First time here and unfortunately the service completely turned me off. The restaurant was basically empty, and I was still looking at the menu trying to figure out what to get for myself. Food was good (according to my friend who regularly orders from here). It looked good too bad service was bad. The employee helping me, Jesus, had an AirPod in, barely acknowledged me, and made me repeat parts of the order multiple times. When I asked for one sauce, he rolled his eyes at me because apparently one was already included. I've never been here before. How would I know? A simple "one sauce is included" would've been enough. My favorite spicy chicken spot closed down and I think I just found the replacement. I've visited a couple of times already and tried a good handful of the menu items. My initial reason for the visits is because of how spicy your entree can get, and it gets really spicy. Lets talk about the food. Starting with the disappointing one. The quesadilla. I was impressed on the size of it, how much cheese and chicken there was, and how it came in a lil pizza box. But actually eating it was a hassle. Most of the cut slices were soggy, the box got wet and needed to transfer onto a plate. The sandwich was really good. Good size sandwich, great size on the tender. The slaw and the hell's sauce really work well together. Now, if you're really hungry you can double down and the get Double Mac Attack which adds another tender and mac and cheese. The Wraps were good same with the loaded fries. Now lets talk about the heat. Most places don't serve the fire when they advertise spicy. I enjoy spicy food and some times like to put myself through hell and back testing the waters of a new place's heat levels. Their hottest heat level is called Straight to Hell!. This one requires a waiver signed. Did I try it? heck no. lol I went with the XX hot and the cashier looked at me and with all honesty on his face. Then told me its really spicy. I asked for dressing on the side and they seemed to forget. The salad itself had way too much onion and no lettuce as you would expect from a house salad. I have experienced very bad service here a few times. Every time you call, they put you on hold and hang up on you. However, that is not the only issue. They have terrible attitudes, especially the Latina lady working at the cash register.They also consistently lie about wait times, always claiming it will only take 10 minutes. Today, when I asked how long it would take to get my salad, they responded with a very bad attitude. Furthermore, I watched the Latino cook cut chicken, scrape his knife clean on the edge of a large garbage can, and then use that exact same knife to continue cutting chicken for a customer's dish.I warned him about sanitation requirements, but he completely ignored me and did it a second time.
