Just ordered DoorDash and the food here routinely sucks a$$ nowadays. Fried rice was old/ stale & orange chicken tasted like garbage. It was also oddly crusty and acidic. Also fun anecdote: I went to interview here as a college student around 7+ yrs ago. I was dealing with an undiagnosed disease(a) affecting facial appearance. The hiring manager was just so rude to me : looking at my eyes like I'm disgusting while literally SNARLING as she spoke. There's a very rude middle aged woman who takes orders. She ignores the customers standing in line and puts all her focus on online orders. She doesn't have a very good command of the English language and many times doesn't understand the orders. Tell your employees it's disrespectful and unacceptable to stare at mothers with young children. During my recent visit, my family had an uncomfortable experience with one of your employees. While my mom was sitting with my two younger siblings (ages 3 and 1), an employee approached her and said, "No disrespect, but you're beautiful." Later, when we all went to the bathroom to change the kids, I noticed the same employee staring at my mom in a way that felt inappropriate and unprofessional. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in the workplace. Customers should feel safe and respected, especially mothers with young children. Employees should not be commenting on guests' appearances or watching them in this way as it crosses professional boundaries. I stopped here on Super Bowl Sunday to get a snack. I was blown away by home nice everyone was to me. Very accommodating. I ordered something that needed to be cooked and they offered me a drink while I waited. They couldn't have been kinder. Some of the other locations I've been to haven't always been so nice but these folks were great! The place was clean and attractive and easy to get to with their own parking. Walked at 9:05pm, a full 55 minutes before closing hours walked up to counter and waited a moment but told that they were closed. I reminded them of the business hour posted online and on door that said they close at 10pm but was told "sorry, not today". I had almost ordered through my online app and wonder what that experience would've been like if I did and decided to drive over to pick up my food. Closing a whole business hour before waste customers time. I drove a few miles away from my home assuming I would be able to order food with more than enough time before the restaurant closes. Absolutely not acceptable behavior from a manager named MILTON, I've been coming to this establishment since I was a teen and never once had a problem and in fact loved coming on Friday nights to get a cheap meal with amazing staff but not sure when he showed up he got overly aggressive with his tone when I asked for my pickup order I asked if utensils were inside and he responded with a very aggressive demeanor of if you didn't ask for any you didn't get any and he walked away last week, and not even a minute after his harsh response he turns around and treats his employees with just if not the same tone he did with me. (Terrible gas station) I went to panda tonight, to treat my family to a yummy meal. I did a "family order" - spending over 40 dollars in food, I asked for chopsticks. The young lady said that they're in the box. I asked again- and she said there are only forks in the box. The huffed and went to go get me chopsticks. When she returned, I asked for a large cup of ice- "You have to buy the cup" she said. "That's fine" I'm happy to buy the cup." I responded. Then, in a super snarky voice she replied: "Actually it's against our company policy to sell cups of ice." She turned and walked away leaving me standing there holding a box of food. I Lost my appetite completely. Maybe "Andrea" was having a bad day- but leave your shitty attitude at the door when you're in customer service. And maybe- just maybe when people are spending a ton of money on food, be a little more pleasant. This is my grandmother aka yiayia FAVORITE. WE are only allowed to pick up her order from this fine location. Trust me I was dumb founded when I was told "only" from this location. Parking is tight and when we ran for our pickup the line was pretty ridiculous but if you ask me. That is a good sign its going to be good. We enjoyed our meal as well as our delicate little Yiayia. Gotta appreciate the Panda family deal that they were offering during the Coronavirus pandemic. For $20, you get 2 sides and 3 entrees, which is a pretty great deal. The food is very consistent and as expected. Panda sure knows how to make some good orange chicken! My favorite entrees for the meal deal are the Orange Chicken, the Mushroom Chicken, and the Kung Pao Chicken. The Sweet Fire Chicken breast was also good. The only item that I don't really like is the beef and broccoli. The beef is usually a bit tough and doesn't taste high quality. The veggies as a side are also a winner. I'm not a huge veggie guy, but these vegetables are palatable and also make me not feel as bad after I gorge myself with all the other food. Don't go to Panda thinking that you are getting a healthy meal, but do know that you are getting a delicious treat :-) The pickup process during the pandemic at this location was also very well organized!! read more
