I love this place but this review is for the other day I went in with my dad . Some girl at the check out had a horrible attitude, didn't seem happy to be there at all . I got the 20 for 20 deal and it doesn't come with ranch or celery (which was fine) so I ordered a boat , I politely said to her "do you mind throwing in a few more pieces cause there is three of us" . A bit longer than I would've liked since it was a weekday afternoon and hardly anyone was in the store but it is what it is. My wings were good. I had the BBQ ones and the mild ones. They were really good. I would come back for the wings. They were cooked just right and were delicious. Low key, I wish I got the 8 pc instead of the 6 pc. My fries were gross. Like they were saturated with oil. They didn't appear that way at first glance but I think they covered the gross fries with the nice, crisp ones. So yeah, I wouldn't eat the fries again. Listen, it's a national franchise "restaurant". The food is (usually) what you expect which is why people will continue to go. Wingstop's ordering platform requires an update. Regardless of day, time, order, the site will always tell you 16-21 minutes for the order to be ready. It's never ready at this time. My last visit, the food didn't even drop in the fryer until I got there (28 minutes after the order was placed). Wingstop service at this location is pretty poor. I called back a minute later to change my order to just wings only, no fries or drink, was told it would take 18 minutes and my order would be adjusted at the restaurant. I was out for my evening walk and decided to get some quick food to munch on. I ended up at Wingstop near PCC. I was greeted by a friendly hello as I entered the store. All the covid-19 protocols posted on the door were being followed. I gave the girl my order and stepped outside to wait for it to be prepared. I ordered a selection of boneless chicken wings... Garlic parmesan and mango habanero. I also decided it was time to try their fresh cut fries again. When the food was ready, she motioned for me to come inside. And I was on my way home. All of the food was good and was perfect to munch on, while watching a movie on TV. Great flavor and texture with the chicken wings. The fresh cut fries were excellent! While the inside is closed for sit down, they do have a table or two out front. There is street parking, as well as a parking lot in the back of this shopping area. I will definitely be back again...
