Hell's Chicken truly lives up to its name!! This place is a full-on experience for spice lovers. If you're someone who actively seeks out heat, flavor, and boldness, not just "kind of spicy," but commitment level spicy, Hell's Chicken deserves your attention. I placed a pretty large order: *Chicken wrap - Extra Hot *Loaded fries - Hot *12 wings (half mango habanero, half honey sriracha) *Strawberry banana funnel cake with a vanilla & chocolate ice cream swirl For the amount of food I ordered, I was genuinely impressed by how quickly everything came out. Nothing felt rushed or sloppy. It was efficient, hot, and ready to go. That kind of speed with this many items is something I always notice and appreciate. Let's get straight into the Extra Hot chicken wrap, because this needs to be addressed properly. I have a high spice tolerance and this heat level still caught me off guard. This is not "Extra Hot" as a marketing label. This is a legit, no-nonsense heat! Haha. The spice hits early, builds steadily, and lingers. WHICH I LOOOVE. I was truly impressed because this wasn't even their hottest heat level! Makes me wonder if I can go even hotter. What really stood out, though, is that the wrap didn't rely on heat alone. Even through the intensity, the flavor still came through. That balance is hard to pull off, and Hell's Chicken nailed it. If you're debating between heat levels; Extra Hot is not for casual spice fans. The waffle fries that came with the wrap deserve a mention as well. They were perfectly crispy and definitely on the saltier side, but in the best way, especially when paired with the intense heat of the Extra Hot wrap. The saltiness actually worked as a contrast, balancing out the spice and making them dangerously easy to keep reaching for between bites. The loaded fries in hot were the perfect middle ground. Crispy, well-seasoned, generously topped, and spicy without being overwhelming. It had the most tasty dressing that complemented the meal perfectly. That sauce is actually addictive, just a warning! Compared to the wrap, these felt indulgent and comforting. It's still flavorful, still warm with heat, but much more approachable. They paired well with everything else and held up bite after bite. The wings were honestly the highlight of the entire meal. The mango habanero sauce was unlike any other mango habanero flavor I've had. The wings had a great sweet-heat balance, with a super fruity brightness that made them easy to keep eating. The habanero heat was present but controlled, letting the mango shine without being cloying. But wow the honey sriracha wings?!?! Absolutely the standout. These were, without question, my favorite dish! Sticky, glossy, perfectly coated, and incredibly balanced. Sweet, and spicy in a way that felt intentional and addictive. I'm usually super underwhelmed when I have any sriracha flavored wings elsewhere because they absolutely do not taste like real sriracha. But THESE, these definitely did and I'm obsessed with the flavor. Every bite delivered, and these are the wings I'd come back for again and again. If you only order one flavor, make it honey sriracha. After all that heat, the strawberry banana funnel cake was exactly what I needed. Warm, extra crispy funnel cake paired with a vanilla and chocolate ice cream swirl. It created the ideal hot and cold contrast. The fresh strawberries and banana slices added brightness and sweetness without overpowering the dessert. It was perfect. It genuinely rounded out the meal and helped reset after the spice marathon! Overall, what makes Hell's Chicken stand out is how confident it is in what it does. The spice levels are serious, the flavors are bold, and nothing feels watered down for the masses. Add in the fast turnaround time for a large order, and it's clear this place knows how to execute. Hell's Chicken isn't trying to please everyone, it's here for people who appreciate real spice and strong flavor. If that's you, this spot belongs on your list! Thank you so much for having me.

I stopped by this spicy chicken strip spot and left seriously impressed--and very full. Their menu is all about bold flavors and over-the-top comfort food, and everything I tried delivered. The loaded fries were the first thing to hit the table, and they were absolutely stacked: crispy fries topped with creamy mac and cheese, juicy chicken strips, and their signature sauce. Every bite was messy in the best way and packed with flavor. I also tried the chicken sandwich, which takes things to the next level by adding mac and cheese right inside the bun. It sounds wild, but it works--the crunch of the chicken, the heat from the seasoning, and the creaminess of the mac all come together perfectly. Their hot wings were another highlight. They offer a variety of flavors, so there's something for every heat level, whether you want tangy, spicy, or somewhere in between. The wings were cooked well, with a good crisp and plenty of sauce. To finish things off, I had their Oreo funnel cake topped with ice cream, and it was the perfect ending--warm, crunchy, sweet, and just indulgent enough. Overall, this place is a must-visit if you love spicy comfort food with a creative twist. Generous portions, great flavors, and plenty of options to keep you coming back. There is indoor and outdoor seating. With great and friendly service.

Hell's Chicken is awesome because they have vegan cauliflower available on their menu and it's delicious! Thank you so much for offering it! Had the cauliflower wings, but you can also get them in a sandwich or wrap as well. They have vegan sauces available and vegan coleslaw too. We spoke with the owner and he was super nice and friendly guy. Can't wait to come back again! Don't sleep on this place! It's great!

This might be my new favorite place for hot chicken. This was my first time trying this place. I drive by it all the time in Sunland. The workers were nice and explained how their menu worked as I haven't been here before. Once I know what to order, I tried the Mild flavor just to be on the safe side. I ordered their basic sandwich as a baseline. The size of the chicken piece was a decent size. It was long enough to fit in an entire roll. The chicken has good spice, and the flavor was strong but not too over powering. The fries were warm and crispy. They have a good size dining area. They also have outdoor seating, for your preference. Also, they were playing a decent selection of music as well. It was a pleasant experience eating here. Next time I come back I will up the spice level and try some of their other signature dishes.

I love chicken tenders and this place checks all the boxes I am looking for in a comfort food. Yes, it can be oily, spicy, and not so healthy but it is good to know that I can have other choices aside from other typical fast foods. People are nice and the place is overall clean including the restroom! It's easy to order.

    Go on; pick your level

I love this place!!! The chicken tenders are out of this world, and you get to pick the spice level. I started with HOT, and now I'm on XHOT. I'll do MILD at times, when I'm with my daughter!! The staff here is very nice and helpful. Just ask and you will be taken care of your needs!! Cool music plays here with a few TV's and they have a cost patio, as well. Overall, a super place to go to!! Their wings are very very good as well. If I get them to go, I get them plain with sauce on the side. If I'm eating here, I will explore flavors for sure. Lemon pepper always hits!! I'll be back at all times!!!

Tried Hell's Chicken in Sunland and it was such a good experience. We ordered the Combo #3, which came with a chicken tender burger, loaded fries topped with mac & cheese, and a Caesar salad with chopped tenders. We chose the hot spice level and it was surprisingly really flavorful, not overpowering, just the right amount of heat. Everything was fresh, crispy, and filling. For dessert, we had the deep fried Oreos with powdered sugar and ice cream and wow... absolutely worth it. Perfect sweet ending to the meal. Definitely recommend if you're craving good spicy chicken and comfort food. We'll be back!

Hells Chicken turned out to be everything I hoped for -- and then some From the moment the food hit the table, the aroma alone had me locked in. Every bite was bursting with flavor, perfectly seasoned, crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside -- the kind of chicken that makes you close your eyes and just enjoy the moment. The spice, the crunch, the balance -- it's pure California comfort food at its finest. And let's talk about satisfaction... this is one of those meals that'll have you unbuttoning your pants and leaning back in your chair once you're done, smiling like you just made the best decision of your day The sides and sauces hit just as hard -- everything pairs perfectly and leaves you wanting another round. Hells Chicken is hands-down a California comfort classic that I'll definitely be coming back to. Great vibes, great flavor, and a name that lives up to the heat! 100% Revisit Flavor: 10/10 Satisfaction: Off the charts

I just stumbled across this hidden gem, and wow... I'm so glad I did. Every single thing I tried was packed with flavor and made fresh with real care. I started with the Caesar salad topped with their mild chicken, and let me tell you--the chicken here is on another level. Tender, soft, perfectly juicy, and seasoned just right. I also ordered Combo #1 with mild chicken, and it did not disappoint. Everything was cooked to perfection, and you can taste the quality in every bite. And of course, I couldn't leave without trying something sweet... so I grabbed their strawberry banana funnel cake with a scoop of ice cream on top. It was heavenly--warm, fluffy, fruity, and the cold ice cream just tied everything together beautifully. One thing that really makes this spot stand out is that they offer vegan and vegetarian options, making it a place where everyone can enjoy a good meal. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about what they serve. Overall, this place isn't just good--it's memorable. A must-try for anyone who loves flavorful food, great service, and a menu with something for everyone. And the art inside the restaurant is so majestic and they are kit friendly, they have high chairs available

solid hot chicken place with a big variety of items on their menu to try out! parking in a shopping plaza i got the 2 tenders, my partner got 1 tenders & 1 sandwich combo. the portions were loaded & generous amount of fries. i liked how staff gave us a bottle of their sauce too whereas most places will charge extra which is a perk. food is on the pricier end. they do not play with spice. i love spicy food & i like how they are not shy with their spice levels. would love to come back to try more of their items especially since they open late for those late night cravings!

Super spicy and tasty, they offer way hotter and spicier levels than Dave's

    What is their hottest sauce?

The straight to hell is the hottest not the triple hot. Also, it isn't a "sauce" it's more of a dry rub. Don't get it unless you can easily handle a howlin at howlin rays or eating a ghost pepper straight up. I can and it was still tough for me.…

    What is the challenge?

Its is the hot wing challenge. Its 20 dollars to get in. 10 wings, 5 minutes. Followed by an afterburn period. Complete it and get 100 bucks. But be warned of the pain!!!

Korean fried chicken cravings definitely happen and its good to have one in the foothills. We just happened to be in the same plaza shopping at the market nearby when we first noticed it. We've gotten the original fried chicken wings, original fried chicken drumsticks, sweet and spicy wings and the spicy garlic wings. I've found that the original and sweet & spicy are the 2 flavors I like best for wings. The drumsticks are a little too filling and I'm really in it for the wings. The flavor of the original fried is good and the crunch is even better. 10 pieces of these wings is $15.49 while 10 pieces of the sweet & spicy wings or the spicy garlic is $15.99. The spicy garlic was a little too strong for me. I needed to eat that with a good amount of rice. The sweet & spicy is good on its own. The flavor was not too overpowering. The double fried nature of these wings make for an extra crunch which we all look for... That's always good. We also typically get the pickled radish as a side but at times that is even too strong. Located on Foothill Blvd in the same plaza as Seoul Market and directly next to Sakana Sushi. Parking is in the shared lot or along Foothill. Service the times we ordered in-person was friendly. It seemed like a family run business. Signage out front doesnt really let you know that it's a Korean fried chicken spot. When we first parked in front of Chicken Day while headed to Seoul Market, I did a double take in wondering what type of chicken shop it was.
