Background On Visitation: Got a little hungry while waiting for my car to be serviced at Longo Toyota over the weekend. So decided to go here Subway App: Thought this location would disable promotions, but I was totally wrong. I was able to get the 6" sub, chips, and drink deal for $7.99 through the app. Credit Cards: They're accepted Restrooms: They don't have a restroom, but you can use Longo Toyota's restrooms. Location/Parking: Located inside Longo Toyota. Parking can be found in the guest parking lot. It is safe to safe that most people that patronize the shop are waiting for their cars to be serviced. Ambiance/Decor: Not much ambiance or decor. Just grab your food and sit in the service waiting area and eat/drink until your food/liquids are all gone. Service: Service was great. Staffers were friendly and reassured that refills at the soda machine was free. Couple soda options weren't working when I was using it, but was fixed relatively quickly after telling the staffers that it wasn't working. My order came out at a decent time and I was content on the finish product. Sub Of Choice: 1) BMT Sub: Fairly consistent with all the other locations that I had the sub at. On Friday Oct. 12, after being denied ordering by phone by another Subway located in Foothill Blvd in San Dimas, I called this location hurriedly. I had to place an order for several sub sandwiches on short notice for a lunch meeting with my business clients. The lady I spoke to understood the situation and said she is definitely willing to help me even with at least half of my orders given the limited to make all the food I needed. She made it happen for me and made sure my orders were already when I got to their store located inside the Longo Toyota. She even helped me carry the bags of food to my car and happily expressed her gratitude for the business. Great customer service by this lady who by the way is one of the managers here. If I remember correctly, her name is Debbie. This location is small but clean, organized, friendly staff and worked efficiently. I will surely make them one of my go-to Subway locations whenever I have group orders of Subway foods for my clients. Great job. Thank you! read more

I came to Longo to service my Scion FR-S and totally forgot to get food before I came to get service. Luckily they had this subway in there . The customers service was great and the store looked really clean and organized. The workers in charged were Maria and Debbie. We all know it's hot BUT wiping your sweat off your face before handing me my food then putting gloves on to continue making sandwiches is just plain GROSS. Get it together. Wash your hands! Sanitize them at the very least! Idk who oversees these ladies since it's attached to Longo Toyota dealership BUT it looks bad for all parties. I can bet it wasn't the first time. Get on it. Located inside the Longo Toyota dealership, this Subway is the perfect place to stop by if you need to wait for your car and are craving some munchies. The store is small but clean and the employees are quite friendly. There is obviously no place to sit inside, but the waiting area for Longo Toyota is pretty large so you can definitely find a seat somewhere. And Starbucks is right there if you want to get that instead of a drink from Starbucks.
