I grabbed a fry, I never tried it before. I mentioned it should have been coastlaw instead of the wedges. I told her I had already touched the wedges, she then asked for a dollar. I said I didn't have one, and it'd be ridiculous to pay for the wedges if I didn't order them . She tossed them in front of my eyes. She said sorry I gotta toss them. I'll recommend staying away from KFC. But if you really have no choice, just go for the burgers ONLY. Fried chicken didn't come with even sizes which is understandable but it's a little too much difference? Too small? The popcorn nuggets pieces, don't expect it to look anywhere close to their pictures. Since they have best deals online, & being only 8mins from home. 1st time we gave them about 30mins before picking up the order, & it still wasn't ready! They had 1 customer in the place so it wasn't busy. 2nd time around my bf went to pick up the order by himself, & he is the type to never check orders/purchases so as he came home a whole box of chicken tenders was missing! & of course he wasn't going back to get it. Went to order food to dine out & ended up with a piece of metal wire stuck on my chicken piece. Completely lost appetite couldn't enjoy my food completely. Went back to talk to the manager about it & was given a hard time nobody should have to go thru this type of service nor have to deal with finding metal pieces stuck on their food. Food: most of the time, 90% of the time the chicken is fresh and very tasty. KFC franchises are not all the same. This store far exceeds the other stores in food quality and freshness. Service: always service with a smile. Been coming to this location for 7 years now, different employees over the years and they all seem to have high moral, give speedy service always. This KFC has ALWAYs been so QUICK with it! I've been coming here for the last 8 years during my lunch break and I'm always out of here within just a few minutes. 2023 has been a huge difference. One time I had to ask for a refund because I spent 26 minutes waiting for 2 chicken littles. I've come back twice since then and each time I've waited over 10 minutes for my order. I called them just now at 9 pm on June 8th the guy picked up the phone and I told him our gravy was missing and he put me on hold and never came back. Now the phone rings busy. Not happy. The good: staff was very nice. Much, much better the the other KFC I reviewed. Place was organized. And even know they where busy the staff had a sense of urgency and the wait time was short. The food was hot. The sitting area and drink area where very clean. We where there at 3:30 and another staff member was coming to work. So plenty of staff. Cashier was very friendly. Greeted us as we walked in. After us they got busy so she was not greeting people. But, she was keeping up with the customer flow. The only problem I had was they charge .50 to change from mashed potatoes to a half the size mac and cheese. Overall: if you like KFC and to get helped fast go to this KFC. I would recommend them.
