chicken Karaage was the best looking and tasting plate I have ever had. I was impressed with its presentation and the mochi-like batter taste. Chicken was very moist. I enjoyed it very much. SO GOOD! Highly recommend. Thanks Ducks! Staff was friendly and nice. It was pretty empty when we arrived, but about 30 minutes later, right as we were leaving, it started getting busy with the lunch crowd. Every hand roll was well prepared and tasted fresh. The waitress who greeted us and helped seat us was very kind. She was wearing black glasses and kept checking on us to make sure everything was okay. She was attentive and very professional.
