When I brought up the fact that my calls had been repeatedly answered and hung up, Luz stated that because there was nothing further she could do for me, there was no reason to continue answering the phone calls. As a former assistant manager for a fast-food chain, I understand that mistakes happen. However, the way this situation was handled was completely unacceptable. The missing items were frustrating, but the lack of accountability, poor communication, repeated hang-ups, and unprofessional customer service made the experience significantly worse. Both the unidentified employee and Luz were unprofessional, unhelpful, and demonstrated a serious lack of customer service skills.
