When I picked up my order, I noticed I was never charged for the extra ranch like i had asked over the phone so i had to wait in line once again to be charged for a ranch. My tenders were made with sauce on them instead of having it on the side, which wasn't what I ordered. also if i'm paying 1.69 for a side of parmesan seasoning, I expect it to be at least halfway filled, you guys charge $1.84 for ranch and it is filled all the way, so it should be the same for parmesan seasoning I could tell the girl taking phone orders was new, and I honestly felt bad for her. It seemed like she didn't have the support or training she needed, especially during the rush. It looked like she was left to handle everything on her own instead of being properly assisted. I stumbled upon Wingstop and decided to make a pit stop on a Saturday evening around 9 p.m. I parked in their complimentary lot that they share with Five Guys, a poke spot, and one or two other businesses. Service (3/5): They cashier was a bit slow taking orders, but was friendly. They also try to upsell you, which is a turn off for me. But, since you're ordering at the counter, and they call your name when your order is ready, service isn't a big part of the experience. Ambiance (3/5): We've all been to Wingstop at one time or another, so you know what to expect from this fast casual restaurant. What I like about this location is that in addition to seating inside, they have a small patio out front with four tables. Which is where I sat because the weather was beautiful. It was also a bit stuffy inside, not sure if their A/C was working at full capacity. Drinks (N/A): No beverages for me on this visit. Food (3.5/5): I have a standard order at Wingstop: classic lemon pepper wings and fries. Let's start with the fries. You can get a regular or large. The regular is more than enough, it's a generous portion. What I like about Wingstop's fries is the seasoning. There has to be some sugar that's part of the seasoning because it makes you want to lick your fingers. On this visit, you could tell the fries had been sitting under a heat lamp for a while. Which takes things down a notch. Now, for the star of the show, the wings. Unlike the fries, the wings were freshly fried and served piping hot. To the point where you have to let your food cool down a little bit or you're at risk of burning your tongue. While Wingstop is a chain, their wings are pretty solid. Especially their lemon pepper flavor, which exceeds most other spots I've tried. On this visit, the wings were a little overcooked. Still, all in all, a solid meal. I don't know why Wingstop has such bad reviews. While it's a chain, it's one of my favorite chains, so I'd put them in the upper echelon in this category. read more

So when I asked for a refund, the manager at the time quoted me that it could take up to 2 weeks to receive it. When I called again, almost 3 weeks had past and still never received it. New management is there now and stated they would start the process again - it should take 3 days. Well, I called at the 5 day mark (because I have a whole job that keeps me busy), and another manager that also claimed he was new, was rude to me and gave me the process of their return policy. When I checked him about it's been a MONTH, and I still haven't received it, he told me to come in - told him I can't guarantee it due to work. We're going on a month and a half and I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED MY REFUND. whoever was on shift 10/03/25 at 1:00/1:30 AM , that was literally the best wingstop we've ever had, and we eat a LOT of wing stop. i've never in my life had fresh fries, but these were so crispy and soft on the inside, the wings had a perfect crisp with every bite but still SO juicy, perfect seasoning, not drenched in oil, even the DRINK? it wasn't flat, it had perfect syrup to carbonation ratio. they had a rude customer and handled it so well before this too. everyone was so sweet, and def care about how they do their job. read more

I have given wing stop several tries and have found that the quality can be a hit or miss. Orders form the Phoenix location while at work. Got the new sweet bbq blaze and the garlic Parnassian. While the wings were crispy, the sauces left much to be desired. The garlic Parmesan was lacking in any real flavor. The sweet bbq blaze was good but could have used more of punch to kick that flavoring up a little bit. Fries were good with no complaints. Just a heads up the parking in this plaza is a nightmare so be ready to wait or have to park all the way in the back. You are not allowed to park in the alleyway. They sell fresh yeast rolls on the side that melt in your mouth. Order for yourself or the whole family different size meal deals based on what you want. You can choose more than one sauce. All food is cook to order. No heat lamps or microwave. Hot, fresh and tasty. This location is by far the friendliest location I have been to in the valley.
