Last i checked this companny made several millions last year in profits. You specify the pickup location. You even PAY online, before you go to the store. I completed my order online from my phone on my way home. Then I drove 10 minutes to the store, checked in with the cashier, and now have been waiting over 20 minutes and I still have not received my order. There are many other customers here who have had to ask repeatedly for an update on their order, as they have been here waiting longer than I have. Went in today ordered the 15 piece meal for 2. I ordered boneless but when I got my order and they gave me class bone-in got there at one. My order didn't come out until 1:45pm, it's took them 45 minutes to get my order out and we were the only ones in there. Definitely not coming back again. This was my first time at a Wing Stop and probably my last. The boneless wings were either crazy salty or crazy sweet, with an unpleasant mushy texture and appearance. Wingstop used to be really good, with fair prices. But ever since 2017, they've gotten way too greedy and raised their prices. And also, you cannot get wings a la carte, you have to get a combo that costs around $12. Don't even bother going on their website, you won't be able to find the prices there. And once you get to Wingstop, and order your food, it will take around 12 minutes to prepare. It takes time.
