I work super close so I finally decided to try. The price seemed OK for six wings and mozzarella sticks, except the wings were dry and they didn't give me my ranch that I paid for, or the marinara sauce. We've been here several times and the high quality of food and service is remarkable. As longtime fans of Hooters, we were excited to see some of our favorites on the Hoots menu, especially after many of their Socal restaurants closed down. This location shares the space with Blaze Pizza with plenty well-kept tables. It's not too crowded on weekdays for lunch and dinner, and dine-in orders take 8 minutes on average. Hospitality is top-notch, and the manager is happy to accommodate special requests. Having tried about half the menu, the food is on par with what you'd find at a Hooters restaurant, but at a much more affordable price. Wings and shrimp are deliciously sauced, fried pickles crispy and succulent, and the chicken sandwich juicy and moist. Service is wack. I came in on 3/19/25 around 7pm and the young lady was in the back section and not in front of the cash register. She didn't say anything. No welcome greeting or anything, though she saw me. Ok fine. Just come out and take my order then. But nope she didn't come out. I literally watched her look at me and just she just stayed back there doing whatever she was doing. It's like common sense is missing from this young generation. Like duh! You can't even say, "I'll be right with you?" So I just waited and waited. Now this establishment is inside of a blaze pizza restaurant. I started looking over at the blaze Pizza line which was very short and the employees have lady's pizza was taking care of those who walked up. They were greeting them out loud, saying hello welcome. Finally I got tired of standing there waiting for someone who was being so rude and acting as if she didn't care if they got business or not. So I just went and ordered from Blaze instead. I had such a good experience here recently, so I decided to come back! Just like last time the wings were ready when I arrived, the young lady behind the counter was friendly when she handed me the bag, and the wings were delicious (better than the wings at the full service restaurant). I hope the franchise owner opens another location in Burbank. First time trying this location as it just opened and I grew up on going to Hooter's for the wings. Honestly I was a little disappointed by the food. We ordered a 30 Party Pack Roasted Bone-In wings and the Chipotle Honey flavor and the 3 Mile Island Flavor were great but the Buffalo Hot was bland. I wish they added more sauce onto them. The curly fries were not even curly and the fried pickles needed to be a fried a little longer. Wings were still good as they contained a good amount of meat but I don't think I would pay $45 for this again. Service was a little slow even though they weren't busy but it was hard to hear the cashier as they share a space with the Blaze Pizza. They initially brought out all my food in trays and I had to clarify that I had said To Go. The manager tried to say I said Dine In but there was no table available. After seeing this they packed my food and I was on my way. Honestly it is so loud inside with the TVs going off, people ordering pizzas on one end and people ordering wings on the other. Hopefully they can get it together but it gives WingStop or Buffalo Express vibes. It's the same concept of ordering wings or sandwiches and taking them to go.
