Because I've been here several times and usually it's good I won't leave a bad review but the curly fries I ordered today were completely burnt and hard. This is not acceptable to serve, please check your food before serving. If I'm paying $5-6 for fries I don't expect perfect but I do expect edible quality. The wings were good as usual.

The wings are great. Better than most places in the area. Their most underrated item is the philly cheesesteak sando!

How good are their wings compared to hot wing cafe? And how would you rate the ranch sauce?

I don't think HWC is memorable, for reference. This place cooks their wings well but they're very small. Ranch is actually very good here, and I'm picky about ranch.

I couldn't decide on one flavor so she was kind enough to put the sauce on the side for me which was great (thank you!). I love that they gave a combination of white and dark meat, I was worried it would all be wings and it was well portioned. I enjoyed having a little salad with the fried chicken pieces and rice. The sauce was light and gently sweet, a very complimentary dip to the light crispy crunch of the breaded wings. Service was very welcoming and friendly with a very clean interior and the smell of freshly cooked food. I really enjoyed the food here and I'm definitely coming back for dinner with the family.

Korean fried chicken cravings definitely happen and its good to have one in the foothills. We just happened to be in the same plaza shopping at the market nearby when we first noticed it. We've gotten the original fried chicken wings, original fried chicken drumsticks, sweet and spicy wings and the spicy garlic wings. I've found that the original and sweet & spicy are the 2 flavors I like best for wings. The drumsticks are a little too filling and I'm really in it for the wings. The flavor of the original fried is good and the crunch is even better. 10 pieces of these wings is $15.49 while 10 pieces of the sweet & spicy wings or the spicy garlic is $15.99. The spicy garlic was a little too strong for me. I needed to eat that with a good amount of rice. The sweet & spicy is good on its own. The flavor was not too overpowering. The double fried nature of these wings make for an extra crunch which we all look for... That's always good. We also typically get the pickled radish as a side but at times that is even too strong. Located on Foothill Blvd in the same plaza as Seoul Market and directly next to Sakana Sushi. Parking is in the shared lot or along Foothill. Service the times we ordered in-person was friendly. It seemed like a family run business. Signage out front doesnt really let you know that it's a Korean fried chicken spot. When we first parked in front of Chicken Day while headed to Seoul Market, I did a double take in wondering what type of chicken shop it was.

This place is a full-on experience for spice lovers…read more If you're someone who actively seeks out heat, flavor, and boldness, not just "kind of spicy," but commitment level spicy, Hell's Chicken deserves your attention. I placed a pretty large order: *Chicken wrap - Extra Hot *Loaded fries - Hot *12 wings (half mango habanero, half honey sriracha) *Strawberry banana funnel cake with a vanilla & chocolate ice cream swirl For the amount of food I ordered, I was genuinely impressed by how quickly everything came out. Nothing felt rushed or sloppy. It was efficient, hot, and ready to go. That kind of speed with this many items is something I always notice and appreciate. Let's get straight into the Extra Hot chicken wrap, because this needs to be addressed properly. I have a high spice tolerance and this heat level still caught me off guard. This is not "Extra Hot" as a marketing label. This is a legit, no-nonsense heat! Haha. The spice hits early, builds steadily, and lingers. WHICH I LOOOVE. I was truly impressed because this wasn't even their hottest heat level! Makes me wonder if I can go even hotter. What really stood out, though, is that the wrap didn't rely on heat alone. Even through the intensity, the flavor still came through. That balance is hard to pull off, and Hell's Chicken nailed it. If you're debating between heat levels; Extra Hot is not for casual spice fans. The waffle fries that came with the wrap deserve a mention as well. They were perfectly crispy and definitely on the saltier side, but in the best way, especially when paired with the intense heat of the Extra Hot wrap. The saltiness actually worked as a contrast, balancing out the spice and making them dangerously easy to keep reaching for between bites. The loaded fries in hot were the perfect middle ground. Crispy, well-seasoned, generously topped, and spicy without being overwhelming. It had the most tasty dressing that complemented the meal perfectly. That sauce is actually addictive, just a warning! Compared to the wrap, these felt indulgent and comforting. It's still flavorful, still warm with heat, but much more approachable. They paired well with everything else and held up bite after bite. The wings were honestly the highlight of the entire meal. The mango habanero sauce was unlike any other mango habanero flavor I've had. The wings had a great sweet-heat balance, with a super fruity brightness that made them easy to keep eating. The habanero heat was present but controlled, letting the mango shine without being cloying. But wow the honey sriracha wings?!?! Absolutely the standout. These were, without question, my favorite dish! Sticky, glossy, perfectly coated, and incredibly balanced. Sweet, and spicy in a way that felt intentional and addictive. I'm usually super underwhelmed when I have any sriracha flavored wings elsewhere because they absolutely do not taste like real sriracha. But THESE, these definitely did and I'm obsessed with the flavor. Every bite delivered, and these are the wings I'd come back for again and again. If you only order one flavor, make it honey sriracha. After all that heat, the strawberry banana funnel cake was exactly what I needed. Warm, extra crispy funnel cake paired with a vanilla and chocolate ice cream swirl. It created the ideal hot and cold contrast. The fresh strawberries and banana slices added brightness and sweetness without overpowering the dessert. It was perfect. It genuinely rounded out the meal and helped reset after the spice marathon! Overall, what makes Hell's Chicken stand out is how confident it is in what it does. The spice levels are serious, the flavors are bold, and nothing feels watered down for the masses. Add in the fast turnaround time for a large order, and it's clear this place knows how to execute. Hell's Chicken isn't trying to please everyone, it's here for people who appreciate real spice and strong flavor. If that's you, this spot belongs on your list! Thank you so much for having me.

The portion was absolutely massive and definitely worth it if you're sharing. The chopped chicken was super soft, flavorful, and went really well with the mashed potatoes and sauce. Everything together was rich, comforting, and honestly way better than I expected. My only complaint was the bacon bits because it was just a little too much and kind of threw the flavor balance off slightly. Next time I'd definitely leave those out. The atmosphere is really relaxed, and every time I've gone it hasn't been overly packed or busy, which I appreciate. Service wasn't necessarily super fast, but it was reasonable considering everything tasted fresh. Also a bonus: plenty of parking since it's located in a large plaza.

When my order arrived, I discovered that my sauces and ranch were missing. I immediately called the store to see if there was a solution. An unidentified female employee answered the phone. I explained that I had ordered through the app, paid for delivery, and wanted to know if there was any way to have the missing ranch delivered. She informed me that delivery was not possible and that I would need to drive to the store to pick it up myself. I advised that I was willing to pick it up but asked whether any accommodation could be provided since I had already paid delivery fees and would now have to make the trip myself due to the store's mistake. The employee stated that she was unsure and that I would need to speak with a manager. When I asked to be transferred, she appeared hesitant, began speaking with another employee (later identified as Luz or Liz), and then informed me that the manager had already left and that I would need to call back the following morning at 9:00 a.m. I then requested to speak with anyone currently in charge. The employee stated that she was "only two days new" and could not transfer me to anyone else. I asked if there was another employee with more experience or authority available, but she repeatedly stated that she could not do that. While continuing to request assistance, I could hear her speaking with Luz/Liz in the background. Moments later, the call was disconnected. I called the store back twice, and on both occasions, the phone was answered and immediately hung up. On my third attempt, I was finally able to speak with Luz. From the beginning of the conversation, Luz was passive-aggressive and stated that there was nothing the store could do other than have me drive in to pick up the missing ranch. I again asked whether any accommodation could be offered since I had paid for delivery and would now have to spend my own time and gas correcting the store's error. Luz stated that no accommodation would be provided. I then requested that my order be remade because by the time I drove to the store and returned home, my food would likely be cold and soggy. Luz denied the request, stating that because there was nothing wrong with the food itself, she could not remake the order. During the conversation, Luz suggested that the delivery driver may have taken the missing ranch. However, when I asked whether she was certain that the ranch and sauces had actually been placed in my bag before it left the store, she could not confirm this. Instead, she stated that it was possible the items had accidentally been placed in another customer's order. When I brought up the fact that my calls had been repeatedly answered and hung up, Luz stated that because there was nothing further she could do for me, there was no reason to continue answering the phone calls. As a former assistant manager for a fast-food chain, I understand that mistakes happen. However, the way this situation was handled was completely unacceptable. The missing items were frustrating, but the lack of accountability, poor communication, repeated hang-ups, and unprofessional customer service made the experience significantly worse. Both the unidentified employee and Luz were unprofessional, unhelpful, and demonstrated a serious lack of customer service skills. I hope management reviews this incident, addresses the behavior of the employees involved, and provides additional customer service training to ensure future customers are treated with respect and professionalism.
