Terrible service. I ordered chicken at lunch time for pick up 6:30 pm. When I arriveed there for pick up at 6:20, but they didn't prepare my food. I talked to server about my order, after 40 minutes later I received my food with just one word "thank you". It was very crazy. One worker for the entire restaurant is asinine. During my 30 min wait for my lunch. I watched as 3 different people came in and either left because no one came to the front to serve them or they heard how long the wait would be and decided to leave. Stop being greedy and hire additional employees. You're literally losing business because of it. And ofc having one worker having to do so many things is going to agitate them and prevent them from giving proper customer service. Mediocre chicken wings that are overpriced, lacked proper seasoning and not cooked well overall. The outside was not crispy at all. I ended up getting food poisoning for a day and a half after eating the food from here, which I am not sure if it's due to the sanitation reasons or if they cooked the wings in old, poor-quality, oil. 1. Golden Original Chicken Wings (3.5/5) Of all the wings we got, this was by far the best of the lot. Due to the lack of wet dressing, at least the outside of the wings maintained a bit of the crisp. It lacked savoriness though. 2. Galbi Chicken Wings (2/5) A Korean flavor that's supposed to be sweet, savory, and smoky with green onions and sesame seed garnish. It's more sweet than savory and it did not have the smoky flavor to it at all. The green onion and sesame seeds were just for garnishing and looks as they did not add any flavor 3. Gangnam Style Wings (4/5) Another Korean-inspired flavor that's supposed to be a mixture of black pepper sauce with garlic and onions. The sauce combination was actually quite tasty. I liked the slight kick from the black pepper. It is definitely not spicy. Wings though were soggy in texture 4. Gang-Jeong Wings (2/5) Supposed to be a soy sauce-based sauce with cinnamon and chili garnish. This sauce was overwhelmingly thick and rich, but without a defined flavor. Definitely no cinnamon flavor at all. Coated on top of the wings = soggy wings yet again 5. Rose Ddeok-Bokki (2/5) This is typically a creamy version of the traditional Ddeok-Bokki. Usually coconut is used to make it more creamy and give it a unique taste. Here, it was just some pink sauce without flavor. Poorly seasoned. The rice cakes were between chewy and hard :/ 6. Kimchi Fried Rice with Added Cheese (1/5) Probably the worst kimchi fried rice we've ever had. The cheese we added for $2 more (totally not worth it) made the top of the rice dry and hard. The rice like everything else lacked salt and savoriness. The kimchi base sauce lacked the kimchi spicy fermentation flavor. It was super bland. Honestly, for the price, this was a huge disappointment. I will not be back and cannot recommend this place. You're better off making wings yourself at home with an air fryer. read more

If you were to get various flavors of chicken, it would be a good idea to pair them with the regular rice instead of the kimchi rice, because then it gets overwhelming. One of my favorite YouTube chef (Brian Langerstrom) said, this was his favorite Korean fried chicken while visiting Korea, so I had to try it. Am not going lie, it's a tad pricey but your paying for quality and the chicken taste fresh! If you don't want to spend to much money, then their lunch combo meal (Mon-Fri/11AM to 3PM) is the way to go: 2 options to choose from. Worth mentioning, Korean fried chicken are on the smaller side (wings/ boneless/ whole chicken); so order accordingly. The fried chicken are made to order, so it takes some time. We had come with the intention to dine-in, however they did not have water cups available (only bottled water for purchase) and did not have any plates available either. There are 2 small tables and chairs, but that's it. Seems like they're more for waiting rather than actually eating in. Their chicken takes about 20 minutes to prepare so be aware of that when calling in to order or ordering take out. We ordered 2 small (8pc) with Honey Garlic and Spicy Original wings. The pieces are quite large and super crispy! The chicken was also very juicy. Honey garlic was definitely our favorite because of the intense garlic flavor! Amazing!
