I've been going to this Subway regularly for years. Today, I ordered online and when I got there, they claimed to have not received my order. I showed them the order on my phone, proved that I'd paid for it, etc. They still refused to make my sandwich or refund me. They also made me sit in the restaurant for about 20 minutes while they ignored me. Then they finally called their manager and even he refused to allow them to make my sandwich despite my overwhelming proof that I'd paid for it. I kept saying "but I already paid for it" and they just shrugged. You'd think that proving I'd paid for it would've been enough. That should've been all it took to just make my freakin sandwich. Went to the Foothill Blvd location last night right around 830pm. The worker looked visibly upset when he saw me drive up. I'm not sure why. His body language changed when he saw my car park and me walk in. I was confused. There was at least 30 minutes before they closed, I had a simple and easy two sandwich order and there were no other customers. It seems the worker was being lazy and didn't want to work or clean up this close before closing. I walked in friendly and said hello to him, he did not say anything. He just stared at me and put gloves on so he can make my order. I said "can I please get a footlong turkey sandwich". He stared at me with dead miserable eyes and said "bread?" I said "wheat please". He turned around to open the bread cabinet and shook his head in apparently displeasure and disappointment, as if I inconvenienced him from hanging out in an empty store with no customers. I told him he had a bad attitude and You don't treat paying customers this way. He was rude, unprofessional, and needs to be held accountable. He needs to be either trained better for this job or shown the door and let go. That was simply unacceptable service and I am completely shocked he had a job there. read more

This is the ONLY subway that has ever followed instruction. I asked for extra crispy well done extra sauce, and I'm shocked that a subway actually gave what the customer requested! I've had so many issues with other subways near foothill and other locations with not following instructions on mobile orders... THIS is good business! This subway location is fairly consistent across the board, ingredients are fine, bread tastes good, service differs by employee but overall great! One thing I noticed is that the portion scooped onto our sandwich are fairly less in quantity, so ask for a little extra because asking is better than regretting! I have been coming to this subway for a long long time and I have been using coupons here without any hiccups, until today. A worker (Nafisa-probably wrong spelling) couldn't get my sandwich right. I asked for the #6 meatball one (new name-I think "the buzz") and she said okay. She first put steak and realized it was wrong, so she removed it. Then, she put rotisserie chicken and I told her it's suppose to be meatball/pepperoni...and she stated, "Oh, I thought you said #7..." Once the sandwiches were done, I asked for the siracha sauce on the side (which I found out later she gave me a completely different sauce). At the checkout, I tried to use a coupon and she said that they don't take coupons there... I told her that I have used coupons here all the time and showed her the coupon. I pointed out that the sandwiches I got were not on the excluded items for the coupon and she still refused. I went back to my car and put in the code on Yelp and sure enough it worked. I went back and another worker (sweet gal) helped me out and told me that the coupon should have worked on the sandwiches I purchased. Do not eat here!! Moldy veggies in the subs. Got a veggie sub here on my way to a friends house. Bit into the sub and it was full of mold. I had same orders 3 times here. I found these problems when i got home with the orders since they were APP ORDER FOR TOGO. 1st time, they had them ready in time, but it had only one wrap. (It should have white wrap inside of the subway logo wrap if you know.) The sause was soaking out of the wrap... it made whole mess. 2nd time, they also had one wrap again, and they spread sweet onion sause outside of the buns afther they close the buns instead of spreading them inside before they close them.
