Picked this up to-go for lunch and the Loaded Mashed alone could probably feed 2 people... maybe even 3 depending on how hungry you are. The portion was absolutely massive and definitely worth it if you're sharing. The chopped chicken was super soft, flavorful, and went really well with the mashed potatoes and sauce. Everything together was rich, comforting, and honestly way better than I expected. My only complaint was the bacon bits because it was just a little too much and kind of threw the flavor balance off slightly. Next time I'd definitely leave those out. My favorite spicy chicken spot closed down and I think I just found the replacement. I've visited a couple of times already and tried a good handful of the menu items. My initial reason for the visits is because of how spicy your entree can get, and it gets really spicy. Lets talk about the food. Starting with the disappointing one. The quesadilla. I was impressed on the size of it, how much cheese and chicken there was, and how it came in a lil pizza box. But actually eating it was a hassle. Most of the cut slices were soggy, the box got wet and needed to transfer onto a plate. The sandwich was really good. Good size sandwich, great size on the tender. The slaw and the hell's sauce really work well together. Now, if you're really hungry you can double down and the get Double Mac Attack which adds another tender and mac and cheese. The Wraps were good same with the loaded fries. Now lets talk about the heat. Most places don't serve the fire when they advertise spicy. I enjoy spicy food and some times like to put myself through hell and back testing the waters of a new place's heat levels. Their hottest heat level is called Straight to Hell!. This one requires a waiver signed. Did I try it? heck no. lol I went with the XX hot and the cashier looked at me and with all honesty on his face. Then told me its really spicy. I asked for dressing on the side and they seemed to forget. The salad itself had way too much onion and no lettuce as you would expect from a house salad. So I ended up leaving half the salad and it cost over $20. On the menu there was no description of ingredients either. The highlight of the place was the portion of the salad which was huge. Like I got mild, and it was hardly hot at all and if that was going to be the case, I would've just asked for no seasoning (which is also a level).
