This location is constantly letting you down with orders. I can order the exact same sandwich twice and sometimes it's completely different even in a box one day or in a bag... If you ever use your rewards from the app, they are less valuable than if you had paid for them. I keep giving this Chick-fil-A another chance because it's conveniently located close to my home, but unfortunately my experiences have been getting worse instead of better. Last week, a large order for my family was incorrect, which was frustrating but something I could overlook if it was a one-time mistake. This week, however, my meal was much more concerning. The chicken I received was soggy and appeared undercooked. The experience was so unpleasant that even thinking about it now makes me feel sick. One of the reasons Chick-fil-A has such a strong reputation is because customers expect consistency, quality, and attention to detail. Sadly, that has not been my experience at this location. There seems to be a noticeable difference in food quality and overall execution compared to other nearby Chick-fil-A locations, including the PCC area restaurant, where I've consistently had much better experiences. I'm not writing this to be negative. I'm writing it because I genuinely hope management takes a closer look at what's happening here. Mistakes happen, but recurring issues with order accuracy and food quality are concerning. I would love to see this location improve because it is so convenient for the surrounding community, but right now it's becoming difficult to justify coming back. Businesses may be understaffed, but every time I come here, I'm always missing a fry, a sandwich, a Coke. I think this building needs better structure and guidance act like they don't care. They are soft opening now, 6/22/23 is their actual grand opening! Soft opening is open to the public at various times drive through only. For friends and family they are giving out biscuits and sandwiches and sometimes free parfait. Yes a little bit slow in the ordering process but this soft opening so they're in training mode. We ate inside Chick-fil-A for the first time today (have done drive through many times) and received AMAZING service from the time we walked in to the time we left! We were greeted immediately when we arrived but we weren't quite ready to order so they said they would be ready when we were. I appreciate that the children's meals offered fruit and Honest Kids apple juice which is a healthier option than other fast food restaurants. The order taker was very pleasant and welcoming, took the order accurately and offered to help carry things to the table since we were juggling young children. Our order was delivered timely and they made sure to ask if we needed anything else. The order was delivered timely and the food was delicious. Generally service ends there but they really went above and beyond on their follow up after the food was delivered. They came to our table FOUR times to see if we needed anything else, including drink refills. The last time a gentleman named Kevin noticed we were about to leave and brought Chick-Fil-A toys for the children when he checked one more time to see if we wanted drink refills. Wow!!
