I had higher hopes for my dinner experience here than I actually received. I am not a big fan of places that rely 100% on kiosk-only ordering methods. And, the was nearly 0% human interaction from the time an order is placed until it is delivered. The staff are in the kitchen, barely visible. The wings and fries were pretty standard fare. Not bad, not great. I had traditional bone-in wings and seasoned fries with a drink. I ordered extra crispy, but they didn't come out that way. My dining companion had the garlic-parm boneless wings and fries. Her wings were pretty greasy. She made the mistake of not ordering a drink and just wanted a cup for water. Keep in mind she spent about $15 for her food. We waited about 10 minutes until we were able to ask someone for a water cup, only to be told that they don't give out cups unless you buy a soda. Definitely not planning to return here. read more

After I was finished with a Yelp event, I walked across the street to ATL Wings. I had heard about this place on the radio often. Another Yelper joined me for the eats. A few issues here. You can only order from their one kiosk. No counter orders; no bueno for the non-techie person! If you peruse the board menu when you walk in, which I did, the print is really hard to see with the reflection. It is a huge menu too with flavors, dressings and types of chicken you can order. Staff were friendly when they were at the counter. Many times, the counter was unmanned and you could not get anyone's attention. The place was fairly clean. You bus your own trays and debris. The orders were wings and fries and chicken tenders with fries. The fries were advertised as their own homemade fries which got my attention. Service was fairly fast and you must pick up your order when called. The chicken tenders were dredged in Parmesan garlic bread crumbs. They were good but overly salty as were the fries. Another thing about the tenders is they were swimming in oil. I used several napkins 3-4 times to soak up the grease. Ugh. The fries were piled high, slightly spicy and really not my favorite. 3 stars might be generous for "All The Love" Wings. Free street and metered parking right outside. read more

This was my second time here, and unfortunately, I won't be back. The food was extremely greasy and salty, and the wings were dry, overcooked, and nearly burnt. The jerk wings were almost inedibly spicy. The fries and fried biscuits were okay, but also very greasy. Overall, the food was not enjoyable and far too salty and greasy for my taste. read more

Finally got around to trying ATL Wings for the first time. They have so many locations and so many fans, I came through expecting some mind-blowing chicken. It was just OK. What I like: The wings themselves have a great variety of spicy flavors, and I felt they were well-executed. Nice, crispy exterior without sacrificing moisture on the inside. Modest soft drink selection, but the kool-aid is a great touch. What I didn't like: It's in the arts district but puts zero effort into its interior. The fries are soggy. Don't even think about ordering the sandwich--absolutely rock hard and takes forever to make. I would return, but only for wings and only to-go. read more

I have to agree with the other reviews. I requested that my wings be cooked well done and as you can see from the picture it's definitely not well done. When you bite into the chicken it has a weird odor that made me not even want to finish it. The fries were cooked so long they became potatoe chips. I ordered a 10 piece combo which cost $24. I recommend going to Wingstop the quality is better. read more

Wife and I came down from flagstaff where the local atl there had closed. This was every bit as perfect as that one had been. The flavors are incredible, the service fast and attentive, and the wings perfectly cooked. Would recommend to any wing lover :) read more

This place has got on my last nerve. Went in and placed a Togo order of a dozen traditional wings and fries. After sitting for 10 minutes in the lobby in plain sight, the worker comes out and tells me he couldn't find me and he gave mg order away. He said it was his fault and he would hook it up for the inconvenience. This man gives me 12 dry salty boneless chicken nuggets. And this ain't the first time but it will be the last. Goodbye. read more

WORST ATL! Don't even bother. My friend and I came in for wings during our one hour work break. We each got a six-piece meal half buffalo, half mango habanero and cajun fries. The guy in the front with a hat and braids took our order. Keep in mind, it was just the two of us in the lobby. We waited 35 minutes and our food still wasn't ready. When we went up to ask for it to go, we realized the cook hadn't even started our order. At that point, I wanted a refund because our whole lunch break was wasted but my friend convinced me to just take the food. Waited another 10mins It took 20 minutes to drive back to work, and when we opened the box, the food was terrible old, dried no sauce, and soggy fries. I called to ask for a refund, and the guy said I had to bring the food back. Seriously? The service was bad already wasted my lunch, and now I'm supposed to drive back? By the time I'm off work, it's 6:00 PM. On top of that I explained over the phone we also got the wrong order got Half Dried buffalo and half BBQ with regular fries. $19 for nasty food and miserable customer service. I should've known better when I saw the weak wing and the cook with a missing tooth. Completely not worth it. Better yet I have a picture since the guy in the front said I need proof in order to get that refund here's your proof of the sloppy food read more

These wings are fire!! Was grabbing a pizza at another restaurant and I had to get some wings with it. So I stopped at ATL WINGS on Roosevelt. We were quickly greeted as soon as we entered. It was our first time so we asked some questions and received some suggestions from the worker. We ordered a 24 piece and fries. With the 24 piece you can get up to 4 different flavors. So we went with HOT, an equivalent to a classic Buffalo wing, Chef Special, Lemon Pepper, and SPICY ATL. If you can't handle spicy, stay away from SPICY ATL. Its super hot but so good! The place is casual. You order at the counter and then sit at a table and wait for your order. There are plenty of tables throughout to choose from. The wings were good, meaty, and juicy. The service was great! The fries were a little soggy for my liking. ATL Wing, we'll definitely see you again! read more

Foods alright but the owner is smoking weed outside and just to keep it in simple words had a rude attitude towards me I understand that it can get busy but that's part of having a business and being an owner absolutely disgusting read more

ATL wings was the first wing place I tried when I first moved to PHX a couple of years ago. I 100% recommend!! This specific location was super busy on Saturday night when I ordered but when i called to check to make sure my order went through, there was no hesitation to answer the phone. They were extremely helpful and wings were excellent as always. I recommend ordering online if ordering on the weekends. read more

The boneless wings were amazing. Very well seasoned and not greasy. I also loved the fries with the special ATL seasoning.

I love Atl wings but this was my first time at this location, me and my friend went during lunch time we both ordered 6 piece meal with a drink and fries and while waiting 20 min in we hadn't gotten our food we were the only people in there waiting we got up to ask the worker if it was going to take long , just to find out the food wasn't even dropped in the first place , he said it would take about 5 mins mind you we only have an hour lunch and were going to eat there , so therefore we asked for it to go since we only had like 20 min to get back to work and a 12 min drive back , once arriving to our job we opened the food the wings barley had any meat and the fries no flavor or salt (we got Cajun fries) my friend called for a refund and the worker said we have to bring the food in ? Mind you we're at work so we were hungry we had no choice but to eat since we had no more time to go get another meal , this location needs to do better and be on top of it, how did they not notice no food was cooking when we were the only people waiting and on top of that to get nasty food and no refund 18 and some cents plus a 2.00 tip it's not worth the price at this location read more

I want to love ATL Wings. I have gotten wings from them several times at the Roosevelt location, because it's very close to my job. The first few times, it was wonderful. But the last few months, it's been one small thing after another that goes wrong with my order. I usually place an order online for pick up & walk to pick them up. I typically get the same thing every time, the boneless wings on the fries. I always ask for ranch dressing & a side of cheese sauce. It's pretty simple & standard. But somehow, I'm always missing something. One time, they ran out of wings, which is kinda crazy but the did call me to ask what I would want instead, so that was nice & thoughtful. But more times than not lately, the fries taste like they are in old grease, the amount of chicken I get has reduced to barely anything & I almost always never get the dressing & cheese sauce I order & pay for. I have arrived a few times to pick my order up & no cup was given when I paid for a drink. I ask for a cup & then they make me show them my order when they're a record of it in their POS. So I've stopped ordering drinks & only get the food. It takes up a lot of time to try to correct their mistakes & sometimes I don't have enough time to do so. I only get 30 minutes for lunch so I try to be quick & efficient by ordering online & picking it up, but sometimes I get held up waiting for my order even past the time they recommend it would be ready by. I'm patient & understanding but it does get old & frustrating to not get the things you order or pay for & for the quality to kinda go down hill before your very eyes. I think the owner is wonderful, the sauces are phenomenal & I'm happy they are on Roosevelt row but this location needs some staff training & organization. I'm going to take a pause on visiting in hopes that some changes are made in the mean time. The little stuff adds up to a lot over time & I want them to succeed. I will try them again at some point, but at this moment in time, I am frustrated to the point of leaving this review. read more

Amazing sandwiches and fries I recently tried ATL Wings, and I have to say, it was a tasty experience! The variety of wing flavors they offer is impressive, and the wings themselves were cooked to perfection. The restaurant had a cozy atmosphere, and the service was friendly. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is that the wait time for our order was a bit longer than expected. Nonetheless, the delicious wings made it worth the wait. I'll definitely be back to try more flavors read more

More people need to leave reviews.. The wings are ok, the lack of organization is not. I'm about to start frying wings and saucing them myself. I might get them faster. I understand places are short staffed but I ordered online at 7 pm for a 7:40 pm pick up it's 8:45 pm, no wings. I've seen 10+ orders leave, they're currently arguing in front of me. The food here is delicious and it's a breath of fresh air to have positive representation in downtown Phoenix. I've visited this restaurant countless times, and recommended it to family and friends even considering myself a lifetime customer however it pains me to leave this review. Last night, my family and I ordered through Doordash at approximately 8:45pm MST (order confirmation) and told our order would arrive by 9:20pm MST. After an hour delay, multiple driver changes, and arrival times continuously being pushed back I called ATL wings to receive an update on our order and was told by the young lady answering the phones it was up next and would be ready soon. This was at approximately 9:25pm MST. Unfortunately our order was cancelled 5 minutes prior to restaurant close at 10:00pm MST. I called the restaurant again to see if the order was prepared and if we had the option pick it up considering the response I was given earlier by the young lady answering the phones. I was rudely informed this was not an option, and she was "pretty sure we're getting refunded anyways". I pressed back and was told if I could be there within the next 5 minutes then I could pay for the order which was not a possibility considering my distance from the restaurant and time allotted. So to sum it up we received no food even after waiting over an hour, being told it would be ready, and then treated rudely by staff via telephone when inquiring about order updates. In the future I would recommend better training staff on their response to customer complaints, accurately updating orders, and owning up to any errors on behalf of the restaurant. Had we known it wouldn't be ready in a timely fashion we could have cancelled the order and went elsewhere before other restaurants closed at 10pm. read more

Took 40 minutes longer than ETA. If it's going to be like that, then tell me to come later. Why are you estimating an order to be ready earlier and wasting my time? Edit: the manager contacted me and made it all right. Thanks for your consideration and sympathy read more

Absolutely not. Just ordered from this place on DoorDash. The order I received was put together by someone with an IQ OF 5. I paid for all flats, they gave me all drums. The ranch was rancid. The fries were missing, and on top of that it took an hour. Do not spend your money here. read more

We have been at St. Joseph's Medical Center for a month and a half now and so far this has been our favorite eatery in this area. Best wings I've ever had with a whole list of flavors to choose from, it was so difficult only picking a few. One of this locations owners also works here at the hospital and he's become a staff favorite of ours! Customer service at the restaurant has been top notch with a beautiful location. Not pictured, but we had also ordered their deep fried biscuits with honey and cinnamon and that really finished the meal on a good note (: We already can't wait to go back! read more

The worst place to eat. I just ordered a #6 which is sliders, with a drink and medium fry's. I also got a kids meal 2 pcs Tenders. Took them 45 minutes to make my food. As I'm eating my food it tastes burnt. The fries were charred and had no flavor. I even put a $2 tip. I told the cashier the food was burnt and all he did was apologize instead of trying to correct the order. I don't recommend this place. Never again will I eat here. read more
