The pickled cherry peppers give it this incredible, bright pop of heat that cuts right through the richness of the beef. You can clearly taste the quality of a high-end butcher shop in a casual, quick-service lunch.  The only reason I'm knocking off one star is the wait time and the seating is also pretty limited, so it's much better suited for a grab-and-go situation than a sit-down date night.
