It was our first time so we asked some questions and received some suggestions from the worker. We ordered a 24 piece and fries. With the 24 piece you can get up to 4 different flavors. So we went with HOT, an equivalent to a classic Buffalo wing, Chef Special, Lemon Pepper, and SPICY ATL. If you can't handle spicy, stay away from SPICY ATL. Its super hot but so good! The place is casual. You order at the counter and then sit at a table and wait for your order. There are plenty of tables throughout to choose from. The wings were good, meaty, and juicy. Finally got around to trying ATL Wings for the first time. They have so many locations and so many fans, I came through expecting some mind-blowing chicken. It was just OK. What I like: The wings themselves have a great variety of spicy flavors, and I felt they were well-executed. Nice, crispy exterior without sacrificing moisture on the inside. Modest soft drink selection, but the kool-aid is a great touch. What I didn't like: It's in the arts district but puts zero effort into its interior. The fries are soggy. When you bite into the chicken it has a weird odor that made me not even want to finish it. The fries were cooked so long they became potatoe chips. I ordered a 10 piece combo which cost $24. WORST ATL! Don't even bother. My friend and I came in for wings during our one hour work break. We each got a six-piece meal half buffalo, half mango habanero and cajun fries. The guy in the front with a hat and braids took our order. Keep in mind, it was just the two of us in the lobby. We waited 35 minutes and our food still wasn't ready. When we went up to ask for it to go, we realized the cook hadn't even started our order. At that point, I wanted a refund because our whole lunch break was wasted but my friend convinced me to just take the food. Waited another 10mins It took 20 minutes to drive back to work, and when we opened the box, the food was terrible old, dried no sauce, and soggy fries. I called to ask for a refund, and the guy said I had to bring the food back. Seriously? The service was bad already wasted my lunch, and now I'm supposed to drive back? By the time I'm off work, it's 6:00 PM. On top of that I explained over the phone we also got the wrong order got Half Dried buffalo and half BBQ with regular fries. $19 for nasty food and miserable customer service. I should've known better when I saw the weak wing and the cook with a missing tooth. Completely not worth it. ATL wings was the first wing place I tried when I first moved to PHX a couple of years ago. I 100% recommend!! This specific location was super busy on Saturday night when I ordered but when i called to check to make sure my order went through, there was no hesitation to answer the phone. I love Atl wings but this was my first time at this location, me and my friend went during lunch time we both ordered 6 piece meal with a drink and fries and while waiting 20 min in we hadn't gotten our food we were the only people in there waiting we got up to ask the worker if it was going to take long , just to find out the food wasn't even dropped in the first place , he said it would take about 5 mins mind you we only have an hour lunch and were going to eat there , so therefore we asked for it to go since we only had like 20 min to get back to work and a 12 min drive back , once arriving to our job we opened the food the wings barley had any meat and the fries no flavor or salt (we got Cajun fries) my friend called for a refund and the worker said we have to bring the food in ? I want to love ATL Wings. I have gotten wings from them several times at the Roosevelt location, because it's very close to my job. The first few times, it was wonderful. But the last few months, it's been one small thing after another that goes wrong with my order. I usually place an order online for pick up & walk to pick them up. I typically get the same thing every time, the boneless wings on the fries. I always ask for ranch dressing & a side of cheese sauce. It's pretty simple & standard. But somehow, I'm always missing something. One time, they ran out of wings, which is kinda crazy but the did call me to ask what I would want instead, so that was nice & thoughtful. But more times than not lately, the fries taste like they are in old grease, the amount of chicken I get has reduced to barely anything & I almost always never get the dressing & cheese sauce I order & pay for. I have arrived a few times to pick my order up & no cup was given when I paid for a drink. I ask for a cup & then they make me show them my order when they're a record of it in their POS. So I've stopped ordering drinks & only get the food. It takes up a lot of time to try to correct their mistakes & sometimes I don't have enough time to do so. I only get 30 minutes for lunch so I try to be quick & efficient by ordering online & picking it up, but sometimes I get held up waiting for my order even past the time they recommend it would be ready by. I'm patient & understanding but it does get old & frustrating to not get the things you order or pay for & for the quality to kinda go down hill before your very eyes. I think the owner is wonderful, the sauces are phenomenal & I'm happy they are on Roosevelt row but this location needs some staff training & organization. I'm going to take a pause on visiting in hopes that some changes are made in the mean time. The little stuff adds up to a lot over time & I want them to succeed. Amazing sandwiches and fries I recently tried ATL Wings, and I have to say, it was a tasty experience! The variety of wing flavors they offer is impressive, and the wings themselves were cooked to perfection. The restaurant had a cozy atmosphere, and the service was friendly. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is that the wait time for our order was a bit longer than expected. Nonetheless, the delicious wings made it worth the wait. The food here is delicious and it's a breath of fresh air to have positive representation in downtown Phoenix. I've visited this restaurant countless times, and recommended it to family and friends even considering myself a lifetime customer however it pains me to leave this review. Last night, my family and I ordered through Doordash at approximately 8:45pm MST (order confirmation) and told our order would arrive by 9:20pm MST. After an hour delay, multiple driver changes, and arrival times continuously being pushed back I called ATL wings to receive an update on our order and was told by the young lady answering the phones it was up next and would be ready soon. This was at approximately 9:25pm MST. Unfortunately our order was cancelled 5 minutes prior to restaurant close at 10:00pm MST. I called the restaurant again to see if the order was prepared and if we had the option pick it up considering the response I was given earlier by the young lady answering the phones. I was rudely informed this was not an option, and she was "pretty sure we're getting refunded anyways". I pressed back and was told if I could be there within the next 5 minutes then I could pay for the order which was not a possibility considering my distance from the restaurant and time allotted. So to sum it up we received no food even after waiting over an hour, being told it would be ready, and then treated rudely by staff via telephone when inquiring about order updates. In the future I would recommend better training staff on their response to customer complaints, accurately updating orders, and owning up to any errors on behalf of the restaurant. Had we known it wouldn't be ready in a timely fashion we could have cancelled the order and went elsewhere before other restaurants closed at 10pm. read more

We have been at St. Joseph's Medical Center for a month and a half now and so far this has been our favorite eatery in this area. Best wings I've ever had with a whole list of flavors to choose from, it was so difficult only picking a few.
