The food here doesn't taste very good, unfortunately. Long ago they used to give you great quantity to make up for their lack of good taste, but now the quantity is worse than other Chinese food places, and the taste is one of the worst. Their service is good though as they greet you well. They lack containers for taking chili oil. This is strictly a take out location so there are no seats or tables. Horrible. Straight horrendous. The food is too sweet and salty. The service is horrible. They yell at you and there are not even fountain drink refills. I like their chow mein, it's actually like a Mongolian stir fry noodle and their teriyaki chicken is the best. Definitely a solid place for Panda Express style Chinese food. There aren't that many options to choose from but I liked what I got. I was surprised to see on their menu that they also have a deep fried whole tilapia. This review is late but still deserves a review. I've been coming several times now, and on all occasions have been great. The only difference I've noticed on my most recent visit was the size of the styrofoam combo plate. It seems it has become narrower/smaller and more flimsy (not as thick). Portion size reduced a bit to accommodate the new size of plate. However, not so considerable to be really upset. Food is always delicious. I absolutely love the BBQ pork (which cost additional, I believe $2 more). Staff is always friendly and attentive, some have broken English but they are trying and encouraging. Plenty of indoor seats and restroom available. Plenty of drink varieties as well that you walk up the fridge cooler to grab and pay. Will continue to return. read more

My wife Duck and I were hungry for something new and something Chinese. Instead of heading to Panda Express like we usually do we decided to try something small and local. Yah know, help the people. We went inside and one worker mopping the floor hollered that someone was here and we proceeded to be rudely served by an old heavy woman with very limited food options. I noticed when she came out she started stirring the foods, it all looked like it had been sitting for thirty minutes. We should have turned around and left at that moment, but we carried on. I got a plate and Duck got a bowl. See photos for what we got (ew), after paying for the food and heading home we started to eat. My first thought was that this has an underlying taste of refrigerator, you know when leftovers have been in the fridge for just a little too long and you can taste it. Needless to say, I didn't last long into my plate and decided that I would rather do something I rarely do, feed it to the rats at the dump. Duck thought it was putrid, at first she thought it was good then had a second piece of broccoli and realized it was awful. The white rice itself did not even taste like real rice, even with more than enough soy sauce. She remembers this place when she was younger as something fruitful and delicious, now she wouldn't even feed it to a dog. The store is very clean, there's plenty of seating, and there's a bathroom. I also thought the prices were pretty fair for take-out (or i guess you can eat-in too), and the portions sizes were pretty reasonable/big. (The Styrofoam packs they come in are a bit shallow, but they still pack it in for you.) As for taste, it's exactly what you'd expect from a mom-and-pop chinese fast-food restaurant. we both got the veggies, which i feel is a must esp with the type of food you're eating (it's like the healthiest thing you'll eat here). there's a good amount of chicken entrees, broccoli beef, fish, and pork ($1 extra). My family used to love this place for quick Chinese fast food that was both very affordable and plenty in amount given. The ladies who used to work there really stuffed the styrofoam box and the food was consistent and delicious. They've since had an ownership change and sadly we won't be returning. Not only did they shrink their to-go box sizes, they don't pack nearly as much as the previous ladies did and the chicken pieces tasted stale and gamey. My mom especially loved the shrimp stir fry type dish they used to have. The new owners informed her previously that she needs to come before noon since they want their shrimp to be fresh. Unfortunately I have to give this 1 star as I ended up throwing it away. I ordered the BBQ Pork, Orange Chicken, Chow Mein and Fried Rice. Everything is cold and dry the pork is basically jerk, the rice is crunchy, the chicken is chewy, I'm pretty sure the Chow Mein is spaghetti noodles.
