Honestly one of the best dining experiences I've had in a very long time. I'm a Grubhub delivery driver and I've picked up orders from this restaurant many times before. Every single time I came in, the food smelled amazing, and tonight I finally decided to dine in myself with a friend. I'm so glad I did. From the moment we sat down, the service was incredible. Everyone was so kind, attentive, and welcoming. They kept checking on us constantly without being intrusive. Before we even had to ask for anything, they already noticed and brought it. Extra napkins, spoons, tea -- everything was handled with genuine care. They even brought us complimentary appetizers and traditional tea without charging us, and at the end they gave us delicious little desserts and candies with the check. Such a thoughtful touch. And the food? Absolutely outstanding. Seriously, every single dish was packed with flavor and cooked perfectly. Fresh, authentic, comforting, and honestly addictive. The prices were also very reasonable for the quality and portion sizes. You can truly feel that this is a family-run restaurant that cares about people and takes pride in what they do. The warmth, hospitality, and attention to detail made the whole experience special. It's extremely rare these days to go somewhere and genuinely not find a single thing to complain about -- but this place was flawless. Highly, highly recommended. This place is awesome, real homade thai and Chinese food. Everything's great from the prices to the food. I really don't know or actually understand some reviews on how they could be that bad, especially the lady named Kathryn L, she sounds so high maintenance...i almost can't believe this restaurant can take her abuse.. I've been coming here for 6 years and i had to be patient at times for my food because it's the same family that's been working here for the last 20 years and there's only four people working; the daughter, the two sons and the dad, this family tries their best with all the customers they have and come on give them a break, they're a little behind because they're understaffed...jeez some people. And not to be bashing but if can't have sugar then don't order anything with sugar in it, i mean i have high blood pressure so i don't order anything with salt..it should be that simple. ANYWAYS....back to the restaurant, this place is worth becoming a fan of.Tthis family put so much effort into their business and their dishes that i would rather come here than troy's or McDonalds becuase they're a little faster...also if you're high maintenance don't ruin it for all of us and just stay home. Fried rice was just terrible. Everything was mushy and in chunks. Not separate and fluffy. No flavor, very bland. Vegetables were also old. One of my orders was the spicy fried rice and it was just full of basil. More basil than rice probably and I never complain about basil I love basil. Barely any shrimp in the shrimp fried rice and absolutely no flavor. Parking is also terrible. Maybe two cars or three max can fit in front of the place, it's street parking . And the wait sucks too. I even ordered ahead of time and came 35 mins after I placed the order and still had to wait idk for wat when I went to go pick it up and no one was there for lunch either so it's not like they were slammed. Pan Tang is the best Thai spot in the Foothills. It's ran by father and his sons who know what they're cooking. I always get my to go from Pan Tang when I'm working next door and it's always perfect. The Chicken Combo is the best. I've been eating the same chicken combo for the past 11 years. Highly recommend eating here. You can order to go or delivery or even stop in to eat. It's busy at nights and weekends so order some appetizers :) Note: Don't park in the green zone, the local business next door has that only parking place for his customers. Superb food, a quirky, delightfully friendly staff and you can't go wrong whether you are eating in the restaurant or ordering for delivery or pick up. Consistent, delicious, and there is care and attention put into every dish. They definitely go the extra mile too. On a busy night, close to closing, we ordered a good round of food for pickup. One dish was missed. (They made it, but just didn't put it in our bag.) She hopped in her car and DROVE it to us. Brilliant. They are so sweet at this place and again, the food is just SUPER. Management is losing money because of her. We were looking to make this our go to Thai restaurant for this area. We were excited because we had read several 5 star reviews but there's no way they're not unpaid reviews. The place looked fairly clean for not being in an upscale area and the vibe looked authentically Thai. However they don't greet you. They don't respect you. They make you feel like you're not there to pay$$ in exchange for a meal. She treated us as if we were burdening her. They say misery loves company so we left immediately. We're taking our money to Lanna Thai kitchen in Reseda. Definitely worth the drive and the try if you're ever in the area. They treat us with respect and dignity there. Foods always fresh and they have a substantially bigger menu to choose from. This place should take notes from a place like that. Furthermore this is my second time writing this review as the first one was somehow removed by someone.
