Interesting in n out... living in the Bay Area I've never seen an in n out with no inside dining. The drive thru here is long but they do offer a walk up window. This is the closest in n out to me and I try to trust them every time but I just know when I get a dirty look from this one guy at the window, when I pay, I already feel immediate regret. I asked for the #1 with no spread and no tomatoes and add pickles and a whole grilled onion. And it's like they didn't even read the ticket. They gave me a burger with sauce and tomatoes and regular grilled onions and no pickles. As someone who worked in the food service industry, I understand mistakes happen but this has happened several times and I can't enjoy my meal sadly. If you like waiting over an HOUR in the drive through line for food then definitely come here ! Got here at 3:50p and left at 4:58p , RIDICULOUS !!!! Management needs to do something about the turn out time here ! It's very small space for more than 8 kids to be here all at once, and they don't need to be all be there Because I personally observed 8 teen boys goofing around while waiting for our order ! So Annoying to have to watch these kids high-fiving each other, laughing, standing around doing nothing while you and your hungry kids are stuck in a car for more than an hour waiting on them. The two young ladies that were there were the only ones I saw hustling. One was running back-and-forth, getting lettuce and buns. While the other one was the only one on her station preparing the burgers. All the other ones were boys and one older man, they all were just standing around laughing. No Fs given when you pull up to the window for your order either. No thank you for waiting, No sorry about the long wait, Nothing. And once you get to the window, you still have to wait another 10 minutes to get your order. You would think that at least the food would be fresh and hot when you finally get it, but sadly, no. !! Fries were cold, burgers were mid. Horrible experience., I always say that this is the worst in and out location!!! this time is definitely the last time I'll come back here . I only ever come here out of convenience, it's the closest one to me. But I would much rather drive to Burbank and back and it would still be a shorter wait time. And at least the food would be hot. I just came after a long day from work to order food from here. The service was terrible because my Fiance and I waited 30 minutes to burgers, one shake, one drink, and one fry. The girl grabbing our food was talking to her employees and we waited an additional 10 minutes. Afterward, she half way filled my sprite and gave us a wet bag, and all of our food fell out as I got home. I understand we want to talk to our friends but when there are so many cars waiting for food, it would be nice if they could speed up the process, and make sure they give good customer service. I do not appreciate our food being spilled over with a wet bag that ruined our experience. Please, do better next time. read more

Hands down the worst In-N-Out experience I've ever had. This location never gets the orders right. It's not even a one-time thing. It's every. single. visit. Missing items, wrong drinks, messed-up burgers, you name it, they'll screw it up. When you ask to speak to a manager, they won't even bother coming out. Just blank stares and zero accountability. The customer service here is nonexistent. I ended up wasting 45 minutes of my life waiting for an incorrect order, only to be told "sorry" like that somehow fixes it. When I called customer service, they reimbursed my order but seriously, what about my time and the fact that my kids didn't want to eat the food. The order was literally plain cheeseburgers...How can you mess that up?! I didn't come here for a refund, I came for a correct order and some basic respect. i loooveeee our tujunga in n out. i have been coming here with friends and family for years noooow. i don't think I've once had an issue here. they are pretty on point with making sure everything i ordered was in my bag. the line is usually long but i mean what do you expect? it's in n out. but lately, they have been pretty quick. i literally wait in line for 15 mins and that's not long for me at all. the employees here are really nice. i always gets myself combo #2 with extra toasted bun and grilled onions with a shake. i use to like their strawberry flavor but for some reason i can taste the strawberry pure waayyy too much. i just stick with the chocolate and vanilla shake. read more

Way out of the character for in and out. not only did she mess up our order at the window after 45 min wait. stood there talking to other staff with no regard to the huge lines. She was insulted when I asked for my drinks, she forgot... then to realize when I got home... she completely messed up our order and shorted us a fry. In-N-Out - that's what a hamburger's all about :) I really like their concept and simple menu. They are definitely doing something right as every In-N-Out location I have been to is ALWAYS busy. There were a few times when it took a little longer than normal to get my food but I won't take a star off because things do happen. What I order (cheese or not, bun or protein style) depends on how hungry I am lol. The patties are 1/8 of a pound so I usually order double meat. They also have secret menu (shh..) Quality you can taste - definitely true. I love the fresh ingredients and hand cut fries. The other thing I really like about In-N-Out is consistency.
